Avery is amazing! Never let her go! The hostesses on the other hand were sort of rude. I'm a Hooters vet. I understand the hostesses are usually younger, but they can keep their attitudes at home. Other than that, the food came out super fast, and hot! The key lime pie was outstanding, as usual. Again, AVERY IS AMAZING!

I love the breaded 3 mile chicken wings, 3 mile shrimp and the 911 flavored wings. You can't go wrong with these two flavors along with a beer.

Sheena is the best. Always takes care of us before Rangers day games. Been there for awhile and always remembers us. Great bartender!

Hooters still has good hot wings. I don't know if it's because my tastes have changed, but I don't enjoy their fries like I used to. It's still a good place to watch sports while drinking a few beers.

They were changing over the menu so had items on the menu that were not available. Many items I wanted. So no food. Service would have got 1 star if it weren't for the other bartender there who wasn't blonde & the manager who listened to my issue regarding the blonde bartender. I ask her for snakebite (Guinness & cider stacked on each other not mixed together). She comes back with the mix. I ask if it's complimentary because that is not how to make this drink. She says with attitude she never made 1 before. I suggested she ask her manager how to make 1. I watched her make the next 2 correct. I thanked her even though she had the other bartender give me the drinks. She didn't look my way or try conversing with me as she did with other patrons. She needs a new job. Bartender is not for her.

We went with 2 of our friends, The waitress kept walking by without giving refills we literally would have to wave her down Everytime, everyone else got their food and I say there for 15mins waiting on mine when finally I asked her where my food was and she said "oh you didn't get it?" And I said well obviously not you didn't bring it to me. So I watch her and she goes up and then added my food to our order. By the time I got my food everyone else was done eating and boxing their left overs up. We were also there to watch the football game when another party of 6 come in and they wanted to watch soccer so she changes our game over to soccer game and we told her that we were watching the game first she said well they want to watch this and walked off. So ya we won't be back. She focused more on the larger tables rather than our small table. What she didn't realize is she screwed herself out of a easy $50 tip. She knew she messed up because as we were leaving she said sorry about the crappy service and smiled.

My daughter wanted to eat here because of her birthday. I was not impressed with the food. The server kept walking around coughing and squeezing and now my daughter is squeezing and coughing. I do not recommend this place, horrible experience!

There are 6 in our group, 5 of us were not satisfied with the flavor of the Buffalo Shrimp and Fish tasted old and freezer burned. The Chicken wings were bland On the menu, the Fish and Chips says you have a choice of “fries OR tots AND coleslaw” The waitress didn’t understand that the coleslaw was included, which would be understandable IF the menu said … “fries OR tots OR coleslaw I would not recommend Hooters for a meal, beer and sides MIGHT be fine

This Hooters was our go to spot for wings and drinks. Last night was no different. Met some friends after being Dallas. We were sat somewhat quick, but we had to stop a waitress to know where to sit. We were not greeted. Was provided menus followed by at least 20 minutes of waiting. How do I onow 20 minutes? We started a stopwatch after it'd been some time. We did watch a "manager" clean and wipe down half a dozen tables. Finally waitress comes by. We ask why it's taking so long. There weren't really many in the restaurant. Maybe 5 tables? She said they were understaffed from the day. Not sure what that meant. We placed drink orders. Drinks came several minutes after our waters. Just dropped off and walked away. Had to flag her down to place an appetizer order. Oh, learned this. Something about going through changes means several items you see on the menu are no longer available. Don't bother telling anyone though. Just let your guests place an order and tell them "we no longer have this. Did you want something else?" Wouldn't be a big deal, but we'd spent about 45 minutes looking at this menu and waiting to place the order. Waitress never came back to check on us. Food came out, didn't clear anything away to make room. I started putting things on the table behind me. Food was meh. I did not get wings, and I think that was a good decision. Others in my group ordered wings, but they did not look good. The "new" sauces made the wings look awful! They looked so dry, so fake almost. It really is sad. How terrible the service really was. Should have just stayed in Dallas after our event. Looking back, we spent far too much time sitting at Hooters during a non peak hours visit. Excited to wait for the canned response from "management" Listen, service was so poor, I usually attend and enter my vehicle into a monthly car show at the Hooters on I-20. I don't even want to partake in that anymore.

Walked in and there were 7 customers at lunch time. Radio was loud and I asked the waitress if they could turn it down, they turned it up. I asked again, they turned it down, I said thank you and they turned it back up. After 30 minutes with no wings I read the writing on the wall and left. The waitress was very nice and I felt bad for her, but whomever is running thst place just doesn't care and it shows. What a shame.

So we have been coming to our local hooters for years. We have always loved the service,the atmosphere and the food has always been excellent. Well this visit will make me never come back. And I honestly feel bad for the waitress’s,cooks and bartenders who this will affect. BUT apparently our waitress said they have been bought out and literally got rid of over 95% of their sauces and flavors. HOWEVER the food was good. But my wings WERE NOT the same. I am very disappointed because Hooters was my absolute go to for the best wings. Will not be back.

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Hooters! The manager Michael was rude to another customer about putting the game on. So why would I expect nothing less than what I witnessed!? Anytime I’ve been to any restaurant and I’ve got my food cold or something was wrong, at the end, they would taken it off my ticket for the inconvenience. However, Michael didn’t see why I should not have to pay for my cold food if I was eating it and if they replaced it! And then when I left, I had to make a quick stop at the gas station to throw up because of the food. So all in all, it was a terrible experience, both with the food and the customer service! I wouldn’t recommend this Hooters to anyone! Nor will I ever go again! Next step, calling corporate!
