Great affordable breakfast and lunch spot. I tried their New York cheesecake pancakes in summer 2024 at another location, but by early 2025 the recipe was different. Instead of big pancakes with cheesecake bites within and sauce on top, they served smaller buttermilk pancakes with cream cheese sauce and strawberry syrup on top. Still good, but I loved the previous recipe more. Friendly service and clean tables.

Great breakfast with very friendly and professional service. There was the all you can eat offer on pancakes ($10 and they bring you 5 then you can ask for two more free each time). I will definitely be back.

Stop by and treat yourself to an amazing smile and service from Briana. The food was excellent, a tad pricey for my budget. But hey, where can you go and hang out with a cheerful welcome and enjoy yourself in a nice atmosphere?

Love their breakfast morning or night...my little girl orders the strawberry 🍓banana 🍌crepes or pancakes, and I usually order their Swedish crepes. Our favorites. 😋

The wait to order our food was kind of long due to the fact they only have 1 waitress working. That is normal at this place. The poor woman was running around trying to deal with 8 other customers. I got some cranberry juice which was warm. My hash browns were kind of raw on the inside but the outer part was crispy and a little burnt. I was not offered syrup with my pancakes. I did have strawberries on them but the pancakes were very dry and the strawberries were way too mushy. I finally asked for some strawberry syrup. It took a while for our waitresses to see if we needed anything due to the fact she was the only one working tables. She was a very nice woman and was doing the best she could with that many customers. They really do need at least 2 people working at the tables. She was also working the register. That is not right IHOP.

Came in kinda hungry and craving pancakes, and man, they did not disappoint in that department. The stack was fluffy and warm, syrup was on point, and the hash browns had that perfect crispy edge I love. But service? Kinda slow. Our waitress was sweet, but it took a while to get refills and even longer to get the check. The place was pretty clean, but it was loud—lots of chatter and clinking dishes, which made it hard to relax. Still, it had that familiar diner vibe, so it wasn’t all bad

This is a decent little IHOP that has always been extremely dead both times I went. That was great for us with the kids. They also had a killer deal where kids eat free if you order adult meals as well. Win win!

Ordered the Colorado Omelette through Uber Eats. (Very quick delivery!!) The meat inside had good flavor but the egg whites were not seasoned. VERY watery though, and it was NOT condensation, 2 tablespoons of liquid. Had this come to me like that dining in, I would've sent it back. Buttermilk pancakes were yummy. They only sent 3 out of the four in the Syrup Caddy.

IHOP is the commoners go to pancake house. Everyone knows IHOP! They serve not just pancakes but a wide variety of breakfast and drink items. I have never tried IHOP in my entire life due to lackluster experience by other customers. That being said I took a risk to experience it for wee self. I tried their coffee and pancakes. Reg Coffee was perfectly brewed and refillable; Strawberry pancakes were warm, fluffy and soft and not too overwhelming. Staff and service were professional and on point, respectively.
