I had a great experience here! Customer service was exceptional, and the employees did a great job of making sure we enjoyed the buffet. My only suggestion would be a salad bar- Pizza Huts used to have them and it really freshens up the meal.

Went there for the lunch buffet. Everything was fresh, tasted good. The people were lovely and professional, and the restaurant was just a nice place to eat. Only negative is that there was no salad bar for the buffet, but they did provide a salad if you wanted one (no additional cost). Overall a great experience and not any more expensive than other pizza buffets.

We stopped in for the lunch buffet. It came with an included house salad. The salad was fresh, and tasty. They had several different pizzas on a frequent rotation. It was a good mix of thin crust and thick crust pizzas with a variety of toppings. While not a great fan of taco pizzas, theirs was actually very good (paired it with their picante sauce was surprisingly good). If you are in the mood for a pizza buffet, this one would be a great choice.

I don't know what is going on, but I have ordered from this location for 11 years and have never had any problems. The last 5 times my order hasn't been right. I've ordered pan crust and got hand tossed 3 times. I've ordered Cinnabon frosting that I paid for and got the free Pizza Hut icing instead 4 times. Tonight it was hand tossed instead of pan and we didn't get one of our drinks. I just want what I ordered and paid for. They have my phone number, can they not call to say hey, we are out of xyz, would you like to substitute something else? At least take the extra charge off my ticket!!

Tonight I found a bone in their honey bbq boneless wings. Im glad it was me and not one of my kids. And the pizza is never cut all the way.

Very disappointed in Pizza Hut tonight. Our order was burnt, hard pizza and melts. The chicken wings were dried out and over cooked, and our order was 20 minutes late. The App wants a tip at check out and I always tip. But tonight Pizza Hut was very disappointing.

Everytime I come to this store I have the worst experience ever. They refuse to answer call in orders i allways get transfered to the call center , the call center can't place my order because they don't have sandwiches on their menu even tho this location is one of the only two in amarillo that still sells sandwiches .. I'll wait on hold being transfered back and forth from the store to the call center for 40 minutes still no answer will even go to the store while on hold and their phones don't even ring they aren't busy they don't even have a buffet set up like advertised outside and when u call u go in and got to order your own pizzas and wings kuz nothing is out for buffet .. highly suggest shutting this location down

We ordered a couple of their pasta bowls & a melt for delivery. When we finally got our order & got it in the house, we discovered half out melt was missing. My husband has been literally on hold for 30 minutes just trying to talk to someone about the problem. Finally got someone to answer the phone & they are giving him the runaround. Definitely won't be ordering from them again!

We waited in the line for what felt like was forever and there wasn't even anyone else in front of us. By the time we got the pizza it wasn't even the just out of the oven kind of fresh it was the it's been sitting under a heat lamp for a min kind of pizza. Then the good was wrong they had the order on the topping for the correct side all messed up. Tried to call the store to talk to the manager and the phone just rang. Don't recommend this pizza hut.
