I decided to stop by Cotton Patch Cafe about 4ish to place an order to go, they were extremely busy on this New Year Day. I sat at bar and sipped while waiting. Customers were coming to dine in as well as picking up orders. The staff was very professional while smiling and showing lots of care and kindness for all customers. The atmosphere stayed amazing. They made sure they kept us updated on orders and I thought it was very nice when the Chef/Cook came out and addressed the customers which was greatly appreciated. I think they did an Awesome job at getting our orders out to us. I'll continue to come back again and again. Great Service!!! Awesome teamwork also.. My Super Combo Fish and Shrimp, Fries, Jalapeño hushpuppies was perfectly cooked and tasty 😋

First time coming here with my boyfriend and his family we celebrated his birthday and it was an amazing experience and definitely coming back here..my ribeye stake was delicious and tasty and my boyfriend food was also warm and delicious..I will say that they did mess up my order but quickly fixed it and we had over 28 family members so it was a lot but all 6 servers were amazing and friendly. They were able to acomódate us and our big group of family.

Four of us went to a late lunch there and we were extremely satisfied with everything. The food and service were excellent. I had the salmon which was great. The rolls are also great. This is the first time we’ve been to this location in quite a while, AND we will definitely be back. Thanks for exceeding our expectations.

I have been coming to this location for 6 years since I moved to Carrollton. They have the best staff working here. Everytime we have come the hotesses & servers have always been so welcoming, kind, respectful, friendly, accomodating, & offer great food service. The food I've ordered has always been delicious. Emily was our server today & as usual she did not disappoint with the service. Very attentive, friendly, kind, & respectful. Moving out of the area, clear across to the Panhandle of Texas & am sad to not be able to eat here anymore. The city we are moving has a Cotton Patch & hope their service is just as great! Thank you Lewisville Cotton Patch for being a top notch family friendly place for our hungry stomachs. 🙂

Simply amazing! The food was hot and fresh and southern comfort in every bite. More over the customer service was outstanding from the initial greeting to the service throughout my lunch time, I couldn't ask for better. Special shoutout to Algina, the manager- her leadership is top-notch.

Our waiter Cory was amazing. He helped and talked with everyone at our table. He made everyone feel welcomed. The food was wonderful. Kasey the manager is the BEST!! I have missed seeing her so much at the 407 location. I have stopped going there due to the service. Kasey always kept the restaurant clean, food was warm and fast. Today was wonderful. I’m from Ukraine — thank you all for your kindness and support! After a long workday, my friend and I stopped by to enjoy some delicious ribeye steak. It was so good that I wanted to come back the next evening. (By the way, the prices were very good!) I came right before closing, and it was too late to order, but the staff were so polite and attentive that they treated me to the most delicious soup and salad — and didn’t even take any money. I was truly touched, and the least I can do is leave this comment! Being a person with a big heart — that’s what true wealth is! ❤️

I took my mom out to dinner and she chose the Cotton Patch. I normally don't think of going here but after our visit, we'll be going more often! The food was amazing! Veggie plate, fried mushrooms and rolls to die for! So was fresh and delicious 😋 Our waiter, Jaden R was friendly, attentive and most of all aware of our needs. He truly made the experience better 😊

We have had a great experience here the last two times we have been here. Erin has been our waitress, she was great. The food was wonderful. You could taste the freshness in the food. Both times we had to wait for rolls but it is worth it. Thank you for having great food and great service. The atmosphere here is wonderful. It’s peaceful music isn’t too loud so you can actually have a conversation with your company.

Great service! Kind, fast and accurate. Food was good, typical, tho didn't like the cornbread dressing - salty. Building needs some attention.

My wife and I sometimes come here when we feel like having some southern food. I love their chicken & dumplings. This time, I ordered the pork chop and my wife got the Cajun duo, and both were rather good. However, what stood out the most was the service: Kasey and Jaden were amazing.

This place is always very welcoming and never extremely busy. They have a nice menu selection as well as dessert selection. The only place I could go local and get grilled flounder. They took it away and it made me sad but the salmon is great. The staff here is the best part; they are so nice, welcoming, and very good at their jobs. I never have a bad experience at Cotton Patch. The manager is wonderful he knows how to cheer you up and the waitress and hostess are superb at their jobs. If you want a relaxing good meal with a wonderful atmosphere, this is your place.

My family and I just went to the Lewisville location Cotton Patch and we were severely disappointed in the service and not impressed with the food. We've been to this location a handful of times in the past year and this visit was by far the worst we've had; and we went in raving about it to my brother who joined us because the service and food were amazing the last 2-3 times we had been. Unfortunately, something changed in the last couple of months between our previous visit and tonight. The server seemed to forget about us, and it wasn't because it was busy. There were only about 6 or 7 tables occupied (including ours). We had a different server ask us if we'd enjoyed our food after we had been sitting at the table for a solid 30+ minutes and we had to tell them that we hadn't had anything except rolls - no refills on drinks, no food, etc. They had to then get our server to get us some refills. Our daughter had asked for gravy when we ordered and we had to ask again twice before she got some for her potatoes. My husband requested his CFS to be smothered in gravy when we first ordered, and the server even repeated it back to us, and yet it barely had a sliver of gravy on it when it came out. My husband then requested an extra side of gravy and after it not being brought for over 15 minutes, he had to wave down the server again to ask again for it. My gravy on my chicken was congealed and goopy which is really unappetizing. Overall, just a huge letdown visit at a place we were excited to go back to originally. It will be a long while before we're willing to try Cotton Patch again.
