This is one of the best coffee/tea places I've been too!!! And that lady that took our order had amazing customer service! And her co-worker making the drinks as she was taking them was like a machine whipping them out perfectly! When they ran out of an ingredient like black tea (granted this was at almost closing last night) she suggested another drink and it was great!!! Can't wait to go back again!!!!💞🧋🥰 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Love their drinks!! The workers are so sweet and respectful! I did not feel awkward at all here. I usually feel out of place in other places but Sharetea is a comfortable place to buy and have your drinks in! Definitely coming here daily!!

So happy that our favorite Boba franchise in the U.S. has come to Amarillo. The drinks are all fantastic! My personal favorite is the Taro milk tea. Excellent taro flavor that's not overly sweet and has a great mouth feel as or coats the tongue with flavor. The brown sugar has a distinct flavor that elevates the drinks to another level. Highly recommended!

I always get the Thai Pearl Milk Tea here because the Thai tea flavor is strong, smooth, and perfectly sweetened. The pearls make it even better!

Stumbled in here by accident when the shop next door was closed! I now come in 2-3 times a week! I absolutely love it!

I came here with my kiddos (14, 8, and 2), and it was pretty darn pleasant! The older kids were able to make their orders and pay without any issue, and the youngest had plenty of toys and space to play. I had a nice sofa to sit on the whole time, which is very convenient at 7 months pregnant! Overall a very comfortable experience - and the kids tell me they loved their tea and food orders!

It was ok I guess.. the girls that were working weren't much help they did give some what of a good recommendation of which one to try but no greeting no smiling just a look of hurry up and order..

I got the Mango and Passion Fruit Tea, it was pretty good but it was a bit on the sweet side even though I ordered it at 30 percent sweetness. Every share tea/ any other big chain usually has overly sweet drinks though. The shop itself is also really cute w/ couches!

I usually love coming here for the desserts and drinks that look and taste great to enjoy with my family. We love taking the time to spend time with my children to play their board games that they have on the shelf. Most of the time the workers are great and answer any questions that we may have. Which is why I still left a decent rating. Even though it happened a few days ago it still was an unpleasant visit. The tall white lady needs to work on her customer service skills and watch her attitude. She kept giving us faces and acting like we were such an inconvenience when I asked one of my kiddos if they wanted anything from there. Also, when my partner asked me if I wanted anything for myself and when I responded in Spanish that I didn't want anything at all and to get something for themselves; she gave us such a face of disgust and annoyance like if we were bothering her so much. I understand she could've been having a hard time with her shift but she was barely clocking in when we walked in there. I will still be going as we do enjoy the products but this has definitely left me disappointed and albeit a bit annoyed.

Love the boba tea and the food here is my favorite. Excellent service each time. Sadly, they were closed during their hours of operation (1:00 p.m. on a Thursday) which was disappointing because I drove over on my lunch break from work and all the lights and open sign were off.

Customer service was horrible. I’m sorry, but there is no reason to be so rude and passive aggressive to us. It also should be noted a bunch of chairs and tables were dirty, even a roll of trash bags were left on one table 😭 like yall gotta at least TRY to seem professional. That’s all, the drink was good, ice cream took a little bit of time, but was actually really good.

I informed the two workers that my order was suppose to have the egg pudding and they tried to gaslight me in saying that I had ordered the herbal jelly even though the receipt said pudding. They then told me they were out of the pudding and that they would remake my drink with another topping. I opted for boba. The milk tea I received tasted really watered down. Also, the Taiwanese chicken looked nothing like the marketing pics and was a few HUGE chunks of chicken with soggy breading and no fried basil pieces. I've had Taiwanese chicken in other cities and this was just bad. This is the worst Sharetea location I have been to and I've visited the ones in Houston, Katy, Austin and San Fran.

I don’t come here very often but the establishment is dirty every time I do make it in. The drinks and desserts are good but it’s very unappetizing when I walk in and see the place so dirty. Instead of cleaning during slow periods, the employees spend that downtime on their phones.

False advertisement!!!! I called today about the Labubu toppings the girl over the phone said the product isn’t in and doesn’t know when they will get it. Only thing is on their Facebook page it says they have it and people were going crazy about this. Even shows a video of people ordering it.

Please staff your store during busy hours. I ordered two drinks and it took almost an hour. (8:05-8:55pm). Btw they close at 9pm. Out of the 2 people, 1 is taking orders while the other is making stuff in the back. No one is making drinks so no drinks are getting out. 👎

Never coming here again. One of the employees likes to lie about ICE being in town and how they went to shareTea. It’s very disrespectful to actually families that were separated. She made a fake AI photo. Never EVER coming back.

Was looking forward to trying this place out!
