Avis sur Bar Atlantic Asti
Managed by Esselunga. The cleanliness of the environment and the courtesy and friendliness of the girls at the counter are the main characteristics. I happily frequent every morning for breakfast
I regularly frequent this café with my family, where I get coffee in the morning and often in the late afternoon. I find it very interesting and economically advantageous to be able to purchase coffee at a discounted price with prepaid cards, thus saving me a lot. The staff is polite, patient, and friendly. Mrs. Margherita and Mrs. Cristina are very professional, but I must especially mention Maria, a very kind young woman who goes out of her way to satisfy her customers, offering excellent service. I would like to publicly thank all the staff for making me feel like a satisfied customer.
I frequent this bar occasionally, and it's excellent in every way. New regulars will certainly appreciate the new offerings, starting with breakfast, alcoholic beverages, non-alcoholic beverages, business lunches, and aperitifs. The introduction of new products at a bar makes me want to return; what keeps me coming back is the quality of the product and the staff—very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful.
Excellent breakfast, at prices that are hard to find these days. They offer several vegan options, both sweet and savory. The staff is very friendly and efficient. One of the few cafes I always enjoy returning to.
The bar is always clean with friendly staff, and the format is similar to Esselunga. Prices are average, and the selection is well-stocked for pastries, sandwiches, and cold dishes, though not so much if you're looking for biscuits or foods for intolerances. The opening hours are practically the same as those of a supermarket.
The bar is clean and the coffee is good. The staff (except for a few baristas) is always angry, moody, and sometimes even rude. Once, they even got into an argument in front of customers about working hours.
Good sanitization of surfaces, social distancing, and food is standard for an Esselunga bar. It's a place I'd happily eat at if I need a quick snack. They have a small outdoor seating area for the warmer months, sheltered from the traffic.
Low rating, I don't question the coffee because it's good, the food and everything else is fine and well-stocked... the low rating is for the service. Today I paid for three coffees from a very kind and smiling girl. I moved to the counter and politely ordered the coffees, but the girl didn't even respond. She put them with other people's on the counter and asked which ones were mine since there were also glasses of water, and she didn't answer. I asked again and she didn't respond. She heard me well but pretended not to notice, in fact, the other customers also looked at each other in shock. So I took three at random. Each of us has our own moods and problems, but politeness shouldn't be left at home when working with the public... at least you can give an answer. It's a shame because the bar is very nice.
It's been a year or so since I stopped here for lunch, and I have to say it feels abandoned. Few customers, a bare window display that's certainly not as inviting as it used to be, and the service isn't up to par. It's a shame because the setting would be nice and the outdoor terrace could be better utilized. Who knows why this decline.
We went to the bar for breakfast this morning and my little dog peed 2 drops on the floor. I'll start by saying that I always clean it but the barmaid named Elena rudely turns around and tells me to clean it up. It's shameful, the first time I've come across the village of Corso Casale.
I've been here several times, but NEVER a smile, rather, the typical expressions of someone who doesn't want to sit behind a counter. A coffee shop where you can be a pleasure, and I'll get my pleasure elsewhere. I only feel sorry for those who are looking for work and can't find it...
Nice place and very nice breakfast. Helpful staff. But the fact that I can't have breakfast at the same table as my grandparents (therefore, the same family unit) because the law says only two people can sit at a table seems absurd to me.
The only thing truly noteworthy is the ostentatious coldness and unfriendliness of the staff, from the baristas to the manager. Two women in particular, including the latter, are REPELLENT to the point of rudeness, and having to see the same grim faces ALWAYS honestly puts you off coming in. They serve you in a bad mood and perpetually pissed off, as if they were giving you something for free! I've been there a couple of times for convenience since I pass by to do the shopping, but since the same old story doesn't change, I'll opt for the inconvenience in exchange for a few friendly faces who also know how to exchange a few words and deal with customers. I find the lunch menus unrealistic and boring, the wet sandwiches (un)filled, smeared with dead lettuce and full of dirty grill residue (document) are horrendous, despite the prices being neither justified nor competitive given the limited offerings. The coffee shop? From the raw croissants that taste like uncooked flour to the terrible coffee: almost more sour than the manners of the person who made it (the older manager in glasses)... NO! This place is for masochists or people who don't love themselves and want to punish themselves!!!!
I've been a customer of this bar for years. I went this evening and found a very rude bartender, more interested in chatting with her fellow countrymen than doing her job. I'll never go back. Maybe not even to the supermarket.
I went to this bar for a drink with friends at 7:00 PM. The service was poor, the food was decent, but the worst part was the rudeness of the bartender, who almost seemed like she didn't want to serve us an aperitif; she didn't even crack a smile and was slamming doors and making a racket the entire time. She definitely couldn't wait to go home, but I can understand that if we had come in after closing time... I definitely won't have the pleasure of returning!
Don't even go near the refrigerated counter to see what's available and immediately sent abruptly to the table, a good wipe with your hand over the crumbs (the chair can stay with the crumbs), no sweeping of the floor and voilà, the dish served with the same hand, and on top of that, really annoyed at serving customers. Returned after months... worse.
Despite waiting 20 minutes at a table outside, no waiter showed up. I called inside to order a coffee, but I had to get a receipt, but there was no notice, just a Q code saying "choose from the menu and we'll be with you in a few minutes." I ended up getting coffee at another bar. One star because zero isn't possible.
