Wowww this place used to be one of the worse Starbucks to come. Now they must have new management here. I walk in and the Baristas said hi to me. Got my drink to me really fast. The two Baristas I want to give my appreciation is Rodney and Angel. They made sure my drink was okay and was satisfied. This place is amazing now.
I called in to let them know that the app order I placed wasn't going to be picked up. My boss called me in and I was unable to picked it, I told her to just toss it. Without skipping a beat she offered to remake it whenever I had a chance to swing back by! This Small gesture made my day and I picked it up the next morning before I started work and that made another great day! Thank you Kimmy for making my day TWICE and offering to go out of your way! !
I come here often , because I live and work in the area. One reason I continue to come back is the customer service I receive from Makayla. Whenever I come weather I come inside or drive thru, I’m always greeted with enthusiasm and a positive attitude. I just want to say keep up the good work!!
Strangely a warm cup of Starbucks, is very comforting. I don't know why I don't mind paying $4 for some coffee other than its almost a patriotic duty to sip coffee and realize today was a good day and tomorrow will be better, Just as long as I can sip from this Starbucks cup.
Love love love this Starbucks!!! Staff is super friendly! No bad attitudes here! They did not discriminate against me for any reason, they did not kick me out for dancing, picking a wedgie, and changing sports clothes. They are very tolerant here of others and I'm sooooo happy we get a new manager here, Alina sucked! Thank you Starbucks for your awesomeness!!! I rate this store 14 out of 10 Stars in my book! The gentleman that helped us out at drive thru was very nice asked us how our day was great customer service. Thank you! Another gentleman had an apron on with the name Cooper I believe handed us our drinks we took a sip and we had to ask if he made them because they were soooo good. Thanks Cooper we enjoyed our drinks.
Busy as all get up.. Drive thru too. Still great service and fast when walking in. Plenty of tables to sit at while waiting or to enjoy your coffee. Parking lot can be a bit hectic when busy but otherwise very manageable. Even during Xmas shopping and rush it was smooth sailing.
Love the staff! They have made an effort to know my drink and have always been great about remaking a drink if its not right. Little slow sometimes but they are one of the busiest Starbucks around.
I've been coming here since November (when I moved nearby) and I have always liked my service and the group of people who work there. Just last week they had happy hour - buy one get one free on certain drinks. I mobile ordered about 20 minutes before I showed up and still waited 20 minutes after I showed... now, that isn't a negative for me as the servers and managers were all working very hard to get drinks out as fast as they could and were visibly overworked and tired. I cannot recommend this location enough. Their manager is fantastic as is their servers.
Today they earned 5 stars. Just like with any place they have their off days, but as a whole my experience with this Starbucks usually is a positive one. It's very rare that I have a bad experience, and any time I have been unsatisfied with something they are quick to fix the problem be it with fixing a new drink or offering a gift card, on some occasions both. I am one of those complex order people and they always have patience and understanding for my likes and dislikes on my orders, and always do their best to cater to my taste.
I am writing this review from my car after getting my usual Caramel Frappe. Immediately I was caught off guard by how I was greeted by most of the staff despite them being busy with other tasks. As of now the time is 12:31 pm (1-22-2020), and I would definitely try to go with the staff that are there now (as of time of this review being written). The kind lady who I regret not knowing her name was very friendly, asked me about the weather outside and how my day was going while taking my order which was nice. Not to say the customer service from the other staff from previous trips here were bad, but the crew here definitely go above and beyond to make their guests feel welcome. They definitely deserve a raise. Hopefully the management see this and give the staff that were present the praise they deserve. They rock!
Starbucks employees welcome you in once you walk through the door, the store is clean and organized and the employees have positive attitudes and work fast. A++
This Starbucks has become more enjoyable over the last couple months. I heard they have a new manager and whatever she’s doing is awesome. The wait for a drink isn’t horrible anymore and my drinks are perfect now. Keep up the great work and thank you to the new manager for making this place enjoyable again
I was in this starbucks this morning, and I usually go through the drive-thru, but the line was so long. I decided to go in and I would like to compliment one of your employees. Her name is Celine, from the moment I walked in, greeting everyone, asking how my morning was going, and letting me know when my order was going to be ready. She was doing a million things at once but kept a smile on her face and was just absolutely amazing. Thank you, Starbucks, for hiring such a great barista!
Ordered 3 travel cases for a tra k meet I was volunteering at. Pre-ordered. Arrived at the designated time. Walked in.. got a bright cheerful good morning! Walked to the counter boom! Travel coffee assembled and piping hot. Girl at counter was delightful. Would reccommend highly. Great experience, and I don't even drink coffee!!

Passed by here earlier this morning. It's been a while since the last time I went to this Starbucks location. I have been to this Starbucks location so many times back in 2022, 2023, and most recently 2024. By the way, it has been three years since I first went here. The service was good. I don't go to Starbucks that much now. I rarely go to Starbucks. I had the opportunity to go today. I went here before going to My English class at American River College. I ordered a Medium sized hot coffee, and I used the name "John" for My order. I noticed only one person sitting at a table on their laptop and two female workers behind the counter.
Prices are pretty high especially for their cups and stuff. Also my coffee alone is $12 there but it is very good coffee!
It can get pretty crowded here but i think thats with most Starbucks. They make a good drink here. Some other places make it too sweet or milky but this Starbucks always makes my drinks taste like coffee, like it should taste. The staff are always pleasant as well. Ive never had any trouble here!
The staff are wonderful here. The place is crowded too often to feel comfortable sitting down for very long. Typical expensive starbucks but the staff goes out of the way to make your drink perfect if you ask nicely.
This location was very busy and very understaffed. Everyone was trying to be patient, but I did wait about 20 minutes for my order. The staff was handling it so well, I thought, just all hands on deck, trying to keep their heads above water, serving customers with an explanation and a smile. The staffing issue is clearly not their fault, but the inconvenience to the customer is still the same. I also noticed that the staff was making a lot of mistakes, like, "Oh, I gave the wrong drink to that customer " And, "Darn, I didn't see that it was supposed to be decaf." It happens when stressed. I wanted to tell them of a saying we had in the military, "Slow is smooth, and smooth is fast." But hard to accomplish when customers are waiting. They were truly doing the best they could, but management needs to strive for a more permanent solution. I know that's easier said than done. It might just be the new normal!
Everything was decent except my heated pastry that just came out was nuke warm and my son's hot chocolate a bit too hot.
I've been coming to this Starbucks for awhile now, because it's extremely close to where I live. The only problem is how they make their white mocha frapp. The first time I tried it at this location was okay, but after awhile it went downhill. The staff seemed so rush, they leave chunks of ice behind in your drinks. The rest of the drinks are fine, not the best but they're okay. The staff had no passion in making the drinks. I'm going to a different Starbucks location from now on.
Some times there better than others . But I hate when I ask for sugar free as my mother cannot digest alot of sugar t Nd will become extremely sick and I get her coffee and gets sick from it ..Or .Y sister who breaks I'm gives when she drinks caffeine and we ask for decafe ND then breaks out in hives because they didn't pay close enough attention . But most of the time they are pretty good . Id say 7 of 10 times
This is the closest Starbucks to us. I definitely don't hate it, but they do seem to be out of a lot of things a lot of the time, and they've gotten my order wrong a couple of times. It's basically the same as another one in their system, and the other is more popular, so it was getting messed up quite a bit. But I haven't had that problem since I called them about it. It is almost always busy though. There's like a 15 minute gap mid-morning where there is no one in line so if you get there at the right time it's a breeze. However! There is one employee in particular who is outstanding!! And I forget his name but he has long hair and is the sweetest person!
Crews need to be trained to be polite to anyone regardless of the customer's perceived financial status.
Good except my Frapp being runny. I did ask for extra crushed ice but it was still very runny. Regardless I'll be back.
This is the closest Starbucks to my house, so I stop here alot, but the more I come here the more times they mess up my order. Today was the worst. I got regular brewed coffee instead of caramel macchiato. Even label was printed correct, but coffee was wrong.
It's unfortunate, because we live right across the street, but this Starbucks is consistently the worst we encounter in the area from Antelope to Roseville, Rocklin, and Lincoln from the standpoint of quality of service and speed. I've given up doing mobile orders (I just get a drip coffee) because on at least three occasions, I've shown up, told them I'm there (at least 5 minutes after ordering), and while I waited witnessed a person walk up the counter, order, and walk away with a drip coffee. That could've been me. Also, my wife has been "parked" during a drive-through order for one mocha, then after waiting for a while, walked in to find her mocha sitting on the counter. Finally, on most occasions, I can walk up the counter and not get greeted by anyone for an awkward 30 seconds or so, even though multiple people make eye contact with me. Very odd. I think the managers here could benefit from visiting other locations and getting trained on maintaining morale and organizing their manpower to run efficiently... I've also heard managers openly complaining to (and about) their employees, which is horrible for morale and looks really bad when the customers can hear it.
I only go here, because it's convenient. Their customer service is a hit and miss, and coffee is good depending on who the barista is for the day. Very annoyed that the cashier did not count back money to make sure change was correct after I handed him a large bill. He literally just handed my change to me, and then shut the window to move on to the next. His customer service sucked!
2 stars since the service wasn't slow this time. I asked for non-fat due to my strict calorie limit and was given regular after specifically requesting and double checking that they heard me say non-fat but I now have to re-budget the rest of my meals for today. The service wasn't the worst I've gotten there but I'd hardly call any of it the best service. Drink quality is poor and staff is near incompetent I've had 3 baristas in all of my trips get my order right on the first try I would've gotten it remade today but we were in the drive through and running late. Debating ever coming to this location again.
I love Starbucks but it was kind of a disaster. Usually going inside is much faster when the drive thru line is long. But there was one other person inside and everyone's orders were wrong and we waited 20 minutes for 2 drinks. Ordered a venti, got a grande. Guy in front of us had 2 drinks handed to him before the order was right. Drive thru was busting them out perfectly but inside was definitely lacking.
I usually enjoy coming to this Starbucks and thought they were open until 9. I tried to walk in at 8 PM tonight and an employee,who I could not get his name but had part of his hair dyed bright pink told me that the drive thru was open until 9 PM but that the lobby closes at 8. I did not see that specified anywhere neither at the location nor on the website for this location. Bad customer service and misleading and contradicting information if you ask me. I understand people want to close up shop early but 8 PM is still an entire hour away from 9 PM. I'm not sure if this gentleman had any other alternative motives for not allowing me to come into the lobby and sit down at 8pm.
I ordered a Venti drink light iced but I got cupful of ice. And when I corrected Daniel, she seems annoyed and sarcastically asked me "so you want more milk?" Not even an apology. I mean barista should know what to do right if customer asked for light ice, she shouldn't asked me. I mean I kinda knew that she might mess up my drinks because before me she made a drink for a customer and failed twice. Like that customer, we end up just accepting what she made.
Straight up had to quite a Starbucks after getting bullied nonstop there. Underlying reason most likely being I'm working a second union job and they treat me better. Treat your employees like people please ☺️
Only ended up here due to family, I would not go here otherwise. It's pretty slow and the service is very disorganized. Most of the employees look lost like they are frantically trapped in their own world and can't even see you. Something as simple as knowing when your order is ready or where they put it is not a given. It's also pretty dingy, not somewhere I would say is inviting to sit down, let alone place a drink or food. I have seen worse, but I've certainly seen better. On the up side, our drinks were good, though my son thought his sandwich was gross and didn't eat it.
Well they were out of Peppermint so I had to change my drink order. Got a Venti Iced Oatmilk Honey Latte and a few pastries. When I got my Latte tasted like dirty Coffe water. If that makes sense. Couldn't taste the Honey or Oatmilk. Just watered down HARD STRONG Coffee. I'll need to find my receipt and call to talk to a manager. Plus the line was so long I went grocery shopping and hoped when I got out an hour later the line would be down and it was by 2 cars. I understand it's early Sunday morning but the wait was outta control. About 15-20 minutes just to get to the box to order. Usually I get amazing drinks here, but this time it's a thumbs down 👎🏾 for me ☹️
Went to this location to try to get some homework done around 6pm. As I walked in I was greeted then I went up to order. One of the employees walked by me as I waited, and just looked at me. I waited for another employee to come out from the back room and when he came up to the register he looked at me and didn't say anything. I then just told him what I would like to order and responded with "what else do you want". Very poor costumer service from Daniel. Music was also so loud I couldn't even concentrate. Around 745 pm, a customer walked up near the door and one of the employees said "don't do it" as in don't come in, before he walked in because they were near closing. Very ghetto and unorganized. My coffee also had way more cold brew then cream which was watered down. Would not recommend.
It's hard to believe this is the busiest SB in the world. Evertime I walk in there's 1000 mobile orders and a lot of frustrated customers waiting in the lobby. Sometimes I'll be 20 min out and still have to wait. They only put their focus on the drive-thru and they always have new staff. They need to get a consistent manager and crew there. I've noticed when the A team is there none of this happens.
Normally I absolutely love the Starbucks, There's one lady who just Brighten my day every time I would come in to Starbucks which was everyday for About 6 months. Maybe she was off yesterday or the day before but my experience at Starbucks is lately is that they're all either either out of marcha so that can't make me a green tea latte or they're out of out of sugar free open you're free oatmeal sugar free almond milk if you're a diabetic person. It used to be that there was never any problem with Starbucks ever maybe one out of a 100 times they're losing Their edge.
Very slow service. The employee had a hard time understanding that we needed 10 gift cards, each for $10. Took way longer than it should have. Lol.
I usually have a pretty good experience here but not this time. The man who was in drive thru was horrible! He should definitely not be in customer service. My drink was good tho. Edit to say that the experience hasn't been great here, still. The the gal that just took my order was rude and sounds like she doesn't want to be here, and certainly shouldn't be dealing with the public. Do better.
Long wait times, slow service, drinks often not made right, orders often screwed up. Do yourself a favor and go to the other location nearby or Dutch Bros up the street. Your welcome
Doesn't surprise me their ratings are low!!! I try not to come here because they're terribly slow & not that friendly! Today I take my daughter after church for a unicorn frappe & they're out! Happens, I get it... But the sign was at the order window where you can't get out...with cars behind you! Maybe.. Just maybe Starbucks you could put a sign out where people see it & don't sit in line for 15 minutes for nothing 😠
I ordered a Mocha Frappuccino, and a Carmel Frappuccino. When they gave me the Carmel one, I couldn't put it in my drink holder because there was carmel oozing out all over the cup. I pulled over and had to break out the wet ones, and napkins. Carmel was oozing out the hole in the top, and from under the lid. It was a sticky mess. I got that taken care of, then started to drink my Mocha. It tasted like watery ice!! No chocolate, and barely any coffee. Their stuff is way too expensive to mess it up that badly. I gave them one star because at least the service was quick. Not wasting my money there again!!! 😕👎👎👎
Waited over 20 minutes in the drive through to get the worst tasting COLD mocha!!!! So disappointing.. Already had drivin off by the time I tasted the sorry excuse for a coffee so I couldn't return it. I don't buy Starbucks often so this was gunna be a treat. What a total waist of $5.55
Tried many times to like their coffee because they're close to my house but the coffee is absolutely horrible! I got 1 by my work on Alhambra & it's great! Get it together it's coffee people not brain surgery!
Worst experience ive ever had at a starbucks. Seana and mickayal were some of the most disrespectful people I've encountered at starbucks. We asked for steamed milk in a cold brew (due to the sweetness of the steamed milk, and our inability to consume most sugars). This is something we have done at several other starbucks, and is never an issue. Not only did they proceed to tell us it is against company policy to do this (which it isnt, I was a store manager for years), they proceeded to mock and disrespect us behind the counter and act like we couldn't hear them. This is unacceptable from a company whose moto is to always just say yes. I will be contacting their manager, district manager and regional manager in regards to this behavior.
This store has become the worst Starbucks in California. Horrible customer service on April 7, 2016. The simple Pike Place coffee does not taste right and is never hot enough. The only Starbucks in the world that does not have the wood stir sticks out for the customers to use! No sugar in the raw, unless you ask! The women here are so lazy, they can't be bothered to have half and half in a karaffe. The garbage is always overflowing. The bathroom is locked at all times. There used to be patio furniture. Now this store is crappy.
I like the coffee but won’t be back. Rude kids working that laugh at you when you specifically ask for things to be a certain way. Don’t be in this industry. Also they don’t great or say hello or have any type of conversation with you when you drive up to the window, they just stare and they laugh with eachother.
This location used to be my favorite, recently been there again and looks like management changed and employees are new or just lazy and its going for the worst, every question i asked i got a NO which was rude and unprofessional, and im not coming back there again, ever.
I got one of the most basic drinks you could get, which is a caramel Frappuccino with one shot of espresso and it either They messed it up really bad or there was some really bad whip cream because it was one of the worst drinks I've ever had at any Starbucks I've gone to. And this isn't the first time I've had a messed up drink or a bad drink from this location would not recommend.
They never get my drinks right. If you order something and they are out of one of the ingredients they just leave it out, or substitute the ingredient with something that doesn't go with it at all and you won't know until you get to the window. It's so frustrating especially if you have already waited in the drive through for 20 minutes, if I would have known I would have picked something else. There's even been a time when I ordered an unsweetened black iced tea and when I drove off and got home I realized it was an unsweetened black iced coffee. I just threw it away. I completely stopped going here because this constantly happens. Starbucks can do better!
Not even acknowledged when I walked in the door. The guy behind the counter just stood there and looked at me like I was stupid when I was waiting for my mobile order instead of asking me if I needed help. Never even got any acknowledgment from anyone not even one word. They just put my drink on the counter didn't even call my name. The employees are disrespectful rolling eyes talking quietly can’t hear and missed up three orders for me. This Starbucks is the worst of all the ones I been in.
At least every other day I come through the drive thru and more often than not. They're out of cold brew! Its summer time, I think it would be a good business decision to start making more cold brew if they're always out, or so you would think....
Very rude to customers. Closing earlier than times listed. Did not even have the decency to say they were closing after I had waited behind another person for at least 5 minutes in the line for the drive through amd another 5 before they completely just closed.
when I enter the store. .employees just talking and didn't even greet me. theres no customer infront of me. I was standing and waiting to order. I order 2 pink drink, and a milk tea, There's no straw, so I ask and did not give it to me right away I ask them again. The reason I come to this store is close to my house. Customer service not good. They should all acknowledged customer who enter the store.
Saturday 3pm. Dirty: trash cans overflowing, restrooms trash EVERYWHERE, toilet paper out. Rude: No smile, bad attitude with customers, but so very cheerful with fellow coworkers. Like they'd rather hang out and be besties instead of serve customers. Worst Starbucks I've been to and I must have patronized 100 by now.
Poor service, was in line 15 minutes and they charged me $4.45 for small strawberry fraps that were on the menu for 3.95 while my venti frappe was only 4.75 I asked why the price difference was only 30 cent with two cup sizes difference and never got a manager to fix my bill upon request. Was charged 60 cents for drizzle on all 4 and my small ones barely had anything on them. They messed mine up and I didn’t get mine until like 5 minutes after they tried to fix it and now it’s melted at least an in and I won’t drink it bc I feel like they spit in it. Would’ve given 0 stars if I could bc I come too often and know this menu by heart. Won’t come back here.
Went in ask for a specific drink they said they would do it and didn't get it. They're really good about it but today they did not do well hopefully this will change Update ordered my regular drink but odd thing the baristas seem to be a bit chaotic. I was standing waiting for my drink and the barista who takes care of the window was the one who helped me. He was so busy he tried to put two of the paper holders on my cup. They had two other baristas who could have helped, one female standing around the other male had a ton of order labels sticking to him
Wanted to use the restroom and not once have i been told I need to make a purchase first at any location. The lady at the front said I had to buy something first which again I have NEVER had to do. Even the other employees had a look of confusion. I won't bring my business to this location anymore since the employees want to be petty about using the restoom
The last few times we've had to wait about 10 minutes longer than when our order was supposed to be ready. Although our drinks were made while we waited, they were barely lukewarm. The staff is nice, but with how crowded, behind they are and now barely warm coffee makes me want to go to the Starbucks down Antelope.
Absolutely unbelievably negative customer service from CIERRA. She must’ve been having a bad day which I get happens sometimes, that’s life. But that was a bit MUCH. I repeated my order at the speaker about 5 times and she kept getting it wrong but I understood maybe she just didn’t hear me. Get to the window, and she says NOT A WORD TO ME. No greeting, no hello, nothing. then I pay for my order and she goes to hand me my drink and says to somebody else oh actually they don’t want this in it when that’s not what I said at all and repeated to her AGAIN that’s not what I said and she rolled her eyes at me and turned away saying something under her breath. Overall I will NEVER come back here nor recommend anyone come here. This girl needed an attitude check.
The worst. 5:30 am today spent forever in drive through so the girl Gabby (name tag hard to read) in drive through could talk to a car full of boys white Honda civic and again at the window. This location has always been horrible and I just don't get it.
I went on May 25 to buy it pink drink. I asked for light ice. My cup was more than half way full of ice.
Was trying to kindly order through the drive thru and they had a nasty attitude. The girl with the short hair was being rude as well at the window. Horrible customer service. Whoever owns this particular star-bucks needs to remove some workers so it’s pleasant and courteous again :/
The wait here is incredibly insane every time I go. No matter how busy they are, they are constantly understaffed and getting a drink can take up to 30 minutes. They refuse to properly staff this store for good service.
Filthy store. Not once did any employee bother to clean the tables, as every table needed to be cleaned. Nor did they sweep the floors. This store is Gross! I told the cashier I wanted no room in the cup, they gave it to me with 1 inch of less coffee.

Had an issue today and addressed it to the manager. Not only was she very rude, but she was very cold, and did not take accountability for it. I will never go back to the Starbucks ever again. Highly disappointed.
This is the only location that doesn’t care. A barista should know when they make a latte the color of it.. the foam. My husband placed an order online for pick up. Venti Pike and my grande triple shot hot latte. My latte is 6.20$ not cheap. When he brought the latte home and gave it to me, I right away smelled it burned. I took that first sip and it’s straight up cigarettes taste. When I opened the lid you can see its dark dirt color. Not what it’s supposed to be. I had to drive back to Starbucks. I’m not throwing away 6.20$ I needed that Latte remade. It’s frustrating that we place that order. Drive there to pick it up and have to drive back to have it remade. Please learn how to brew your shots learn the colors of your shots by looking at the foam of the shots.
worst starbucks i’ve ever been to i ordered a iced latte and it was so water down it tasted like ice water not even 2 minutes after ordering 0/10 threw it away
My partner went out to bring us a treat for the Labor Day holiday. After receiving her order of 4 drinks, she asked for a drink carrier. "I don't have any right now" (didn't bother to look in the back!) she was rudely told. How did they expect her to carry these to her car?! A nice person helped carry them, but of course, 2 spilled all over her car before she got home and one wasn't even what she had ordered! Total waste of her time and her money!
Always understaffed, and the drive thru is backed up. The girl working the drive thru window with purple hair was very rude, I tried to ask her for water but she kept turning away from me. When I paid her for my drink with a $20 bill, she gave me all $1 bills and coins for change???? If she is having a bad day, maybe she should have stayed home or shouldn’t be working directly with customers as she doesn’t seem to want to listen to them or interact with them.
Very disappointing experience. Today I was at Starbucks at 4241 Elverta Rd, Antelope, CA 95843. I asked to replace a cake pop because it was damaged, but the employee was very rude and didn’t really want to replace it. I go to this Starbucks often, and the staff is terrible. Please be careful.
Disrespectful lady that handed my coffee. Terrible service and completely ruined my coffee. Pretty much just gave me a hot milk. Disgusting
If you want to be stuck in the drive-through, even though there’s only one car and it’s not a rush hour or busy time go there, they have not accountability for people’s time and they will make you wait there for 30 minutes without justification and bad service.
Awful service, Lady in pink hair needs to be fired IMMEDIATELY!!!! Horrible service and the drink was made awfully. Starbucks learn how to train your employees asap!!!!
This Starbucks has serious timing and management issues. Screens are always broken it’s slow staff are immature rude and don’t get orders right.
Terrible, terrible service. Literally the rudest people. Any questions were met with an attitude and displeasure. Usually Starbucks has nice people. Beware these people have zero customer service skills and need much training.
I order venti java chip frappe and the lady who took my order was okay . Their was no one the store and I waited for 20 minutes for my one drink . The lady who gave me order was like I didn’t take ur order I don’t know what u mention and the that lady came and she just pour that coffee into another cup with ny instructions and the coffe taste soo bad and so sour .
I am very upset with the behavior of one of your employees. My daughter is a frequent visitor to your establishment. Yesterday, it was extremely hot outside and she was feeling extremely thirsty. Knowing that state law allows customers to request free tap water at food service establishments, she came in and asked for a glass of regular water. The girl at the counter refused her and said she could only give her water if she bought something first. First of all, it is inhumane to deny a person drinking water when they are clearly thirsty. Secondly, this is a violation of the law.
very bad service, I ordered a drink and waited 30 minutes and asked how much longer I had to wait but I didn't hear an answer and I said give me my money back and they gave it back to me. But I want to say that this is a bad place to order coffee. I don't recommend it.
While ordering, a man started to stand behind me- naturally I look back (as most people do when something moves in the corner of their vision) and then returned to ordering. When I turned around he said “roll your eyes at me again.” And was very aggressive/confrontation during his remaining time in the store. I guess he’s a regular at this location. My drink took much longer than reasonable to be made- and was noticeably less full than should be. I walked out because I have no desire to put more stress on people, but I still think this is unacceptable. TLDR: rude regulars, complacent staff, missing 1/5 of my drink.
This is the nearest starbucks in my house so since I am waiting for my house cleaner to finish the deep cleaning- I thought of coming here to kill time. I would usually go to the one in fairway drive in roseville because the service was superb but boy i was wrong to come in this branch. First they got my order wrong. I ordered on the mobile app the chocolate cream brew and they gave me a mocha frap. When i went to the counter to have it changed, it seems i "inconvenienced" the barista to replace the incorrect order they gave me. Boy oh boy, never again. I thought since its starbucks and the baristas are trained, it would just be the same service for all branches but boy i was wrong. P.S. dirty bathrooms, no soap in the bathroom and the dirty toilet papers are all over the place.
