3 yrs ago, I rated it a 4 stars. Today(10/10/9), it's one of my rare 5 stars to-goto spot. Love the fact that I can do a online order and it's ready within 15 mins! Everyone should definitely try them, if you haven't and if you have...they deserve the 5 stars. Their employees at this location are always fast and super friendly with the customers. I can't say bout the other locations, but those reviews will be coming soon. Thank you guys for making lunch easy & quick for delivery drivers like myself. I'd give a 5 star, if this wasn't my first time. But it is. Service was good. Food was very good. Very different. Definitely will continue being a customer.

The staff are always professional and glad to serve. Ingredients are ALWAYS fresh, without fail. The Poke Bop is my personal favorite, with succulent fish and steamy rice. Wife thinks I have a problem because I request this for dinner more than anything. Best bang for the buck too. You can not find anything nearly this good for the price anywhere else.

Delicious Korean rice bowls, just the sight of the order before yours being prepared will have you asking 'ooohhh, what is that one!?' -1 because many tables needed to be wiped down when we were ready to be seated. The food was so good I feel bad taking off a star though! We demand a South Anchorage location!

Not bad. Tried the poke bowl. It was good but not great. Seems to always have people ordering to go. Not the best looking place to dine in at.

Exploring Ginger

Delicious and fresh! The amount of meat, veggies and rice were just perfect. We were afraid that there would be a lot of rice, surprising enough it was the right amount. I only gave it a 4Star due to the fact that the employees were so busy that walk-ins were nearly not as accompanied with service. Crazy how dead it looks in the parking lot and how many people do takeout here. If you do choose to stop here, definitely have an order in before you arrive.

Great staff who provides friendly services. Interesting menus. The rice bowls are a bit heavier taste (sodium?) than what I prefer. Kimchi is not like the authentic Korean kimchi. But overall a good place to fill my hunger.

Great selection. Polite staff and very patient with me asking questionsa out the menu. It was my first time here and the food was good. Worth checking out. I didnt even know it was here till I saw it while hungry shopping at Ace Hardware and stopped in randomly.

Other than being a little pricey, this was fantastic. Friendly staff, fast fresh food. The meal I got (can't remember the name) was perfect, the noodles were wonderful. Been craving it ever since, I will be back!

so disappointing, top bop used to be so good! the whole menu changes are sad, i just want it to be how it was prior to the menu/adding noodles into the bowls. i moved away and used to be so excited when i got to come into town and have some. begging them to change the menu back :(

We used to eat here often. And it was delicious. But their menu has changed recently and the food quality is poor. My sesame chicken was heated up chicken nuggets with a sweet sauce and my husband's was chicken nuggets with sweet "chilli" sauce. Not to mention the noodles, which used to be amazing just tasted like plastic. We are sad to see a favorite go away but with what we had last night, we won't be going back anytime soon. Not worth it for the price. Dumplings are still da bomb!

This place used to be so good but it is really frustrating when the bowl is closer to half full than full, half the lettuce is brown and I have to pay extra just to get enough sauce to not wind up eating plain rice half the time.
