Great location, with good food. I was nicely welcomed by the boss, he worked behind the bar. Service was initially good, I. Answer to get a drink then quickly ordered food. But after that I never managed to order a glass of wine until dinner was over, and found out they didn't serve by the glass! And no water on the table. So I decided to have coffee and dessert elsewhere as I git sick of waiting. But again, food was good and very nice atmosphere, and the boss behind the bar was very nice and accommodating.

What a beautiful setting! We had dinner here. I was a bit disappointed with my pizza as it was watery and the anchovies had fishbones in that got stuck in my throat.

The view and the setting are amazing but the food was disappointing. The prices are on the high range for Italian standards.

Place is nice, good views, decent atmosphere... But the service is slow and the food average. I know it was the only one open here on a Monday. That's why they're busy. But if you know that's the situation. Take an advantage. Don't screw it up. My pizza was tasteless and it took over 30 minutes to get to me.. St least the views are nice. I doubt I'll be coming back. Not worth it. Better pizzas in nearby places.

Price to value ratio is very low. Small portions of average food at high price. Feels disappointing. They charged coperto including 2-years-old baby…. However, must admit that you can sit “outside” in winter, which is great! I won’t come here for a lunch, but I still would consider coming for a coffee

Food is OK, but we got ripped off because we were tourists (happens often in Italy). My girlfriend and I asked if we could have only one entry dish, which we would share. They brought one, and charged us for 2 entries. When we asked why, the waitress told us that this is what we ordered, and started complaining about us in Italian (unluckily for her, my girlfriend is from Italy, and understood her perfectly).

Fantastic location overlooking the lake, with some friendly staff. But the whole experience is somewhat spoilt by the below average, over priced food. You're talking €20 euros for a dish, without sides, that is pretty bland.

Last week I was visiting my parents in Italy. On Friday 12.09 me and my mom went for a dinner and went as usually to MiraLago. It al begane good Till we order our food. After that the woman who took our order stoped serving us, the only thing that I can think of is that because she heard us speaking other language she did not like. She was also the only one who took the orders that evening. It begon with that my pizza came 40 minutes (or even later ) later than of the rest of the guests who took their order same time as I did. Before that I asked her when she walked by About it and she gave an answer - its comming - in Italian whitout evening looking at me or stop walking. After that when I was done waiting I called her to come by wayving at her while we had eye contact and her reaction was to take her phone and walk away outside, she didnt also send someone else to our table. After my pizza had finally arrived and I ate it a male colleague of her asked me if I wanted a dessert, I said yes. I saw him talking to her but her choice was to ask almost every table arround ours for dessert and to ignore ours. I dont know what she tried to make clear but the only thing that I saw was her low and unproffecial behavior again her guests.

It seems to be open until 11 p.m. but when I was before 10 p.m. it was already closed. There was a girl sitting inside and a guy was spinning in front of the door. They both said it was already closed. That's not how it's done. You could use some discipline. If we close at 11 p.m., this hour must be observed and not mislead people. This is not the first time this situation has happened. I'm waiting for improvement. I will verify it. I'm pretty close.

A very long wait for mediocre pizza at an elevated price. The staff was overworked and unfriendly, and made several mistakes. All in all, we regretted coming here. Great view on the lake.

We went there after 6 months and this time was a disaster. Really disgusting food (maybe they changed the chef or the products that they use) and the service done by a guy with long hairs was really really bad... he understood quite nothing and he was bringing us the wrong plates. The food really really bad not any taste. The view was not so nice why there was dirty windows. I will never come again
