I tried there wing fries and they where amazing, the chicken was nice and tender the hot sauce was perfect. When I went with friends it was packed we got a table. We waited about 15 min for our orders to come out and if you need more sauce they'll give it to you is you ask.

Love the food here ! It’s amazing, I love they’re Buffalo chicken fries, especially the mango habanero ! It is a bit pricey but it’s totally worth it. Although the wait is a bit long since it’s such a small store with a bunch of orders , so prepare to wait up to 30min or more.

The wings are perfectly cooked over fries and your choice of sauce. I personally tried the medium wings which would be considered hot anywhere else. The lemon pepper wings were also amazing. Great place and look forward to having it again.

The Buffalo chipotle fries are delicious. They are very tasty with the sauce of your choice. It's a small place, great atmosphere. The wings looked juicy and full of flavor.

You're just entering heaven as you take a bite into the Buffalo fries! Very consistent on their portions, and taste . Best Buffalo fries around town no doubt.

After disappointment after disappointment, my boyfriend and I became so tired of eating at BWW and TGIF... So, we decided to try a new place. What could go more wrong anyway?.. Google maps led us to try Wings Empire and let me tell you, everything went right! What a relief. The wings were crispy and covered in sauce. We tried the mango habanero (he liked them but I didn't), the original hot (we both liked them), and the Buffalo chicken fries ( we Loved these). All in all, we ate more while spending less and left more satisfied from a restaurant than ever before. Enjoy!

If you want the best wings this is the place to go. However prepare to wait up to 30 minutes for your order. The choice of flavors are amazing and no other place have so much choice. The ribs and the fries are also delicious.

I love the food. Great taste and affordable. But what's going on with the hours come on. Google says your open until 11 but when I call the sweet girl on the other line says we're closed at 930. Wow, I have never thought that eating fries could get any better. The idea of Carne Ass fries was brilliant and it brought much attention but wow, the buffalo chicken fries idea surely got the peoples’ attention. This place has the line out the door and coming here to eat was one of the smartest choices that I’ve made so far. Yes, the wait for the food might make you impatient but it is totally worth it. The food was hot and the service was decent. It was a bit slow but yet again, it is a small place and it gets very busy. The price for the food is definitely reasonable and the atmosphere is acceptable. This place offers a variety of options in their menu and I plan to come back and try something else. They are mainly known for the buffalo chicken fries but I will plan to try the taquitos next time. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, especially if you are watching sports because this is the type of food that you will want to have while watching the game.

Yes the service might take a minute or two longer than what is expected, yes it gets packed most, if not all, the time but, we all have to agree on one thing, this food is delicious! Never have i ever been in love or have been infatuated with a meal like Wing's Empire's Meal. The price is just right for the amount of food you get. Not to mention the customer service! Chicken fries here are the best, a regular size is enough for 2, the location is really more of a carryout place the last time I went they didn't have tables set up anymore so be prepared to take carryout & have your taste buds ready, also have napkins ready your going to them.

This place is busy often so make sure to call in your order ahead of time! Right now, because of Covid, they are requiring a mask to enter and for you to wait outside while your order is prepared. Considering the situation, this is totally acceptable and welcome. The Buffalo Chicken Fries is my order of choice here with the sweet and spicy sauce. Be mindful, because a large can easily feed 2 and costs not much more than the regular size. If you do go with the large, get an extra side of dipping sauce. Highly recommend it!

My husband and I often crave their chicken fries and they always taste so good. We love the order ahead so we dont wait too long since they are always busy. Prices are reasonable too .Last time we went they messed up on the sauce and we didnt notice until we got home.It was too spicy and we couldn't enjoy it like we usually do. We will continue ordering from here but from now on we will be checking our food

Buffalo chicken fries are alright once in a while. I've tried the "medium" and "very hot" sauce, they both get salty towards the middle. Ranch is good.

Food is better is eaten there than as a takeout. Good portions and good prices. It used to be WingsEmpire now Wingsaholic. Everything stayed the same. It was just a name change. They also have specials, ask for them 😉

The food is really good with big portions for a cheap price. Really popular place, which means it gets busy a lot. Sometimes you get your food within 5 to 10 minutes and other times it can take up to 45 minutes. It is also really small with 4 or 5 tables. Calling ahead of time is always the best option.

If you like breathing fire go with atomic, both flavors very good. For myself very hot isn't spicy enough but the atomic did the trick.

Honestly the food is good but the wait can be reasonable or downright terrible. Sometimes around 1pm the wait is about 15 minutes (reasonable) one time I called ahead and they told me twenty minutes. . . . . . It took and hour and ten minutes to get my order (terrible) the cashiers are nice but the cooks are very unorganized.

The food was good but the cashier, Anthony is rude! He rushes your order taking process just for the order to be incorrect. Try to correct him but he tried to be passive aggressive. Make sure to listen to the customer!

Good fries, bad service.

Nice friendly and hardworking staff. The wings were a good size and the sauces we tried weren't the best. The cheese sticks did not have a marinara dipping sauce but had a nice amount of cheese inside. The ribs were some of the most tender I have ever tried but I did not like the sauce that was slathered on.

I used to love this place when they first opened, however, the past 3 times I've been here it has been a bit of a roller-coaster. The Customer Service is phenomenal, the young men and ladies who work here are very friendly and attentive. I've been coming to this place since it opened and their wings blew me away, the chicken was so full, just the right amount of sauce, the order was made as you ordered. The past 3 times I've gone it's been a disappointment, the wings are dry and burned. There is very little sauce, and the portions of side sauces has been reduced. I would like them to go back to their great ways.

This place has good food but the reason I have to give it two stars it's because the wait time is SUPER LONG... When I visited, the restaurant wasn't even busy and they still took more than 30 minutes for just some Buffalo fries. Also, other people who ordered long after us got their food first. I was thinking it would have a shorter wait time then buffalo wild wings or wingstop but it's about the same. Disappointed.

I gave 2 stars because there service sucks! Out of everything the only thing I dislike about this place is they take forever. When I found about this place I wasn't too sure but I gave them a try and the wings were great! The only problem on my first time was that they literally took more than an hour to have my order ready. (20 wings only) I wasn't upset because the wings were really good. Last Saturday the 6th I was craving wings and I was deciding between the chain wing restaurant or Wings Empire. I decided to give them a second try because of the food quality. I placed my order Alondra ( cashier ) tells me my order will be ready in about 20 mins. After maybe 30 Min. I go pick up my food, I had to wait another 5-10 min (not an issue). I was given my food and I head home to find out my order was not complete as they forgot 1 order of wings and 1 regular fries. I called and how they handle the whole situation from beginning to end was terrible. Alondra acknowledge they forgot to give part of my order and said "sorry, do you want to come back or not?" I was expecting something like " I am sorry we forgot to give your order correct, we have it here if you may want to come back or give you credit for another day"..... That would of being a good way to try and resolve the situation...instead it escalated because it got me feeling unappreciated of my business. I told Alondra I really don't want to go back but can you give me credit for tomorrow? I ask if no credit for later on, then I will go and pick up my food. I asked for manager, but they don't have management on the weekends and the cook "Juan" approve the refund for the next day even though he is not the manager which it was what I told Alondra that it was going to be a problem. Long story short she got my information down or so I thought. I called the following day after work (as I mentioned to cashier I was going to do and assure me no problems) and a gentleman answered which was not aware of the food I was supposed to received and asked for help (he was the only employee that didn't try to instigate) Alaine got on the phone and ruddily asked what I needed help with and refused to tell me her name calling herself coworker 2 and called the first person coworker 1! I understand that the attitude can be associated at times with age, but come on train them better at service. I requested manager but by the time I only vent with Victor the manager as I was already upset and hangry! All I got to say its that it's not about the money, it's about the principle. If you guaranteed something then honor it! As I told Victor, I won't dispute with the bank because it's not worth it but I am not coming back. The stars is because of the food only, otherwise I would of given 0 for the terrible experience. Advise for anybody is to please check your order before leaving, other than that everyone has their own experiences.

The food is so 🔥, like I'm not sure how to even convey that. But the service and wait is terrible, Bottom tier. You can call your order ahead of time and still have a wait time.

TLDR; I received the wrong item (someone checked before handing it to me), called and was told to return to the store. They asked for the item back and I received my correct item. (No accommodations, they asked for the item back first and then handed me the correct item). I had to waste an hour of my time so they can only “fix” their mistake. Food was not made well and cold. As a customer I don’t want to ask for something I feel can be looked at as rude and uncomfortable. How much do you value and hour of a customer. I called to make, one medium buffalo fries, and two small. 20mins later I go to pick it up, I was charged and handed “my” order (someone check the order and receipt before handing it to me whom I think was the manger or could’ve been another cashier not sure). Another 20mins to get home and the bag ripped after I walking in and one of the ranch’s spilled. After going through my items the medium one was actually a small. I call them back and was told to return with the item. 20mins later I return, cashier then requested to see the item and I handed it to them and the double check it was the garlic Parmesan one, which was the item the should’ve been a medium and not a small. To me this felt rude as if they wanted to see if I was lying. After which my “correct” item was handed to me. Another 20mins later and I finally sat down to enjoy my cold food that wasn’t even mixed well, and the garlic, Parmesan and meat were also not mixed well, stiff and greasy fries were just laying at the bottom. Ended my day not being able to have time for the activity(s) I anticipated on doing, ending with writing my review (which I just don’t enjoy doing).

Friendly, helpful order taker..I'll give them that. But waited over 45 minutes for one order of 10 wings with fries To Go. It was crowded so I figured must be good if people will wait this long. Unfortunately, the wings were okay at best, the fries were all either under cooked or burned and weren't salted. The food was just bland without the sauces. I got the bbq and lemon pepper sauces, and neither were great, but lemon pepper was okay. I was still hungry at the end of the meal, so I ate the celery sticks. I wanted to like it, but a disappointing hour and $16 spent, sorry guys

I'm giving a two because they were nice and fast service 10 wings order was ready in less than their 10 min prediction. the sauces are good but 2 out of 5 wings were hard like chicharron I think they gave me old recooked wings 😒 I didnt eat those so i lost 3 wings. Pretty terrible service. Find another spot if you're hungry. While it was a Friday night, the line fluctuated between "really really long" and "where did everybody go?". Regardless of whether you're the first to order or not, be prepared to wait more than half an hour for your food to be prepared-- and in my friends' case, find out that your order was forgotten and never even seen by the kitchen. The spot itself is really small and while I'm inclined to say it's cozy-- it's the total opposite of a decent experience. The chairs are so high, we witnessed a child fall down straight to the floor. The establishment is so tiny that people in line were right behind my chair, leaving me unable to scoot back and grab a refill. The setup of this place is so garbage.. and I recall hearing Wings opened a couple years ago? C'mon guys... Speaking of garbage... THERE IS NO garbage can! Probably because they have no room for it? Once we put our order in, I received mine after 15 minutes and my friends had to go up and ask the cashier what the deal is after they waited 20. The cashier never properly acknowledged what happened but it seems that he completely forgot to send the order to the kitchen. There's no proper pick-up area, so you have to weasel your way through the sea of hungry customers just go pick up your food, or stand by the side hoping one of the employees will assist you. I got the buffalo chicken fries. It's boneless wings on a bed of fries with a sauce of your choice. It was pretty tasty, and the portions were enormous. The fries were extremely greasy, almost to the point where I was diving into grease soup when I made a dent in this mountain of carbs and chicken. Way too much oil was used, but for the price (and if you're trying to feed a family) it's not as bad as the business itself. Overall, Wings Empire is so poorly run that I don't want to give them a chance anymore. They charge 55 cents for card transactions! That's like.... insane. I wouldn't come back here due to the abysmal waiting times and lack of basic customer service.

I order on postmates total of $54, I go pick up my food they said order was cxl and I re order and pay again. So they say postmates would refund the money within a few days. My money was never refund. I reached out to postmates and they said the money was paid to wing empire and owner refuses to refund on $ or food. So I lost my money.

I've tried calling this place non stop for 10 minutes. I either get a busy signal or someone answers and hangs up. After calling a friend who lives within a block from this spot, he had nothing good to say. And to take is a blessing that they never answered my call. After reading other reviews, I'm glad this happened. Customer service needs much improvement and from the looks of it, the food as well...

Way to dam long to get an order of 10 wings !!! Ordered my food exactly @ 8:15 pm & got my food @ 9:00 when others who arrived after me got theres before me!! So dam disappointed for being my first time there! Well not be returning here ever ! Was about to ask for my refund when they had called my order #. No apologies or what so ever. Bad service. Called 3 times and put on hold all 3 times. I understand if it’s busy but I heard them just having normal conversation while I was on hold 3 times. first time was on hold for 7 minutes, second time for 5 & third for 2 and never was attended. My call log showed I called them atleast 17 times and wasn’t attended to once.

I had my first experience at Wings Empire today and while I’m happy with the food, the service was TERRIBLE. I ordered over the phone and was told it would take 15 minutes for my order to be ready but it took 30. Then they forgot my veggies and the extra hot sauce I asked for, but I was already home at this point and my kid was hungry so I wasn’t going to drive all the way back, it’s super inconvenient. When I called back to tell them this they said they’d put it in the system and when I asked for the girl’s name (same girl who took my order) SHE HUNG UP ON ME. So damn rude.

This place never answers the damn phone!! I can’t even place the order online since they don’t have a chipotle sauce flavor.

Worst customer service ever. I waited 40 minutes for my order and others who came after me got their food first. The Cashier was also very slow at charging customers and overall attending the customers; she also forgot orders and wouldn’t give out the drinks cups when combos were ordered. Employees were also having side conversations in the back of the kitchen all gathered around. Poor Cook was having to do all the work inside. Besides the customer service, the food portions and prices were spectacular, but not worth the wait! Also, the sanitation of the tables, chairs, and cashier counter were very unsatisfactory. There was so many soda stains all over. Please, to the owners, do something about this, your business should not suffer due to your employees.

This place was terrible. Service was awful and food was just as bad. I was helped by Marlene and honestly, she looked like she had no interest in the task at hand what so ever. Our food took over 35 minutes to get. I ordered the buffalo chicken fries and by the time they got to me they were so mushy. I was practically eating baby food. My wife got the wings and they looked like she got chicken in soup, the suace had no consistency at all. Definitely do not recommend.

Bad customer service. If I can give zero stars I would. This place needs to hire new cashiers that are respectful and professional. Unfortunately upon arrival after I placed the order 6 min later she tells me that it will have to be delivery because they closing in 30 minutes. Closing time is 11 arrival was 10:35. If that’s the case she should of told me at the register not after I was waiting for the food. We wouldn’t of ordered so much food and expected to sit and eat after a long day at Disney and Angels stadium!!! They should say closing is 10:30 not 11! Or last order something!!! HORRIBLE!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Btw the back is veryyy dirty especially the floors!

Just came in a couple hrs ago. First time ever coming here. I came in with my sis, nephew and friend and ordered the 25 hotwing family meal and some moterella cheese sticks not to mention we Paid like $50.Two customers got their order before us and waited for about 30 min +. We then got our food and don't get me wrong, it looked good but when we took a bite of the wings they were super hard (way over cooked). French fries and cheese sticks were hard as well. The only good thing was that the girl had patience. Might consider this place again since the girl was nice. (But please please inspect your food once in awhile since apparently I'm haven't been the only one with unhappy food)

They have horrible customer service. I have never been to a place where the customer gets blamed for there mistakes. And this is not the first time this has happened. I ordered 3 different meals and 2 sauces and only recieved 2 meals and 3 sauces and yet they had the audacity to blame us for that mistake. I even repeated the order twice to them and they kept changing there story to blame us for that mistake. Unfortunately I didn't realize the mistake till I got home. I understand mistakes happen but for a company to repeatedly on multiple accounts blame the customer for a mistake on there end is unacceptable. Never eating here again.

Wings Empire is surely a collapse (pun intended). I paid my $9 and in return I got a bed of greasy french fries with no seasoning. I literally got a small pool of greasy oil. The lemon pepper was not rich as I expect. The shredded fried chicken was overcooked and dry. Initially I actually got all this drenched in a pink sauce which tasted like sour cream and an aftertaste of mayonnaise. This place gets packed with so many students who do not seem to pay attention to their history classes because why come back to a place that serves trashy food. whoever is in charge of approving this plate needs to go back to culinary art school because whoever it is that person is not tasting what I found. Sad to say this is another disappointment coming here.

Worst costumer service ever. I called ahead to place a order and the lady didnt allow me. I get there place a order and WAITED more then 30 mins for a s order of fries and and wings. They wouldn't take my phone order but around 5 orders were placed on thephone while I was waiting for mine. The only one that knows what's going on is the cook. The other workers seem to hide when they have a rush. The food is great not going to lie. ALL THIS 1 STAR REVIEWS ARE DUE TO THE BAD COSTUMER SERVICE NOT THE FOOD. its obvious that owner dont care about the costumer service or it would off got fixed 30 reviews ago.

Horrible service. After our Disneyland trip we came for wings. We waited 45 minutes for 2 items. After 30 minutes we asked about our food, the only response was "theres a lot of tickets". No sorry about the wait, nothing. We told them that the customer should be notified if theres a longer then normal wait time. But, we waited another 15 minutes. I would never ever have waited that long for food from a small hole in the wall, or any other place. After all that wait, the food wasnt even good. Chicken was over cooked and dry. And the fries my 7 year old would even eat. Never again. San Diego resident

they never ever answer the damn phone it’s so annoying. I would still go in to order there BUT last time I did that and drove 25 mins there just to notice they closed early. At 4:30 and I got there at 4:35. They could’ve at least answered or updated their voicemail. The food is bomb but service sucks so much I don’t even feel like going

This place is good. But i won't be going back cause the girl who was on the register on 4/22/25 was rude and had a BAD attitude. She only gave me a small ranch with a medium order of fries while I watched her give other orders large orders of ranch. Crazy how they treat people differently. Do better!

In my honest opinion, this place is not as good as it used to be. My order is correct only like 50% of the time. The chicken fries that I normally order are always stale and the chicken extremely dry. When you tell the workers, they never seem to care. Really bad customer service. I used to love this spot, but now it disappoints me every time. I am sad that I am even writing this review because like I said before, I really used to love this spot but not anymore. Please save your money and don’t even consider giving this spot a try. You’re better off going somewhere else.

I placed an online order at Wingaholic in Anaheim on 06/11/25 at 7:30 PM. In the instructions, I specifically asked for no ranch on my fries. When I arrived after a 20-minute drive, I double-checked with the girl at the front if there was ranch on the fries. She looked annoyed, but told me no, so I took the order and left. When I got home, surprise ,the fries were covered in ranch. I called the store immediately because I wasn’t about to drive another 20 minutes back. When the same girl answered the phone, she was hostile, unhelpful, and completely dismissive. She told me it wasn’t her job to check the order, that it was the cooks’ responsibility. But then why did she say no when I asked at pickup? She could’ve just told me to check it myself. I asked to speak to the manager ,and she said she was the manager. Honestly, if that’s true, it’s even more disappointing. A manager should take accountability, not lie to customers, pass the blame, and respond with attitude. I asked for her name so I could include it in my complaint, and she flat out refused, telling me I’d have to come in person if I wanted it ,even after I told her I lived far away.This whole situation was handled so poorly. I came to Wingaholic to enjoy dinner , instead, I got messed-up food, a rude manager, and zero accountability.Wingaholic, please train your staff ,especially your “managers.” This was unacceptable and a total waste of my time and money.

I came in there was only 2 people inside sitting down already eating. I placed a order and waited 30 minutes as multiple people came inside ordered and received there order before me even though they ordered after me , I got a refund went to wing stop waited 5 minutes got my order and it’s the same price but taster and better then wingsaholic
