Benito Juárez is a great spot with good food and a lively atmosphere. It’s easy to walk to, which is a plus. Service can be a bit slow if you’re sitting out of the server’s line of sight, but overall, it’s a solid place to enjoy a meal in Bogotá. Would definitely go back!

The positives: The service was friendly and attentive, though it was disappointingly slow at times. The soup was excellent—full of flavor and a definite highlight of the meal.Where they fell short: The nachos tradicionales were underwhelming; while simple can be good, some of the totopos were bland and lacked flavor. We also had tacos, but unfortunately, both arrived cold—a big letdown.

First time we ordered, told that our desired food was not available, okay that’s fine. We ordered tacos instead. 20 minutes later they tell us there are no tortillas and we need to order another dish. 20 minutes later?? Our next dish we are told is not available. We order burritos and enchiladas. Next things we know, the server comes with a plate of nachos we did not order. Finally we get our food, only for it to include ingredients we specifically requested to not be included. Ridiculous how many times they can mess up. Gave us the check with tip included, HA. No tip and will not be coming to this branch again.

The highlights of our evening were the staff members' friendly attitude and the lively atmosphere. The nachos that they serve in the beginning were basic but good. I ordered the al pastor tacos, and they didn't taste authentic at all. They used a sauce to imitate the flavors, which made it overly saucy, and the tortillas weren't even heated up. They were also insanely overpriced for 2 tacos at 40 mil pesos. And the margaritas were mainly ice and also not worth the cost.

One of my worst experience in Bogota city, on a Friday night with only seven customers in the whole restaurant, our order took 44 minutes to arrive, and the food was really bad, no flavors at all, they have no idea how to cook/prepare Mexican food.

Slow service. Got order wrong and claimed it was "similar' instead of changing. Would not recommend or go back. Food that I did receive was mediocre.
