Ordered the Giant Burger with pepper jack cheese and fries. Everything was fantastic. The prices were super affordable. We were driving back to Napa and craving burgers when Bartel’s Giant Burger popped up on the map. With 4.5 stars, we thought, there’s no way it’s that good—so we had to check it out for ourselves. My goodness, we were blown away! Everything was so fresh, incredibly tasty, and reasonably priced. We also loved that it’s family-owned and has been open for over 50 years—you can really taste the care and tradition in every bite. We’re so sad we don’t live nearby because we’d definitely be regulars! 🍔✨

New to the area. Craving a cheeseburger. Heard about this place being the best around. Boy isn’t it???!!!!! Best dadgum cheeseburger I’ve ever had. Service was perfect. The patio was clean and comfortable. I’ll definitely go back. Highly recommend! Yall check ‘em out! You won’t be disappointed.

OMGOSH!!!!! Love this place. Once upon a time they had a strawberry pie, best I've ever had. My family would fly down from Alaska and head straight to Bartels.... Great memories.
You want a real burger? This is the place to go. Burgers made the way you, the customer, wants it. Outstanding fries to compliment their tremendous burgers. In all the years I have eaten Bartel's, I have never had anything but the Giant burger and fries. That's how good they are, why stray from the path that makes you happy. You can find cheaper burgers; you'll be hard pressed to find better.
1st time there, Giant burgers ( got it in a meal/combo) excellent!! Wonderful ladies working there, friendly, always smiling .Highly recommended wonder why we waited so long to stop by, will for sure be back with the whole family!
Food was great and definitely recommend getting their popular giant burger! Real meat not the fake premade. Adding the traditional fry sauce and homemade vanilla shake makes the meal complete. Plenty of parking. Was raining outside, temperature inside was nice. You can preorder and pickup your orders. Cute setup, food made in front of you.

A very good, no-frills burger. Good fries, good prices, good service by the ladies. The interior decor is stuck in the 80's which creates a bit of a nostalgic vibe. There is outdoor seating. What else could you want?
This place has been a landmark in this area for as long as I can remember. Same atmosphere, good people, good,classic, fried food that you expect from an old car-hop diner. Prices are still pretty good and the food taste about the same. Classic
Service was excellent. Everyone behind the counter was all smiles. The 2 chicken sandwiches we ordered were very dry. I assume they were overcooked in fear of the possibility of food poisoning. The fountain drinks tasted a little off as well. The fries were great though. Maybe they were just having an off night. All other reviews for this place contradict my experience.
