I enjoyed the shared experience of drinking coffee and spending time waiting for your flight to depart. A delicious local coffee can make the wait less tedious, whether you're waiting for someone or traveling. The price is reasonable considering it's inside Terminal C of the airport. Be patient, though; it takes a little while to get your order due to high demand. The staff is friendly. There are some electrical outlets on the floor for charging your phone or laptop.

The service is good, but they don't make the drinks like other locations. I ordered a café de la olla (pot coffee), as it's my favorite and it's not easy to find in Monterrey. The girl who served me told me it was too sweet, but since I've had it at other locations and it's very good, I didn't care. When I tried the coffee, it was a total disappointment. It tasted like burnt piloncillo and was extremely sweet. I'd never had such bad coffee before. I went to complain, and they told me it was because of the piloncillo, but I've had the same coffee at different locations and it tastes good. I can't understand why the one at this location tastes so bad. They switched me to another coffee, a mocha, which also seemed very sweet, but since this is the first time I've had that coffee at a Punta del Cielo location, I can't compare it.

Es un buen lugar. Aunque no cuenta con WiFi y los precios son altos.

El servicio por parte del personal es malo me toco ver como se burlaban de un cliente solo porque el no escuchaba bien y tenían que repetirle. Lo pero es el tema de la facturación entras al portal y no puedes, tienes que comunicarte por teléfono, ahí te dan información y por fin te ayudan. Conclusión: NO vuelo a comprar ahí.

Honestamente no es muy buen café. Además las personas que atienden se han portado muy groseros.

The lady served me very well and was very friendly. But the ice machine was broken, and they didn't have any cold drinks. They also didn't have any blueberry herbal tea. The room was hot, and they had no ventilation.

The place is small, and the coffee is the best thing about it. I particularly like the mocha with Oaxaca chocolate. The Americano is also good. The food consists of baguettes and croissants, which are just ham and cheese; there's no variety, and they're completely bland. I only managed to add mayonnaise, mustard, and ketchup to my baguette to give it some flavor. The food prices are moderate, since everything is expensive at the airport, and a baguette can cost you a little over 200 pesos. I think the "Punta del Cielo" baguette is one of the cheapest; it's bland and has no filling, but I wasn't willing to pay 200 pesos for a baguette, but I did want to eat something. The service is fast; sandwiches generally take 10 to 15 minutes, and the coffee is quick too. If you arrive at the airport and are craving coffee, this place is a good option. If you're hungry and want something decent to eat, look elsewhere, as I don't recommend the food, but you won't find many other options.

I ordered a white mocha and when I tried it, it tasted really strange. I asked what kind of sugar they put in it and they told me that white coffee comes with sweetener but it's artificial with sweeteners and it tasted horrible. I asked if they could change it even if it would have an extra cost and they said no. This is the second branch I've been to and the coffee has never tasted good to me. The first time at San Pedro Plaza lua, the frappé tasted like pure water. They should check their quality standards because it's never the same. I'm going to Starbucks since they do change my coffee even when it's not what I expected. Too bad it's a Mexican company 😢

Pésima atención al cliente por parte del tipo que está en caja. 01/11/22 6:15 horas. A mi ni el saludo, espere algo de tiempo para que me atendieran. Necesitan capacitar al personal, no tuvieron empatía ni sensibilidad con una persona mayor que atendieran después de mi.

I ordered a French press, the worst I've ever had :c I ended up throwing away the coffee; I don't consider myself a picky person. I can't explain why it tasted salty. It was so hot I couldn't handle it; it burned through the cardboard.

The cashier had a bad attitude and wasn't motivated. I felt bad because the employee was talking to each other after taking off his mask. Why take off your mask and talk? The service was terrible, and I should have gone to Starbucks instead. I'll never go back.

Not recommended at all. The "coffee" was nothing but ice, it tasted like nothing! As you can see, the supposed coffee at the bottom is super diluted, the rest was just ice. The sandwich was overpriced, plain, and tasteless. I only ordered it because they had an electrical outlet, but surprise, surprise, the plug didn't work, it was all loose. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

I just want to point out that it's unacceptable for the staff who interact with customers to lack manners. The young woman who served us showed very little willingness to help, making faces of displeasure before answering even simple questions about the drinks. And I generally perceive this attitude from all the baristas currently working there—disinterested, prioritizing their cell phones, etc. One expects better customer service from such a prominent chain with such high-quality products and a strategic location like the Escobedo Airport in Monterrey. I hope this observation serves not to harm anyone, but rather to reinforce your customer service, especially now that the competition has set the bar so high.

Terrible. The lady didn't know how to charge, much less how to credit points, and just responded, "I don't know, I don't know," and that was it. Five other customers and I waited and waited until they started yelling at us because they simply wouldn't serve us; each coffee took five minutes. In the end, I had to leave because the plane was closing, and I never got my drink. Only go if you want to give away money.
