Absolutely phenomenal pizza. I'm very picky when it comes to pizza and this place takes the cake. The dough/crust, the cheese, the sauce, and the generous amount of toppings are all amazing. Issa and crew really know how to make a delicious pizza pie. I'm excited to try the deep dish next. I highly recommend.
I'm so glad to find truly great pizza in Antelope. I was driving over an hour to slice house in el dorado hills . This place is even better. The crust has ideal crunch outside with softness inside. The sauce and ingredients are so... good and fresh. A 10 on the portnoy scale for sure. I asked if they made indian pizza, he happily made a custom one. They are so nice. I unfortunately have to add what I hope was an honest mistake. They charged $24.99 for a large specialty pizza pie. I paid $40.00. He gave me my change back. I just put it in my pocket without looking at it. I checked before leaving, and he only gave me 2 bucks in change. Ugh, I will be back for the best pie in town, but I'll keep a sharp eye on the change. I mean, I like to give a generous tip, but wow. Had to change service rating.
Best pizza in Antelope easy, even though we don't live here anymore we will come out of our way or have it delivered as a guilty pleasure.
I encourage everyone to try this place! You want to support local? It doesn't get any more local than this. The food is always made fresh, their salads are generous in portions, and their pizza is just divine. The sesame seed crust is so soft and fluffy and flaky with the right amount of crunch, but today I fell in love with their garlic crust. It is a real winner! I've tried just about everything on the menu since they've been open and I can honestly say that I've enjoyed everything I've eaten there. Even their vegan cheese, which I was on the fence about, was really tasty! It's cashew based, and has the look and consistency of real cheese. Today I discovered that they started carrying pickles as an ingredient for their new cheeseburger pizza, and the owner was gracious and kind enough to humor me when I asked for an all pickle pizza. And it was SO GOOD! And speaking of the owner, he is such a nice guy. An absolute gentleman, he makes everything with love, and you can really tell he has a passion for what he does. If you love garlic and great food, please support local and try this place! You won't be disappointed!
The pizza was excellent just got me a 8 inch 4 slices pepperoni with a fruit punch, Arizona definitely would order or go back again great employee she was kind and told me it would only take 10min pretty good the taste cheese sauce crust dough was all great
Came here for the first time a few days ago and was a bit hesitant to try them out. I mean let's be honest here, most smaller local pizza places are nothing to rave about. But WOOW! Great quality, great flavors, and pricing was very reasonable! I ordered my husband and I a sausage lover calzone and a pepperoni olive calzone and was blown away by the flavors and quality of the dough itself! Not to mention the service was great! I actually ended up with the wrong calzone and it was so good i didnt even mind! (Didnt bother calling to complain, i enjoyed it regardless!) Can't wait to go back and try the one I originally ordered! 😊
I love their Pizza!! found it by coincidence and now I'm addicted. must try their beef sausage and pepperoni.
The pizza is always great but I ordered mozzarella sticks and since the order took over an hour to arrive, when placed at 1:30pm, the 8 buck sticks were soft and chewy not crunchy, they aren't even edible. I'll stick to the pizza. ETA: I got a call from Issa (not sure if I'm spelling that correctly) he wanted to check up on my order because of this review. My family orders pizza 1-2xs per week from Antelope Pizza House, he remembered who we were and wanted to make amends. I appreciate the call from this business owner, its far more than you'd get from a big chain business. Thank you.
I’m looking for Margherita pizza then find this place. It’s amazing. Picture is half Margherita half Hawaiian
Great customer service ! Pizza was great! We ordered roasted chicken and veggeterian. Dough, chicken, and veggies are A+. Great addition to the area. Questionable 1 star review above...I do not think they know how a real pizza should taste like. Taste for yourselves and you will also question the 1 star review. Finally, a pizza worth eating at such a convenient location.
The pizza is genuinely great. Always hot, always fresh, and consistently well made. The crust is cooked just right, the sauce actually has flavor, and the cheese pull is exactly what you want when you open the box. It is the kind of pizza you crave and confidently recommend to other people. But the ranch is on another level entirely. This ranch is bussin bussin. Unreal. Perfectly creamy, perfectly seasoned, and so good it almost does not make sense. We are not even exaggerating when we say we sometimes come here just for the ranch. It goes with everything. Pizza, crust, fries, literally anything you dip into it instantly becomes better. You find yourself saving extra pieces of pizza just to have more ranch left. The pizza is excellent, but the ranch is legendary and easily the best part of the entire experience.
Met the owner randomly and convinced me to give this place a shot. Just got a simple pepperoni personal size and was surprised how good it was. Pepperoni looked light until i realized half of it is baked under the cheese. Didnt have high hopes at first since the previous places that were at this location were disappointing. Not this place though and will be back to try more
We ordered the vegetarian pesto pizza with chicken added. The pizza was so delicious. The ranch was very good too! So nice to find a pizza place that has halal options as well. Highly recommend 👌
Favorite place to get pizza place. Best stoner food. Would recommend is there pineapple and ham thin crust pizza. Fire!!!
Tried this place for the first time tonight and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. We got a combination and a 3 topping special and both were fantastic. We will definitely be going back again!
Today we had lunch here, we ordered an extremely delicious pepperoni pizza. It was the perfect amount of toppings and sauce. Their sauce was the best I've ever had. We brought 4 kids with us, all before nap time. The kids were a little energetic and the staff were so nice to them and didn't seem to mind. They were so accommodating to us. I 100% recommend trying this place and we will be coming back. Thank you to the staff for making us the best pizza and providing such a great lunch experience for our family. Also, we had a cookie pizza and that was so warm and tasty make sure to try one of those when you go also. You won't be disappointed!!!
Amazing, delicious. So far the best pizza in sac area Highly recommended
Always fast, always delicious and they often have deals on the slice app that make things better priced. I absolutely love the barbecue chicken pizza and I used to be a firm believer that pineapple did not belong on pizza. However, this one place has changed my mind.
I recently spent a week in the area for business and tried several restaurants nearby. After discovering Antelope Pizza House, I ended up eating there every day for the rest of my trip. The pizzas and sandwiches were absolutely delicious, made with fresh and high quality ingredients. I also tried some desserts, and they were just as amazing, especially the Pizza Cookie and Cinnamon Sticks. The service was outstanding. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, making every visit a great experience. It’s rare to find a place where you genuinely look forward to returning, but this is one of them. I even spoke with other customers who told me how much they love coming here. The restaurant is very clean and well-maintained, and it’s clear that they care about quality in every aspect. The owner is also a really nice and welcoming person, which adds to the great atmosphere. If you’re in the area, this is definitely a place you don’t want to miss. I will absolutely be back next time I’m in town.
Sublime pizza of my dreams, the cacio e pepe slice in particular. That being said, I loathe waiting in line for anything no matter how good. When I visited we were lucky to "only" have a half hour wait. I also wish there was more seating available. Felt weird sitting on the church steps across the street, honestly.
Badiali truly lives up to its legendary status. 🍕 We tried the classic cheese pizza, the mushroom bianco, and the Cacio e Pepe—each one was outstanding in its own way. The classic cheese was perfectly balanced with an incredible crust, the mushroom bianco was rich and flavorful without being heavy, and the Cacio e Pepe was bold, simple, and executed to perfection. Every slice showed an obsession with quality, technique, and ingredients. This is easily one of the best pizza places in Toronto, and honestly, it deserves to be mentioned among the best pizza spots in the world. Absolutely worth the hype and the wait.
Tried Badiali Pizza and it absolutely lived up to the hype. We went all in and tried Salami Hot Pepper, Vodka, Burrata Marinara, Cacio e Pepe, and Mushroom Bianco. The top 3 standouts for me were the Salami Hot Pepper, Vodka, and Burrata Marinara. The salami slice was 🔥 hot, juicy, and packed with flavour, easily my favourite of the bunch. Vodka was rich and well-balanced, and the Burrata Marinara was simple but done really well. Highly recommend going on a weekday when there’s little to no line makes the experience way better. I’d definitely come back to try more. Pro tip: get the GG Ranch on the side. One is more than enough for 2 people or about 4 slices.
Went there in two days before New Year, right after a snowstorm. Even with the cold and wind, there was still a long line — but honestly, it was 100% worth it. Be prepared to wait a bit, and there’s a good chance you’ll be eating outside in the cold. We got lucky and managed to grab a standing table inside, which was a huge win. Every slice we tried was excellent — great crust, great toppings, and everything tasted on point. Not the most comfortable experience weather-wise, but the pizza absolutely delivers. Would do it again without hesitation.
This is a Must go pizzeria in Toronto. You can try one of the best Pizzas in town! They have decent variety of different pizzas, all very delicious, well cooked and high quality. Staff are nice and friendly. Please be prepared to wait in the line up for 30+ minutes! But it’s worth it.
There a small park right next to this place. Drag a couple of your idiotic crazy friends (or go solo who cares), buy a couple of slices, eat them on the grass, then swing around, and call it a day. Thats just the perfect little summer outing that will remind what life is all about, its abt good food and company duh. Hand down one of the best pizza slices i have ever had!!!! The kind that makes you wanna buy an entire pizza and eat it all with no guilt at the end.
I would highly recommend Pizzeria Badiali. I would concur with the majority that this is one of Toronto’s best pizza restaurants. The perennial line up outside of the front doors pays testament to the restaurant’s stature in the community. My Sausage, peppers and onions pizza was delicious. Their tomato sauce is one of the best. Crust is thin and crisp. A really really good pizza! A word of warning is that if you want a full pizza as opposed to a slice one will have to place an order on their website hours in advance. I ordered at 10 in the morning to get a pizza (earliest) at 1:45pm. I was definitely impressed with this “well oiled machine” of a small pizzeria. Everyone worked hard turning out numerous pizzas and slices. It may be slower or more timely than a typical pizza conglomerate but totally worth the wait.
While in Toronto on business, a couple of my work colleagues and I stopped here. This place keeps busy- even at 3 PM, there was a line out the door. That said, the pizza is worth the wait. The slices are huge and the crust is the perfect thickness, very much like New York style crust. Badiali’s does not skimp on toppings either! If you are looking for pizza that is not from a chain but is also not over-hyped, this is the place to go. The wait is very much worth it!
If you’ve heard the buzz about Pizzeria Badiali, believe it- it’s absolutely justified. From the moment you walk up to the little shop on Dovercourt, you can smell that perfect balance of fresh dough, tangy tomato sauce, and melted cheese. It’s got that old-school New York slice shop energy, but with the polish and precision you’d expect from a place that really cares about the craft. The crust is the star- thin, crisp on the outside, chewy in the middle, and beautifully blistered from the oven. You can tell the dough is slow-fermented; it has real flavor, not just texture. The sauce is bright and balanced, and the toppings are top-notch- never greasy or heavy. I tried the all their slices and all were phenomenal. The vodka slice is rich without being overbearing, and the burrata literally melts in your mouth. You can taste the quality in every bite. Yes, there’s usually a line, but it moves faster than you’d think- and honestly, it’s part of the experience. Staff are friendly, efficient, and clearly proud of what they’re serving. Prices are fair for the quality, and it’s the kind of pizza that makes you rethink what a “slice shop” can be.
Looked for « best pizza in Toronto » and this one clearly is. I tried 6 different slices and they were all excellent, the crust is very delicious. The prices are very alright, around 6$ per slice, very big slice. The flavors are original, my favorite was cacio e peppe. The sauce are also very good, you have like a creamy one and a honey one. I recommend everyone to try!! Also the atmosphere is rly nice, everyone is spreading very good vibes. Thank you!!!😊
We stopped by Pizzeria Badiali around 11:30 in the morning and got four slices. The line was about 15 minutes long, but honestly — it was totally worth it. The pizza was incredible — perfectly crispy crust, amazing sauce, and just the right amount of cheese. I’m not even sure if I’ve ever had better pizza anywhere else. It’s definitely worth the hype, and I’d go back in a heartbeat.
Great in house pizza menu options to choose from. Fresh to order or fresh slices brought out every half hour or so. Large line up outside to get in. I was Surprised not wood oven baked. Interior standing tables or outside patio tables Pizza was Thin sliced , light overall tasty pizza, I would recommend and return.
One of the best pizza spots in Toronto — hands down! Badiali absolutely lives up to the hype. The pizza is perfection: thin, crispy crust with just the right chew, flavorful tomato sauce, and high-quality toppings that taste super fresh. I tried the classic pepperoni slice and a margherita — both were incredible. You can tell everything is made with care and great ingredients. The vibe is very New York–style, casual and cool, and the staff are friendly even when the line gets long (which it often does — a good sign!) It’s a small spot, so grab-and-go is easiest, but totally worth the wait. If you love great pizza, Badiali is a must-try in Toronto
Besttttttt pizza slices in the city! Honestly, Pizzeria Badiali completely lives up to the hype. The vodka slice is hands down the best, just the right amount of sauce, and that creamy, rich flavor that makes every bite amazing. We also tried the pepperoni and the burrata marinara, and they were both incredible in their own way. The pepperoni has that classic, slightly spicy flavor with a great crunch, and the burrata marinara is super fresh and flavorful, with the burrata adding that extra creamy touch. Yes, there’s usually a long line, but trust me, it’s absolutely worth the wait. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients and really care about what they’re making. If you’re a pizza lover (or even if you’re not!), this place is a must-try. I’d go back in a heartbeat just for that vodka slice! 🍕🔥
Had to stop in and try a Toronto icon. Badiali did not disappoint. I had the Vodka slice which was delicious and they don’t lie about the line out the door. Small corner pizza shop and it’s all about the pizza biz in there. One counter one oven and just pumping out pizza. I was around the corner for que took me about 15 mins from lining up to pizza in hand walked down the street to the park and sat on a bench to enjoy. Will definitely be back on my travels to Toronto
Finally made it out to Pizza Badiali — the place that’s somehow managed to collect more hype than most Michelin-starred restaurants in Toronto. Portnoy gave it a high score. Locals talk about it like it cured their trust issues. So, I went. Tuesday evening. Thought I’d beat the crowd. Wrong. The line was already halfway to Mississauga. Expectations? Raised, whether I liked it or not. The idea was simple: grab a slice or two, see what the fuss was about. What happened was less restrained: 2 Cheese 1 Margherita 1 Burrata Marinara 1 Cacio e Pepe No real regrets. Ate like a man who’d just escaped a juice cleanse. Hard to pick a favorite — the Margherita and Cheese were neck and neck, both deserving of their own dedicated evening, and had I not lied to myself, a part of me wanted to go back in for a couple of slices more. The other three were far from filler. Just... louder. More opinionated. But no misses. Is it the best pizza in Toronto? Could be. Is it overhyped? Am not sure anymore. Pro Tip: Order them all. Save the guilt for another day.
Hands down, the best pizza in downtown Toronto! Oh my god, the place was packed even on a Monday afternoon. A true hidden gem, definitely a must-try. I tried the Cheese & Mushroom Bianco with glazed caramelized onions it was super good! Crispy, hot, and crunchy crust… in one word: amazing.
Worth the hype. We tried and loved- Vodka, pepperoni, Burrata Marinara, Margherita slices. Would recommend to order in advance unless you are ready for a long line. Space inside is limited so customers have to line up at front. For summers they do have extra sitting outside. Service was decent.
I liked the pizza, but I didn’t like the staff’s attitude. It was very cold outside, and people were lined up waiting. A couple of people were standing inside the store in line to order, and one of the staff members came and said very rudely, “This is the pickup area. Go outside and wait in line.” I think they need to train their staff on customer service. He should have spoken to the customers politely and calmly.
I ordered a Chicago Deep Dish pizza from their website for 23.99. What I received was the absolute worst slop of a pizza in the history of pizza. For starters, it was just regular crust with the cheese and sausage. Than, for some unknown reason they added ANOTHER layer of dough on top of that. They than topped the dough with red sauce and an insane amount of parmesan cheese. It looks absolutely NOTHING like the pizza they show on their website. Please, just go to Delish pizza instead. You'll thank me later. Below is the picture from their website, and what I received. You've been warned! Also, check out the 5 star reviews and see for yourself how many they give themselves 😂 I'm contacting Google right now about review fraud. Don't be surprised if they drop to a 3.4
