Fast food burgers with proper restaurant quality! After having this, it puts all the other McWhatever Kings to shame. Yes it’s more expensive but worth every cent. The only reason I’m not giving a 5 star rating is the lack of attention to the fries. I sent them back because I didn’t like the “spicy” seasoning I asked for, it was just simply salty. They were softish and boring as well. When I got my unseasoned replacement they came straight out the fryer, super crunchy and better than any commercially prepared fries I’ve ever had in my life. Make sure yours are made fresh, you will thank me later 😂

I've been to five guys all over the US and this one by far is the biggest in one of my favorite malls anywhere. The service is in par with Five Guys in the US. The flavor amazingly is also the same. I always get double cheeseburger, pickles,grill onion, mayo, mustard and ketchup. Sit down relax and share your fries. Keep in mind these are not gourmet burgers, these are the go to burgers when you are hungry and craving one, also want alot of fries made in peanut oil. Note: not everyone will like this concept of burgers. If you are not used to craving a burger after midterms ,finals or a game of basketball you might not get it. To those who do, Enjoy!

Fries and milkshakes are great, but they should give larger straws or blend better cause its impossible to drink. I found burger awful, the meat had some strange taste, no seasoning or spice used, dry.

The hamburgers are really tasty and there is a huge variety of soft drinks. I’m only giving 3 stars because the prices are extremely high, and for a fast food restaurant it’s not acceptable to charge over 25 euros for 2 hamburgers.

15 euros for a small burger, yes it's fresh but definitely not worth the money plus the fries and drinks are extra so a burger meals ends up costing you 22euro per person. What a rip off 😲🤮

TL;DR: Too expensive if you want a small meal. First time trying five guys, had a small bacon cheeseburger, medium chips and a beer. Overall the food was OK, good fast food, but unfotunately the price is extremely high for this kind of food (16.75€), and left me still hungry. I saw that you get many "free" toppings for the burger, I can only assume its worth it if you pile on a bunch of toppings. If the strategy is to charge upfront for the toppings (lets be honest, they are included in the price of the burger), then im not a fan, it comes off as deceitful, and you ultimately cant have a small dinner without burning a hole in your pocket. I'd eigther go to McDonalds or BK if I want something quick, or a gourmet burger restaurant if I want a good burger (which would cost you less).

We love 5 guys and had it many times in a few different countries. The quality was always consistent and to the highest standard. But unfortunately the operations in Granada are average at best. The taste is totally inconsistent with the franchise. The service was slow (place was half empty yet the there was a queue of about 30 people waiting for their orders to be taken). The meat was dry and without flavor. Fries were kind of soggy, condiments, especially mushrooms were barely noticable in the burger. If I didn't know the brand, I'd say a mediocre burger for a very high price. I'd never go back. The operation in Granada needs to be looked at. There are some serious problems there.
