Please change the schedule. I've been there several times at 12:50 and it's still not open to the public. I see employees but they say it's not open.

I arrived at the branch and there was a lady at the counter. I approached and said good afternoon. She was on her phone at full volume until I spoke to her again. She stood up, looking somewhat annoyed. I asked for what I wanted, she took my payment, and I sat down. About 10 minutes passed, and my order came out. I asked if she could give me containers for the sauce and ranch, and she said she didn't have any, so I soaked everything in the box. When I got home, my order was almost half empty. I assumed it was because of the sauce, but when I looked closer, there were only 4 boneless wings on top, haha, and the fries on the bottom were all soggy. I bought a double box and the Monkey Cong, but it wasn't as good as usual. I'm not going back to that branch. It's sad that that lady is still there. The last time I went, she wasn't there, and it was different; the selection was good, and for the price they charge, it seemed like a lot.

Terrible service. The employees close whenever they feel like it. Today I went at 9:15 and the ladies had already closed. I asked them if they didn't close at 10 and they said yes, but they didn't care and preferred to close whenever they wanted.

Very good food but terrible service. They open whenever they want, give you what they want, and still give you the cold shoulder even though they made a mistake. I recommend they change their staff.

The food is great! But we often go at 12:45 and it's closed...according to their schedule, they open at 12:00.

Terrible every time I order fries topped with sweet potato, they serve me half the portion and tell me I have to dip them in there, but I eat them later and if I do that they arrive already beaten by the time I go to eat them, they can't provide better service or a container to put the dressing or the sweet to go, it's unfortunate that a franchise with so much potential is fading because of these small communication details. Every time I get home I find that my order is half of what I paid for !!

A few days ago, I went to the one in Plaza Arboledas at 1:10, and they told me there was still no service. I thought they would open at 2:00 PM. It's fine. Then, on Monday the 21st, I went again, and they told me there was no bank terminal and that payment must be made in cash. It's fine, and I can pay her. But the cashier is even more determined to complain. Her boyfriend even leaves, and here I am waiting for him to return and deliver my food. In short, this is what happens to businesses. The employees ruin the business. This is at the Plaza Arboledas location.

This isn't our first time eating here, however, this time the service and food were terrible. The fries weren't even fried; they seemed like they were just soaked in oil, and half of my boneless chicken breasts were raw. The girl who helped us acted like she was doing us a favor when we paid for our food. She watched us from behind the counter the whole time while we ate. I noticed the orders were coming out way too fast, which would be great if the food wasn't half-cooked.

Terrible service. They stole my money. When I was about to pay, they charged my card. I entered my PIN. The cashier told me the card hadn't been swiped. The charge did appear on my bank app, and they wouldn't refund my money or give me my order. They justified it by saying it was my bank's problem, even though I showed the cashier my bank app. The staff was extremely rude and poorly trained.
