We tried the chicken tenders and the spicy fries, both delicious. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean, the staff friendly, food was prepared in a timely manner. Good selection of sugar free drinks. And no ghastly music playing... we could actually have a conversation during our meal. Definitely coming back!

Tried this today and the chicken was quite possibly the best fast food chicken I have ever had , the fries are so crispy and beat every other fast food offering , the prices are comparable to other similar places ,

If you like fast foods with chicken like KFC, you'll like this as well. The food is nicely made from fresh chicken.

The fries are the best from the other fast food places, in my opinion. The biscuits are great too. However, when you order inside they are incredibly slow, drive-thru is much quicker. And I don't think we have ever had a complete order. They always get something wrong. And I no longer order a burger because they always look like someone has sat on them.

I went there first time in Popeyes Novelda. Crispy chicken and burger was good but chicken strip were under cooked. But they don’t care about cleanliness. In the salon almost all tables were oily and there were almost finger prints on all tables. And I think they didn’t cleaned the walls of salon since they opened. My sincere advice is not to go in to their toilets even before eating and after eating. Walls were first, there was no hand wash hell. But I think the cleaning staff don’t care about the hygiene.

today terrible. Very slow service, I think 2 other people waiting for food. 8 chicken nuggets turned out to be 7, when telling staff they just shrugged. Chicken grill meat was like rubber and the toppings a slimy mess.

Very disappointing first visit to Popeyes (Novelda, Alicante). Piece of chicken in the burger was tiny, nothing like the photos. They put cheese sauce and bacon on the chips that I didn't order and the miserable girl serving wouldn't give me fresh chips without sauce. Incredible. The chicken was actually very tasty, but tiny portion and cold. May give it one more try, but if as disappointing as the first visit it will be my last.

First time try this brand in Spain, the taste is ok but the size is very disappointing. The adult burger menu size is same as the children menu but charging twice. Scammer and will not absolute avoid it.
