No he visitado su negocio pero quería comentarles que ayer una persona creo dos perfiles falsos con mi nombre (Natalia Cárdenas & Natalia Lucky Studio 10) y por alguna razón estuvo colocando malas reseñas a ciertos negocios. No tengo idea de por qué pero una vez que detecté esto me dispuse a tratar de corregir el daño que otros cometieron a su calificación de google por esa reseña falsa, les agradezco su comprensión🤍

Se demora demasiado el automático porque en donde se pide, se paga y se entrega la comida, todo en la misma ventanilla.

Septiembre 2023 el pollo maton, nunca lo había probado, esta con madres, pide la promoción de 12 piezas por 209 pídelo al ataúd esta super recomendable.

The chicken in the coffin was delicious, and the sauces were great too. I recommend the habanero, the borracha, and the tatemada, but ask for them because now they just throw on whatever they want without asking. I didn't really like the fries because they weren't crispy. Takeout only.

Overall, this location is good. I liked that, to compete with fast food, they have a daily special that gives you eight pieces of roast beef or chicken for less than $100. When I entered the location, I didn't like the smoke inside the entire restaurant; it's a negative point. The positive point is that they delivered my order very quickly. I found the drive-thru service a little slower, but it was fine. I've visited this location several times, and the last time, last Saturday, I bought chicken that was cooked to perfection, but it came out undercooked. This has never happened to me before.

The service was terrible. I arrived and they didn't welcome me well. The menu was incomprehensible. I ended up ordering a normal chicken. I didn't even sit there for 50 seconds when it was already ready. (I mean, they already had it bagged.) Maybe they left it from another customer and took advantage of it to take it away. It was my first time going to a Pollo Maton branch. Because I always buy from Pollo Loco. And I'll never go back. Everything was horrible. Food, service, and atmosphere. I don't recommend it.

El lugar con Mucho humo en el interior, tengan cuidado antes de salir revisen sus pedidos y no compren casi al cierre pues no entregan pedidos completos, varias ocasiones entregan pedidos mal, y obviamente hablas y solo te dicen ya nos vamos dándote atender no nos importa. Pues no te piden datos de reembolso o para poder entregar tu faltante en la próxima visita.

Un carretonero habla mejor que los que atienden ahí, le llame la atención a uno de ellos por su bocabulario vulgar ya que me acompañaba mi niña ( 10 años) y me dijo que no la llevara. No vuelvo.

Like several other reviews have mentioned, the food isn't the problem—quite the opposite—but the delivery service, from the way the staff answers the phone as if they're doing you a favor, is terrible and makes you want to stop ordering from there.

I regularly order delivery two or three times a week, and it seems like they don't want to answer the phone for orders. It never takes less than 10 minutes just for them to answer the call, not to mention I have to try easily more than 10 calls to see if they'll finally get through. Right now, I've been on hold for over 15 minutes, 15 calls, and still no one answers. If they don't actually offer this service, they shouldn't advertise it! It's a shame because the food is good, but the service, whether for delivery or in person, is almost always very poor and leaves much to be desired.

Last week at the Concordia branch, where they say they spend half their time, I asked for the promotion. They offered me two sausages. I said yes, but they didn't give me any. Today I stopped by and told them, and the person who helped me made fun of me because it was last week. I told her that's not the point. The place is very dirty, the staff provides terrible service, they didn't have spoons for the charro beans, they didn't have napkins, they only had Sprite, and there were many flies in the dining area. Gonzalitos just below the metro is delicious, but at the Concordia branch, I came to eat with my family and the kids sitting at the bar, according to what the chicken was supposed to come out in 40 minutes, okay, I waited because I was hungry and craving it, during the 40 minute wait that the chicken was supposed to come out freshly cooked and hot, surprise, I picked it up at the bar because I couldn't even take it to the table, can you believe the chicken came cold, sauce, sausages and potatoes were in bad condition, they didn't give tortillas or napkins, the workers were saying so many curses, talking about a position they were fighting over in Escobedo! I still went and told them that there were 2 sausages that had been paid for and they only gave us one and the lady complained that it was only one without having checked the ticket, but oh well I hope you pay attention to the owners of Pollos Maton, and if you want to give me a job to go and put things in order I will go and help you otherwise the establishments will go bankrupt!!!

First and last time I'll go to this branch. I usually shop at the one on Avenida Juárez across from La Encomienda. I went on Sunday and the service was terrible. I parked at the drive-thru window and waited five minutes to be served. I saw three employees leaning against a table chatting and heating chicken in a microwave. I didn't know they were doing that. They clearly saw me waiting, but they didn't come over. When one finally came to see what I wanted to order, I told him the combo I wanted. He went to look at a menu to see what was in it. It was obvious he had no idea what to do. The lack of organization, training, and service at this branch is awful. When I saw he was lost, trying to figure out what to put in my order, I told him to cancel everything and left. I was sure he was going to mess up my order and I didn't want to waste any more time with untrained staff. I won't be back.

I had always ordered through the Uber Eats app, but at the San Nicolás Centro location, I'd always received excellent service. The chicken arrived at a very good temperature, even though it's 30 minutes from my house. This location, which is 5 minutes or even less from my house, delivered cold chicken.
