Today the manager tried to charge us $6 for a bacon and egg biscuit with no bacon and egg instead of charging us for a plain biscuit. We also asked for two sides of bacon. He charged us for two sides and only gave us two slices instead. Watch the prices here and what they ring you up for. That’s not ok.

My wife and I along with our 3 boys (6, 13, 18) went to this McDonald's location for a quick meal and it was a bad experience they refused to give my 6 year old his drink that is supposed to come with his happy meal. First said we'd have to pay for it, then blamed it on us giving the drink to our 13 year old then switched to saying we didn't tell them that we wanted a drink with his meal, we'll it's supposed to come with one the manager even admitted that it was supposed to. We're not walking into another McDonald's we've had other bad experiences with service at this McDonald's location but it's the first time I've complained

Pathetic Manager Gets Off on Charging 38 Cents for ONE Ranch – Lost a Loyal Customer Forever I've been coming to this McDonald's location A LOT lately – spending my money here way more than I should. Today, after already paying for my full meal, I asked for a single ranch packet. The manager (the smug guy who rang me up) actually demanded I pay extra – 38 cents, like it's some luxury item. Seriously? One basic condiment costs extra now? Regular employees have hooked me up with ranch plenty of times before with zero hassle, but this power-tripping manager has pulled this cheap stunt on me multiple times. It's obvious he gets some sick little thrill out of nickel-and-diming customers over something that costs the store literally pennies. What a sad, petty way to flex your "authority." This isn't customer service; it's straight-up greed and arrogance from a guy who clearly hates his job and takes it out on paying customers. Owners: Pull up my receipts – you'll see how often I've been in. This is the "thanks" I get? Pathetic. With tons of better McDonald's in Eureka and McKinleyville (ones that aren't run by miserable tightwads), I'm done. Never stepping foot in this dump again. I'll be telling every single person I know – friends, family, coworkers, anyone who'll listen – to boycott this location like the plague. Go somewhere else where they don't treat you like a criminal for asking for one damn sauce. Absolute joke of a manager. Do better or close down.

The people there are rude. I called them because I was on a 15 min break and decided to order breakfast sandwiches for my employees at work to be kind and when I called and asked for price a some kid answered and said you could have looked this up on line . I ask if he was to busy to help me and he said no .what a joke want more money and want to do less the world we live in is soft and people don't want to do anything to help any one. SAD!

Terrible service. Apathetic, rude employees. Had to wait forever for my change. Didn’t honor an advertised sandwich special.Couldn’t care less if they lose customers. Will never go there again. I have no idea how they stay in business.

This business truly earns its bad reviews. After being asked repeatedly to use their app, I finally gave in. The app clearly stated I’d receive a free breakfast sandwich with no purchase necessary. When I got to the window, the cashier said I had to buy something. I showed her where it said “no purchase necessary,” and she brought it to the manager. The male manager still refused to honor it. Hard to believe they’d rather lose a long-time customer over a single breakfast sandwich. Good riddance.

First off they make you pull into a spot and wait if the fries aren’t done so they can lie about order times….and now the “Large” fries come in a paper bag and are now the same size as a small or medium size? Do better McDonalds.

So tired of cold soggy fries that taste like they have been re-dipped in the oil. This time they didn't even have salt. I won't be spending my money here anymore. It's sad because all I expect is warm edible food. This is why McDonald's has had a hit to their sales this year.

They cancel my breakfast order every morning despite me ordering it before 10:30. I paid for the meal already why aren’t you cooking the food as soon as the order comes in? It should be ready by the time I get there but instead they wait until I arrive to even start making it and if I get there at 10:31 they refuse to honor the order. Do better

Save your money and time from the manger to the employees they are rude. All I wanted was a coffee and sandwich because I’m a truck driver I couldn’t drive thru, only the drive thru is open. I heard them yell “get out of here” Literally instead of saying politely we can’t help you. Finally they sent the janitor to tell. I said thank you and walked across the street to carls Jr..

We ordered two Mc fish sandwiches and when we got them there was hardly any tarter sauce actually on the sandwiches but it was all over the inside of the box. I came back and brought it to the manager on duties attention and showed them my picture and said both sandwiches were like this and she said ok, not even a care. I won’t order from them again if this is how the put out food and then not care about quality. I wish o could post my picture!!
