Parking is not a problem. Clean with plenty of tables. Not an extensive menu, but what we had was very tasty. Only gave 4 stars for the atmosphere because the evening we went was very quiet. If you like good English food, then this is the place for you.

Good Karaoke on a Thursday night once a fortnight, food freshly cooked and very reasonable price, lovely atmosphere.

When I questioned this I was told they were pre ordered?! We also heard people ordering pizza. On a possible positive note, website might be out of date saying it closes at 7:30 PM but was open today till midnight. Seems like karaoke there every other Weds. And to be fair the food we ordered was both hot and very tasty. So despite my seemingly negative review we would eat there again, just don't like favouritism.

Well been going for many years with all the different people whom have owned it, these people make beautiful fish in batter not sure about the chips as they were unpeeled potatoes with bits and things you could see so not my cup of tea. But only place I have been that gave 1 little pouch of mayo which is about 10g for the meal after asking. So for 10.90e I would have expected a few put on the table, when they first opened there was a few in a tub on the table and I think with scissors to open. So shall be taking my own condiments next time.

Always a warm welcome and the roaring fire was very welcoming! Had a fun night at the quiz with Nicky..lovely personality and did a great job! We all had pulled pork baguettes, a must as and when it's on the menu!!

Still a great choice for food and entertainment, after over 4 years as a local cannot fault them 👍💙🤗

.y husband and myself ordered a desert mine arrived and I waited a few minutes before eating ,and I had finished mine when they bought out my husband's..Not good service they should have been served together I would have preferred to have waited till they were both ready.The food was excellent

This was our fifth visit. The first time we had fish and chips, really very good. Decided to go back, for fish and chips, booked table pre ordered haddock and chips. Not as good as the previous time. Cut a long story short, third and fourth visit not good so decided not too go again. Until my husband won a raffle prize, you guess it, meal for two at BAR INTERNATIONAL. It could not have gone any worse for them, our starters simple camembert cheese. Cooked on the outside cold and frozen in middle, sent it back second attempt exactly the same, third attempt ok. Main course,can you believe they sent it out with a cold Yorkshire pudding, the only thing that was any good on the plate was the beef. Only thing to say is we had good expectations for this restaurant. Really let down.
