Not sure why this place got bad reviews. The one time I went there, I thought the dessert was really good. I loved the glutinous rice balls inside of the soup. The taste isn't too sweet, which is what I like. There a plenty of outdoor seating. I had a good time there.

I always love the taro ice and shaved ice at Meet Fresh! My first time at this location but same great taste! I also love their herbal tea 😍Stopped by after our brunch for some yummy red bean/taro goodness 🥰

Finally a Meet Fresh location that is closer to my area. Nice store, a little small and the wait can be out the door, (waiting space is small). Lots of seating, especially in the back. Good and quality is great as usual.

Boba Caramel Pudding was sweet and delicious. They were very generous with the Boba. It was like eating flan. The rice ball tofu Pudding was a large quantity of food. The rice balls were filling.

Great Taiwanese style desserts featuring shaved ice, grass jelly, ice cream and mochi. The desserts feature more naturally sweet ingredients so may not be appetizing to everyone. The portions are bigger than I thought and quite hefty. They have plenty of indoor and some outdoor seating. Lots of different dessert and drink options.

I love coming to Meet Fresh and grabbing a dessert. I’ve only tried and few of their desert options and by far my favorite is the icy grass jelly desert with melon jelly. The double taro is also very delicious. The coco sago (was not my favorite) but I’m not one for soupy desert options. Overall great place will keep coming back.

Almost impossible to pass by during the summer months. Menu combos are very high in calories, better for sharing and trying different toppings. But I prefer “Make your own”. Medium size is more than enough for one person, plus you can choose exactly what you want from toppings menu (for some reason they stopped doing complete “make your own” and you’ll get taro ball or grass jelly no matter what, but the rest is up to you). Also I usually ask for condensed milk on the side, this way you can add as much or as little as you want and keep your ice from melting too early.

Love the drink and the egg waffle (weekday only). Busy during weekends but more free on weekdays. Happy to see the dine-in option be back to the store after the COVID. The newly release drinks and collaboration with Michelin Chef are all good in taste. One other thing to mention that there is no restroom inside store but have to go to the mall for restroom use.

First time here with my son we both got the black sugar fresh milk with boba. They use reusable plastic cups and straws. I didn't know I had to mix drink so you can taste the flavor. The price range is ok. Overall everyone should try it.

The desserts and drinks here are good. I usually order a milk tea with boba or lychee jelly. Also, the ice desserts are a good option to have if you want to relax and enjoy. The service might take a while because there usually busy and the inside of the place is pretty small with limited amount of seating. I would suggest to find another location if you want better seating. Overall, pretty good experience but just had a wait a little more than usual for my desserts.

It’s pretty good. It’s not overly sweet and the boba is nice and chewy. Service was nice and fast. A little overpriced but not bad. Refreshing drink

Very popular this Saturday drove an extra hour to get my favorite dessert and when I got there they were out of the flavored shaved ice for the signature grass jelly. Recommend not letting them talk you into getting the non flavored shaved ice it just turns into mush. Still a favorite!

New experience for me. I got the passion fruit green tea. The order came out quick and cold. It was different but it was good! The cups they use are reusable at home. Over all a good experience.

Best of all, the seats along the wall had chargers, which was awesome! Other locations have issues where the desserts they offer don't necessarily have beans that have been soaked and cleaned, like they just dump them in, and cook them as is. So if you like to make some music 🌬️🎶🎵, then be my guest, but this time, I just stuck with their teas. That seemed to be a safer bet.

Convenient location and delicious product. But no where to sit to enjoy your spoon/bowl desserts :( I wish they had some patio furniture outdoors.. there’s plenty of space for it. This time, we got the herbal milk tea jelly drink. It was easy to carry around, and super yummy - light, creamy, and the jelly was so soft! Credit card only!

This is a spinoff of American desserts with a Chinese touch. Red bean desserts is very different. Lot of Shaved ice items with a selection of unique toppings. Pricing is much higher then your normal desserts. Seating inside is a bit cramped.

$10 for a medium bowl of shaved ice. Ice was chunky. Only 1 person working in the front taking orders and making them. Poor girl running back and forth. For $10 per order u can hire more people.

March 2023 Food/Pricing - Taro Tofu Pudding ($8) - Ordered it hot, it was a little warm at best. Expected it to be steaming hot. Tofu could be more silky but it was fine. Overall taste was good. Just wish it were hotter. Caramel Pudding Milk Tea ($6.25) - Pudding was yum but the milk tea itself tasted watered down. Service/Ambiance - Service was quick. I wish the almond drink was available all year round and not just certain months. I absolutely love that item and would come a lot more often if it was available for longer. Parking - Mall parking.

The desserts are served in to go containers. The desserts seem to be smaller than the locations that serve their desserts in reusable bowls. Plenty of indoor and some outdoor seating. The Hong Kong waffles are only served during the weekday. It can take up to 10 minutes.

The other drinks are really good but the matcha strawberry latte was very bad there was no matcha taste straight up strawberry syrup. Even after constantly mixing it when I did tasted the matcha it was very powdery. The strawberry was very very sweet and not fresh at all but meetfresh is very good in general just not the matcha strawberry latte. I’m very disappointed in the matcha strawberry latte because I really like matcha.

I was used to the location on Rosemead and went to this place without checking the reviews first. Very disappointed. I ordered the mochi milk shaved ice. It came in the disposable container. The shaved ice was thick and hard and stuck in a block at the bottom. Not sure what’s wrong with their recipe or the machine did not produce shaved ice properly. The topping and flavor was alright but the presentation and texture of the ice was mediocre. I truly want to see the business do well in the future. Please work on the food presentation.

6.50 for such little piece. Too overpriced. Will not be coming here no more.

Interior was kinda dirty, which made it unpleasant to dine in. The shaved ice I had was not good either. I wanted to give this place a chance but never again. What a waste of money.

Overpriced. Very small portion. Shaved ice had already melted to nearly iced water. I didn't eat it and asked them for a replacement. The store associate got annoyed. Horrible customer service!! If you want to sell Asian food, make it right and authentic. Shaved ice is very easy to make and has a very high profit margin. Don't try to cut corners and rip off your customers and think they won't notice.

Horrible, terrible, can’t be worse. Everything is in a take-out box even if you dine in and thus far smaller portion and worse quality.

I waited 15 minutes in line, another 5 minutes because the cashier was busy in the back assisting with the drinks. After she came back I asked for the original egg waffle, then was told they stop making it after 7pm. Seriously, I waited 20 minutes for this response. Why don’t you guys post that somewhere on the menu???? My toddler was disappointed. I’m never coming back here again.

Isn’t that a fly leg?? Found it after taste it!! Thought it was black sesame….. Ewww found it after turn on the light!!! So gross!!!!!!!! Waste of my time and money to buy it where is far from my home! Severely disappointed food quality! Really hurt my heart for the first time eating Meet Fresh in LA!!!!!

This Meet Fresh location was incredibly disappointing. The shaved ice portion sizes were super small, especially compared to other locations. We paid $14 for a 3” tall cup with two small (rock hard) ice chunks and toppings. You could barely even call this shaved ice. Then - to make things worse - the employees left the shaved ice sitting on the counter for 20 minutes and didn’t call our number or anything to announce it, despite us sitting right in front of the counter, and when we asked if it was our order they said “Oh yeah…. It’s been sitting there for a while so it’s probably melted.” The only saving grace is that the shaved ice did taste really good, but the experience was just awful.

The QT cup is not good because it made me have diarrhea. As soon as I went home, I had a stomachache and went to the bathroom. This is crazy!

Prices are unreasonably high! No wonder the place is empty despite a packed Arcadia Mall. I don’t recall it being this expensive before. At this rate, it’s no surprise they’re struggling to stay afloat. Lower your prices or give out promotions!

Worst customer services with dump employees. I got 2 large items and only ate 1 so my second item is untouched so I asked for a large bowl so I can but my dessert in but the employee said no and she said I can get the 3 small bowls instead of giving me a large one which fit everything. Also, there's probably a hundred large bowls right in front of her but she insistedon giving3 lids for the small bowls. So she rather waste 3 small bowls instead of 1 large. Not sure how they teach their employees but that's jist one of the dumbest thing ever. Will not be going back to this place due to the stupid service.

My visit to this establishment was disappointing from the very beginning. The hot no‑sugar tea, which should have been a simple and reliable order, arrived lukewarm and took an unreasonably long time to reach the table. When a restaurant struggles with something as basic as tea, it sets a troubling tone for the rest of the experience. The environment did little to improve matters. The dining area was noticeably dirty, creating an atmosphere that felt neglected and unwelcoming. Cleanliness is one of the most fundamental expectations in any dining space, and its absence made the entire visit feel careless. Service only added to the frustration. It was slow, unclear, and lacked the professionalism that elevates a meal. Instead of attentive hospitality, the experience felt disorganized and indifferent, as though the staff were overwhelmed or simply not invested in providing a positive visit. Taken together, these issues — the poorly prepared tea, the unclean environment, and the weak service — resulted in an overall experience that fell far below expectations. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place, and I will not be returning.
