They have good service & good Sandwiches. My last visit they were supposed to start serving Fries,but they haven't arrived yet. But I'm sure now their serving Fries 🍟😜👍. So go pick up an order & don't forget your Fries.

Bought the Steak + Cheese. Supposed to have sautéed onions and bell peppers on it. Could not taste them. Service…Was difficult calling in an order because the same person was tending to the drive-up and kept putting me off ordering so she could help drive up customer.

Drive thru experience after 5 is okay. Food is usually fresh, and taste fine. But the bread isn’t always the best. It’s almost like the wheat bread is white bread. It isn’t as dark as I usually remember. The only bad thing I get from here are the pickles. Yes I get it, they’re free so I can’t complain too much, but they don’t have a crunch and they’re very flimsy. I don’t think they’re keeping them in pickle juice, or changing out the black containers they usually go in and keep them cold. Other than that I’ll still come and eat, but I would LOVE to have a decent pickle .

Came in at 830, they close at 10. The person taking our order was very rude. She acted like we were disturbing her. Im sorry but you close at 10, there is no reason for attitude. I apologize for interrupting the moping.

Ive tried 3 separate times to order online and its never worked. If your looking for an easy order skip firehouse.

We did not order any food. We arrived at 10:30 am. Since we had been driving for 5 hours we used the restrooms prior to ordering. The mens room was absolutely disgusting. The floor has dirt all over it. The sink and toilet had obviously not been cleaned, and all of the paper towels were out of the macine oiled on the floor. My wife siad the womens bathroom was even worse that included bodily substances splattered on the toilet. Since only women were working I cant imagine that the food cleanliness was much better than their bathroom. Yuck. Always check the bathroom prior to ordering. It gives you a good indication of how your food will be handled.

Yuck. Store just opened for the day and the bathrooms hadn't been cleaned. Ladies room trash was stuffed to the breaking point with paper towels. Dirty floor and diarrhea sprayed all over the toilet. Made me lose my appetite-let and didn't order food. Husband said the men's room was even worse. If they can't care enough to clean their bathrooms, i can't imagine they would care to make my food safely or correctly.

Caleb is a great manager took care of me, the little lady working the front very disrespectful and I hope it gets fixed. would have stated her name but her employees don’t know her name so that’s that🤣🤦🏾

Ordered the hook and ladder salad and the lettuce is old and wilted. Has an old wet rag smell. Very disappointed with this location.

Dining room was very dirty employees leaned against the back counter arms folded just chatting away He could have been cleaning tables that were a mess or maybe mop the very sticky floor

Absolutely awful customer service. I will never use this location or recommend them to any of my friends or family. I called the store because they got my order wrong, I sat in line for 20 minutes (I did not mind the wait as I knew they are busy during the lunch hour) I was headed back that way and wanted to see if they could make the correct sandwich and have it ready. When I called They refused to take the sandwich order over the phone, even though they had made the mistake. I also got excuses about they were in the middle of cleaning tables and had to walk to the other side of the store and didn’t have time for that. Later, I called and I spoke to the manager and all He told me was that he was in the middle of $1000 lunch hour and could not take the time to speak to a customer about a problem. Wow! *** manager, may I remind you that I was a part of that $1000 lunch hour!!!
