First time in this location, and it was wonderful! Hot food, minimal wait, and very friendly service from Arshad! It’s not often (in my experience) to have such enthusiasm from a food service worker, so he was a refreshing change! The cleanliness of the restaurant was even better, with this being so close to my job I’ll be stopping in often!
Kyrha is the absolute best. Her customer service is impeccable! She always goes above and beyond all while wearing a huge smile on her face! The world is a better place with her in it and I appreciate the quality service she always provides. She’s one of the most hardworking individuals in there! PLEASE give her a raise immediately..
Tonight I ordered thru Door Dash. My food was delivered fresh, hot, delicious, and FAST. The Door Dasher that delivered my order was friendly and nicely dressed. He delivered my order with a happy attitude and a big warm smile. Thank you so much. 😊

Beyond better than any of the other locations near apopka. So food. Workers are stacked with tons of orders but still put out quality service. Food always hot, Tastey, and over all amazing. Workers are attentive, professional. Every time I go in its usually spotless or minimal mess.
Good quick bite. Fast service, but there's normally a line almost out the door during lunch rush. Try and go at an off time. The food is always hot and fresh.
The food wasn’t the best, usually panda express tastes better. The employees were very friendly and quick. The restaurant was a little dirty, but they were also very busy during the lunch rush. The parking lot was also very busy. It was hard to find a parking spot and also hard to maneuver.
Meal was about $12 for chow mein, two meats and an egg roll. The lady who checked me out was very nice. The only complaint is that they did not give me a togo untensils.
Please improve on customer service skills. Don't just stand in a corner talking to each other while you have customers. Food was great. Hats off to the cooks at least. Will I return... probably but it definitely won't be for the service. I'll probably order online so I don't have to deal with that experience again.
I ordered my food 40 mins in advance but they still took and extra 5 mins to make my food, and they weren't even busy. Not only that, they also messed up my order. Glad I checked, because this wasn't the first time.
This isn’t necessarily a bad review. The staff generally does a good job here. This is simply a message to management. I ordered my meal on line today. When I came to pick it up. I had to wait 15 min to get my food. I was on my lunch break on a 10 hour shift. 5 min. Driving there, 15 min waiting, and 5 min driving back left me 5 min to eat my lunch. Needless to say. I got a few bites before going back to work. I don’t order my food because I’m too lazy to stand in line. I order it because I don’t have time to stand in line. Management really needs to manage their staffs priorities better.
BAD BAD BAD. Carlos is the manager he made my order. Everything was hot but i guess they are no longer using the portions ive become used too over several years while eating here. Carlos said this is a normal portion for the beef and broccoli. For one person we spent like $12-$13 and this is what you get you be the judge.
Tasteless rice … horrible meat and broccoli 😖 order take out not one single napkin fork or spoon pack in a family meal order .. would never order this place again.
Awful experience ordered at 8pm online arrived at 8:09 to employees just hanging around and they had no food in sight. Said they were not making anymore food. Shortages okay sure not a problem… but no leadership at all to refund my order their solution was for me to go back tomorrow. I’m sorry I don’t have time to drive all the way back here because you took my money online and then didn’t deliver what was bought. I would say plan on this place to stop making food around 7pm and whatever you do DO NOT order ahead I don’t blame the staff it’s the management. Direct reflection of total incompetence.
They already were shutting down with more than 40 minutes left and people walking in through the door. They only had one orange chicken and one lo mein and one fried rice and said they weren’t making any more food.
Only two people in front of me and got my order completely wrong, called back and manager Carlos treated me liked I was the one who messed up, asked me to take my receipt back when I leave 15 away minimum and acted like he didn’t care, manager like Carlos doesn’t deserve position as a store manager, asked him if he could uber my right food he said no yet he insisted of me going back when his people messed up, arrogant to the max CARLOS offered no solution idk how you mess up an order when there’s no high demand, Carlos if you provide that customer service you should get a new job
All my food smelled like mildew. Orange chicken has freezer burn taste. Threw it all in Trash. $10.97 down the drain. Hope I don’t get sick.
I visited this location for lunch after church and was extremely disappointed with the service. One of the young ladies at the counter was noticeably rude. If she is unhappy in her role, perhaps it’s time to reconsider that position, because customer service is key in this type of environment. I was helping my mother with her order, and the staff member's tone and attitude were completely unprofessional. In addition, I asked another employee for the same base as my mom chow mein and vegetables, but she served rice instead. Instead of preparing a fresh plate, she simply scooped out the rice — but there was still some left under the chow mein. That’s not acceptable. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I won’t be returning to this location. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the staff’s behavior and training.
I ordered delivery this time and had an horrible encounter with a team leader named Daniella. I called in to ask for my bag to be sealed tight and to add an extra sauce with my popcorn chicken. She was rude and obnoxious! I normally deal with Susan who is a nice manager and other employees that I know by name from being a regular customer. I prioritized this location over the one closer to my home. Daniella, not only told me that they didnt have the regular seals to properly tighten my bag for delivery but also no for the extra sauce! I dislike horrible customer service interactions and strong difficulties over minor things. I never had an issue with my simple requests in the past, so I didnt think I would have trouble today. I know every establishment has rules but at the same time in some small instances sometimes rules can be accommodated. She didnt try to help, or appease the situation at hand. She was power tripping at an all time high. Daniella, clearly doesn't have the real proper skills, mindset, nor discernment to care about providing the true Panda Express experience. I canceled my entire order, and most likely won't return. I was extremely turned off!
I ordered online and received my food fast but when I got home and started eating my food, I found a piece of hair wrapped around my orange chicken and I had already had it in my mouth. so disgusting and it made me lose my appetite and I know it wasnt my hair because it was long and my hair is pulled back. I will not be eating from this place again and that's a shame because I really enjoyed the new hot orange chicken.
