Great place. Fast service. They have seats inside and outside. It is a really nice and quiet area that is hidden from the road. During some hours of the day can be really busy. The food is yammy and great quality. Definitely recommend.

Bloom to the rescue! I was a barista in the 90’s when Starbucks was just a baby. That said, I had just recently mentioned how SB ruined the 90’s cafe culture and how much I missed what it used to be. Then, in the midst of a crises situation that left me in a sad place, Bloom coffee came to the rescue as a ray of hope and a happy place to call home while I sip my delicious espresso drink. I always feel obligated to leave a review when a spot has the respect enough for the coffee to offer pour overs. They have an unassuming and unique menu of breakfast choices , they open pretty early and have a very welcoming and comfortable feel. The breakfast sandwich I ordered was on point. The spot to stop for breakfast if you’re around, I will have to stop in for lunch sometime!

Go here for a high quality cup of coffee made with great beans! The latte was good. They also do pour overs! Indoor and outdoor seating available. Lots of birds chirping outside made for a relaxing environment to sit and enjoy your cup!

I think I may have been a bit frustrating to deal with as I asked ridiculous questions like what is a shakerato, Chemex, or V60. She was still very polite and gave a great recommendation of the shakerato with slight heavy cream. It was definitely enough of a jolt and refreshing. Give it a try!

They use verve coffee beans I believe. It's done well, my latte was fragrant and yummy. The latte art is whatever for a third wave coffee type of place but at least their espresso is pretty good. The price is good though for the quality!

The coffee was just ok. Reminded me of a Starbucks light roast. I got a pastry. Was decent.

In 2008, the Elia Brothers opened Bloom Coffee and Tea. It's a cute and quaint coffee shop. It fits in perfectly with the Mediterranean shopping center theme. They have a very simple menu displayed. If there's something you're craving, ask if they know how to make it. I would recommend the business have weekly specials of more fun and complex drinks. I've heard there's a secret menu, by looking in the mirror behind the register. I didn't discover this until after I had been to this coffee shop. Also, I would recommend the cashier / barista repeat the order to ensure you're getting exactly what you ordered. I asked for an iced skinny sugar-free vanilla latte, but received a latte with heavy cream. The prices are a bit high compared to their competitors. This could be a good coffee date. Really disappointed with my experience at Bloom Cafe in Roseville. I paid for a breakfast burrito and what I got was basically just potatoes with one tiny piece of bacon—no eggs at all. I went to the front and let the blonde girl working around 12pm, and she told me the egg pieces were just “really tiny.” I told her I had opened up the burrito and there were literally no eggs inside. After asking twice, they agreed to remake it. What they brought out was a flimsy burrito with barely anything in it—and it was filled with cheese, even though I specifically said no cheese, no dairy when I ordered. It felt like they didn’t care about getting it right. Definitely not worth the price. I won’t be coming back.
