The bomb hard shell tacos!! Everything that I've tried on the menu my kids and I love!!!
Taco Casa is my favorite fast food taco joint. This location is run very well, especially the drive thru
Just left the drive thru and Juanita was amazing so friendly fast service with a smile. Thank you for Great service
The food wad great. Service was fast and friendly. Reminds me of what taco bell USED to be when the food was cooked fresh in house.
The employees are always so nice! The food is always good! We love the bean burritos and the sweet tea! Definitely one of the best sweet teas for fast food!
This is probably the most efficiently run establishment I have ever done business with anywhere. A buddy of mine that moved down here from Wisconsin and I am effectively turning Texan loves this place since the very first time I brought him here much the same way that it happened to me when my wife first brought me to Taco Casa. We don't have them in Houston. Anyway, we work in Grand Prairie and have to come over to this location to have it for lunch. We wouldn't be able to do that if these guys weren't so efficient. I have to add that if the manager or the woman I assume to be manager is NOT there, the service slides a little and my chances of getting my jalapenos is about 50/50
This has the best and most prompt service and best tasting food out of all the Taco Casa locations! The manager Audrey and her staff are always giving away free tea and sopapilla chips when its close to closing time, as well!😁 They also are one of the only franchises to still accept the loyalty cards and have later hours of operation (11 p.m. most days by drive-thru)! Highly-recommended.
Whoever the young girl was working drive thru Sat Sept 6th... she had no name tag - awesome service with a smile. Makes me wonder if she has the love of Jesus in her that's how much she stood out from others at this place typically full of rude workers and from others working fast food these days. She was great. Made wish I could've give her a hug. Fantastic spirit! Prev review-> Got their super nachos but i like to skip their queso cheese. Taste terribly processed but I like their meat. so I get everything as it comes but go get the queso elsewhere. Service here is not the greatest. That's the main problem at this location.
Ordered through Uber Eats. Food was timely and hot. However, not 1 single napkin nor hot sauce included with order. Seriously, do I have to ask for everything?
We eat at Taco Casa about once a week, but we will never return to this location. We ordered soft tacos with no lettuce and two small sides of shredded cheese. We received shredded lettuce instead, so I let the cashier know and he said we said lettuce. We didn't because the people eating the tacos don't even eat lettuce. So I asked for shredded cheese and he said there would be a charge, which I knew already so I asked him to add a small sprite. We received a big cup of cheese and no sprite, so I asked about the sprite and he said I didn't order a sprite. So I paid over $4 for shredded cheese instead of however much the small cups of cheese are, and never got a sprite, all because the cashier was too high to take an order properly and didn't seem to care at all about doing his job.
Ordered a taco salad with no shell, they put it in a shell. Asked for no beans, there are beans. I had to ask for sweet n low three times because the guy at the window didn't comprehend what it was, I finally said the sweetener in the pink package. I asked for a cup of taco meat and he thought I said beans, twice. I get to the window and the kid kept touching his private area over and over, scratching or something. Gross. I'll try to find another taco place.
I went in today because I’m diabetic and needed to eat while out shopping. Chose this place cuz it was close , and not busy. I see why now . I walked in and an employee walked in the back did not say hi or I’ll be right with just plain ignored me. Stood there a few minutes and a kitchen worker greeted us and said I’m not sure where he went. ??? Amassed another 5 minutes and asked if so tons could help us. She went to the back and he replied I’m busy. He was supposedly on the phone with a manger. Instead of saying hi can help he said eBay do you want and my son replied what customer service. Coulda put the manager on hold to help a guest. He refused service and told us to get out. Now I see why the place was empty you don’t want to serve anyone. The kitchen help tried and was shocked by his response.
Ok… so I go to Taco Casa ALL the time in Lewisville. The service, taste, and quality has remained consistent EVERY TIME. However At this location in Arlington, the service was below minimum wage boredom and the food was absolutely AWFUL. Stale chips, tostada, AND Nachos. We had to pull out a bag of chips to accommodate ourselves after spending the upside of $30 for some food. You can tell that the staff doesn’t uphold the franchise’s core values at all. I won’t be back to this location, and will continue to support the Lewisville/Coppell areas because they care and it absolutely shows.
I am absolutely disgusted by my recent experience at your Taco Casa location. While biting into my taco, I pulled out a long piece of hair embedded in the food. This is beyond unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the cleanliness and food handling practices at your establishment. To make matters worse, I attempted to contact the restaurant over 20 times to address this issue, and not a single call was answered. This level of unprofessionalism is appalling. Not only is it unsanitary to find hair in my food, but your complete lack of responsiveness only adds to the frustration and disappointment. This is a major health violation and a blatant disregard for customer service!!
Very bad service at this place the manager straight up called me a liar to my face saying she had no other complaints on the sweet tea I had ordered Maybe if she will taste her product she would had known what it tasted like. Really cocky attitude saying no other customer has complained to her. Will never return to a place like this
