Dear manager, We’ve just been here and you seriously must consider a pay raise to your employee. He was by himself attending orders, preparing them, even answering the phone. We were amazed they were still open till 04:00 AM because everything else was closed but even then at such a late hour Ryan and Damon made such amazing pizza's with just the right amount of toppings so you can enjoy the pizza at it's fullest, also the service was really great. At first we did not know how to use the order screen but they went out of their way to help us order what we wanted! Really great dominos so thank you a lot for the experience.

American food in Amsterdam. Not the same as Domino's in the states, but on par with what you'd expect from an American chain while traveling abroad. (The food from Domino's UK is better in my opinion.)

The food was ok but is a pity there are workers(delivery) prefer to keep few € and say I don't have change just to have extra tip, I said was going to pay with 50€ and I always give tip but is the worst image for a company. Definitely better order small companies that care about the customer.

Usually Domino’s pizza has a deal where their signature pizzas are only €5 if you eat them in store. Seems fair to have a discount because Domino’s are unpleasant to eat in. However, this location had put stickers over the €5 price on the menu and it was full price. So I decided to get the Vegetarian Shawarma which was listed on the menu (and on the screens above the register) for €5.95. They rang me up for 8.95. I asked why and pointed to the menu, and the guy said it was “the special price if you order online for pickup” which wasn’t stated on the menu or on the screen. I told him this and was basically told that it is what it is. I said screw it and got it anyway. On a positive note, the pizza was piping hot and I couldn’t tell that the shawarma wasn’t meat (which surprised me).

Staff here could’ve been friendlier. I tried their vegan pizza since the U.S. locations don’t have it. I’m glad I tried it but probably wouldn’t order it again. The place wasn’t that clean.

Basic Domino's quality pizza, you know what to expect. Super tiny kiosk, maybe two seats so mostly a take-away-place. Service was rather okay, but Credit card machine was broken and cash wasn't accepted. So a little extra hustle but the service wasn't rude. Prices of the pizzas were really unclear while ordering.

I went to order. Surprised to see none of the staff members wearing gloves...like, none. Not sure if gloves are not mandatory in Amsterdam (I don't live here), but surely Domino's has global quality control measures? Anyway, I saw the staff member remove frozen potato wedges and frozen chicken tenders from a plastic bag which kind of put me off. I know food isn't fresh at Domino's but something about seeing the plastic made cringe. The food came out of the oven was heated through but it was not really hot or crispy as promised. The ingredients on the carbonara pizza were drowning in white sauce. Everything about that ordering and pickup experience put me off Domino's.

Felt personally attacked by the woman at the counter, after she informed me that the vegan options weren’t available. I was given disapproving looks by all the staff for my vegan lifestyle - which might I add, is the ethical choice. Pizza was cut horribly, I was offended. You have now lost what could have been a loyal customer.

Donuts are ok (they don't taste bad) but the service makes the whole shopping experience not very easy and welcoming. It's quite a new place and I assume the staff is relatively new as well. The person at the cashier was stressed out when it wasn't even busy and she asked me three times if I had ordered a café latte and if that 1 donut close to her was mine, which I found a bit too much as the order wasn't too complicated. She only had to transfer my coffee order to her colleague behind the coffee machine and she only had to inform me how much the whole order was and if I wanted to pay by cash or card. SIMPLE RIGHT?

Pretty underwhelming and expensive. We ordered two completely different pizzas from the menu which we almost weren't even able to differantiate if it wasn't for a fried chicken pieces on one of them. Apart from that they tasted exactly the same. Compared to other american styled pizzas that we had previously, these were not great.

Came in to pickup an order and were completely ignored by three staff members, one of which was on his phone for almost the entire time we waited to get service, but then finally decided to assist us after his coworker also went on his phone and wouldn't help us.

Ordered pizzas, which arrived 12 hours later, the next day. as an apology, they offered us to deliver the order again, and said that it would be delivered within 40 minutes. 2 hours later, the restaursnt is closed, no one is answering the phone, and pizzas are not delivered

The terminal withdrew my money but the order simply disappeared, so I ended up not getting a refund or a pizza.

I did a order at 12:30, at 12:48 they send me a text telling me that the order would be delivered around 13:30, it was 14:15 already and nothing, so I called them and ask about my delivere and the guy tell me that they already was at my apartment and I did not answer the bell, that is a LIE (I'm in my desktop in front the bell) and when this happened they call on my cellphone, or why should they ask my number for ??????? Ordered via Thuisbezorgd. The app didn’t update so we called after an hour to check when it would arrive. The guy on the phone was very rude and just hung up as quickly as he could.

I ordered 50euro worth of pizza yet they came very cold and super salty. The order arrived 1h30mn late and the driver wouldn't go up the stairs saying the door doesn't open. I also ordered 4 extra sauces each worth 1.2 euro but they never came!!! This is unacceptable and this is how they make more out of online orders, super expensive sauces but never delivered

The chef went outside to smoke wearing the blue gloves then came inside to make our pizza without washing hands or changing gloves! Seemed all the staff were outside together and sadly someone in the group was smoking a joint! Don’t do that outside where you work wearing uniform! Do they have trading standards here to report them? The poor girl behind the counter who served me was amazing though and I did feel sorry for her. Pizza was nice though admittedly.

Rudest staff I ever encountered. Didn't even say hello or goodbye. Went to order pizza and they shouted to use the kiosk- simple mistake on our behalf. Received pizza and thanked them didn't even get a response. I honestly never met such rude staff before.

Stuck with a dry, cold, uncut pizza. Ordered a pizza through UberEATS and agreed I would "meet outside". I was never notified the delivery was coming, and after an hour late, I called them. The guy said it was left with the reception (against my instructions). When I called to request replacement of the cold, hard pizza, I got rude customer service listing excuses, saying it was my fault and that "they couldn't have notified me of delivery because it's too expensive to call". That aside, it can be notified through the app which they never updated. Also Why wasn't it cut?? What a really poor experience.

AVOID, RUN AVOID THIS SHOP! My friends and I ordered on Uber Eats around 11:30pm (they close at 1am the Friday). Because they use their own delivery man, I was not able to track the order. It was supposed to arrive before 00:10. At midnight, the application added 30 min for the delivery (still okay). Moreover, I had to call the restaurant more than 10 times because no one was there and it was already 00:40 and they would close soon. I continued calling, they started screening my calls (they remembered my number) because they stopped answering. However, I called with my girlfriend’s phone and they picked up the phone immediately and when I explained for the 11th time the situation, the guy said « our delivery guy came, rang but no one was there, so he left ». The truth? The guy never came and they knew they were closing soon so they tried to scam me. Working in Hospitality helped me to understand how to help restaurants and business being better at what they do, but in this case, it is only a group of liars and their food is not worth it.

I love Domino's pizza, but don't order here in this shop... I have been waiting for over an hour and no pizza delivered. I called there and was told that the driver has multiple orders, so I waited. Then still nothing, so I called again and was told that they couldn't find my address - in the city of Amsterdam, where I order almost 3x a week from other places without problems. Very poor service here.

Ordered a pizza back on Feb which never arrived. The staff called us to let us know that the delivery man was not present and the order was cancelled. After all this, we never got a refund, even after calling several times and discussing the matter.

Avoid this place. Food is horrible, very unhealthy, and the company is from the US.

Sigh.. It's so sad when your local Dominos isn't a good one.. I guess I grew up lucky, with a good local Dominos.

After seeing the operative sneeze, and then proceed to touch all the toppings I felt sick. Would never ever eat here. I’ve sent an email to Head Office, as basic hygiene protocols should be used in this day and age. Avoid unless you want to be clearly sick.

Unfortunately took 2hrs total for two pizzas delivered 300m away from the place. Can happen at any business but when we called about it they said it was going to be another twenty minutes and that 20mins became 55. We were about to sleep when the delivery arrived. Btw 1 star because the pizzas were’t the one we ordered. Food was ok but not what we paid for.

Very unprofessional terrible person. Hanging up on my ear. 7.11pm on august 25th. Dominos get your employees in order! Placed a order at 11pm through uber eats with it saying estimated delivery time 11:30 - 11:55, pizza still hadn’t arrived by 2:30am and had no update so called 8 times no answer, checked uber eats around 3am with it saying pizza had just been delivered but it had not, Next day tried ringing to get our money but they asked me to wait a minute then put the phone down and tried ringing again and getting no answer.

Better look further for another place. Burnt fries, horrible burnt taste, half empty chicken sandwich today(one day is in a way another day , another recipe pbly). And yesterday, i order a pizza with thin crust ; only the girl was busy in the back for a while, she gave me the pizza, i left, and when to eat, could Just eat the middle of the pizza, half way towards crust and crust was burnt and had rock texture(for that i have no picture as i was hungry and my Phone was closed ,charging, had no patience to wait, so i ate the middle and threw the rest away).

NO CEMENT IS REQUIRED In reply to the owner: Unfortunately like i said i am regular customer so from where to start: First the pizzas have no crust, pizza sauce is all over the place it is wrong proportions as well and on top of that the first pizza is not even a circular it is more like square. So please concentrate to train more the pizza maikers from A to Z but i am glad someone decided to contact to me regarding my bad experience thank you for that. Worst Domino’s to order carry out. Out of the 4 store employees only two works while the other two do not do work. Employees need to be further educated. I do not recommend ordering here.
