Tip: Try the banana bread latte, but be aware it's not very sweet, so add sweetener if needed. Also, the white bean dip is a must-try!

Have been here a few times now, and I’m so glad I have been able to check them out. This place is so beautiful on the inside, spacious (tables and bar seating, has lots of drinks and food options, and great service. I’ve tried their seasonal salted brown butter latter and strawberry spritz. The latte was absolutely delicious, perfectly balanced, and not milky at all. The photo may look like it was a lot of milk but once mixed the espresso was not overshadowed. The spritz was light and had a not-too-sweet flavor. My friend had the blood orange spritz and it was less sweet and more bitter. I have yet to try food so that’ll be my next adventure here. During the day it’s bright and lively, and during the night it is a bit more romantic and intimate. It’s a great spot to either sit and read at, have a friendly lunch, or less formal dinner date. The staff were super nice and friendly, provided recommendations/suggestions, and are attentive. I definitely recommend coming and checking this place out!
Wonderful, cozy, welcoming esthetic. Very clean and modern but not overly trendy like most cafe cliche themes. The banana bread latte (iced) was wonderful - banana bread syrup is house made and very flavorful! It isnt very sweet, so I personally liked to add a couple of Splenda and cinnamon/nutmeg and it was fantastic. All espresso drinks are pulled standard with double shots, which makes it balanced. They use the good soy milk too (pacific barista blend - iykyk) I definitely will be back to get some remote work done in the Cafe and try one of their other offerings. They had wine as well and TVs which they regularly host themed events, I appreciate that in this day & age. Parking in the back, 1 hr free and is enforced so beware to avoid getting ticketed.
I was on a walk and this place caught my eye. After my visit I decided I had to go back! The hot chocolate was S tier (and so pretty! Just look at it!!) and the sandwiches are soooooo incredibly good to the point they could be a craving. Also their staff are all really nice!! For a place that recently opened they've really got it all down and did a good job making it feel not too cafe or wine bar, just classy and cozy. Only 2 small nitpicks that didn't even lower the stars given ~ 1) I wasn't told the matcha (and maybe all their drinks?) isn't sweetened. I prefer less sweet anyway and normally expect things too sweet, so it was partially on me for forgetting to ask, but completely unsweetened surprised me! 2) The music was a bit loud and rather upbeat for the chill, social wine/cafe vibe I was expecting. Not bad but I might not go here to read or for quieter/smaller hang outs.
Excellent new spot to get a coffee! My favorites are a mocha in the morning and the tomato & mozzarella panini for lunch. The pastries are also delicious. Pretty chill atmosphere for meeting friends for coffee or getting a little solo work done. I can usually find a parking spot, but the parking lot does fill up sometimes.
Great new spot in the neighborhood! Serving coffee, wine, and Italian sodas, which looked amazing. My wine choice was the $8 Acheson, which was delicious and light. Could pound a few, baby! Price for other glasses was somewhere between 10-15 bucks. Cute and bright design, counter-service coffee and wine bar. The owners were great, love having another local option to frequent. Ok also the food looked good but we didn’t get any… but now I’m home and hungry and regretting. C’est la vie!! Will be back!
I got the Flash Brewed Ice Coffee and breakfast roll up. I am someone that takes coffee with my cream usually but I did not need to add anything into this one. It was so smooth. The breakfast roll up was delicious and the salsa verde tied it all together. Will definitely be back.
Nice place to chill in the evening, great vibe and good views. Big variety of wines. Tried meat and cheese board.
So happy to have a spot like this in East Sacramento. Coffee prices are more than reasonable. I got a small latte for $5 and it was definitely bigger than small. The service was excellent... Thank you Becca! The whole place has an inviting and modern atmosphere. I'm looking forward to checking out their beer and wine selection next time. Great spot!
This was our first visit, and we tried the grilled cheese sandwiches, cantaloupe salad, pasties, coffee, and wine. We recommend everything! The service was great, and the atmosphere was very charming. They could use some umbrellas outside, but other than that, we will definitely be back!
I was here first time 4/17/25 to get some coffee. Morning mood was great, overall atmosphere was great. My white mocha was great.
Tried this place out for the first time today and had a hot latte and Bagel w/Cream Cheese, Tomato & Basil and coffee and food was really good. Keep up the good work and service guys.
Honey lavender latte was amazing.

Honey lavender latte was amazing.
The banana bread latte was fabulous! I’m here for a suggestion and not an overpowering sweetness. Paired it with a maple scone and… Chefs kiss! Can’t wait to come back for a spritz on the patio soon!
Such a cozy space for an evening hang. Simple menu with a few non-alc options, great atmosphere, super friendly and fun staff, and they have a few games to use.
This place is awesome -- the food, coffee, wine, and atmosphere. (I was confused by the 1-star review on here, but then saw it was someone who ordered a Matcha Latte without the Matcha, but got mad that there was something wrong with the Matcha?). At any rate, I've never had anything but awesome service here, and can't recommend it any more highly.
I am not a Sac local but I was visiting for a tournament held at a nearby school and needed somewhere to get some homework done. I went to this place because it was nearby and had outlets/wifi, not expecting anything more than a generic coffee store. I was pleasantly surprised - not only were the vibes inside super calm, relaxed, and cozy, but the staff I talked to were also really nice and helpful. They brought lamps out to the tables when it got a bit darker, the coffee I got was really nice, and I really enjoyed the experience in the middle of a really hectic day. Definitely recommend and thanks for such a great coffee break!
Coffee and Wine! Need I say more.... and please never change your white bean dip :) We tried each of the seasonal coffees and yum! (just need them to be a little hotter) And the service was awesome....the gentlemen at the counter was so friendly! Makes the experience that much nicer!
I recently stopped by Tandem Coffee & Wine and had a really pleasant experience. The space feels calm and welcoming, with a nice balance between a neighborhood coffee shop and a relaxed wine bar. It’s the kind of place where you can comfortably hang out for a bit without feeling rushed. I ordered a coffee, and it was genuinely well made, smooth, balanced, and clearly prepared by someone who knows what they’re doing. The flavor was clean and not overly bitter, which I really appreciated. You can tell they care about quality and consistency. The staff was friendly and approachable, and the service felt natural rather than forced. Overall, it was a solid experience from start to finish. Definitely a spot I’d come back to when I’m in the area, whether for a morning coffee or a casual afternoon visit.

Lovely warm ambience with delicious breakfast and great coffe
Don’t order the matcha latte. I ordered a large matcha latte sans the matcha - so it’s basically a $8-9 milk (that’s with tax and tip ofc) with ice 💀 The matcha was barely there and they couldn’t even whisk it properly - there were lumps! I’m ok with minor lumps but if I could barely taste the matcha… that’s just irredeemable 🤷🏻♀️ Update Feb 26, 2026: The blandest flat white ever! I’m extremely surprised how this cafe received 4.8 stars - do people here have no standards? My husband bought a flat white. But I received hot milk - because you could barely taste the coffee. This is the worst flat white I have ever had in my entire life. Extremely, extremely disappointed!
My lavender white chocolate mocha was all right but I couldn't tell if it was instant coffee or not that I was getting as well but my fiance got a large Americano that was just instant coffee that was super light kind of expected a little more from such a high-end looking place feel kind of bad to leave a bad review but at this point I would have preferred McDonald's coffee and after I just left this review I'm finishing up my coffee and went to start trying to eat my whipped cream off the top of my coffee and it smells like rotten milk and puke almost I'm kind of sad and kind of pissed off
