A welcoming and spacious venue with both indoor and outdoor seating. Located in the historic center, under the arcades of Piazza San Secondo, it's easily accessible on foot 🦶 or by car 🚙 thanks to the parking lot in Piazza Vittorio Alfieri. It offers a wide selection of drinks, both hot and cold, such as bubble tea. The selection of desserts 🍰 is also excellent, perfect to accompany your drinks ☕️ for a great breakfast 🥞 The savory selection is also good. Friendly and helpful staff. They also offer home delivery via the dedicated app on iOS and Android. Highly recommended

Born from the ashes of Buster Coffee, the café, if anything, has even more of an identity, differentiating itself in style and offerings. While retaining the American influence of some products (primarily American coffee, but also flavored hot chocolates, donuts, and muffins), the already extensive menu has been expanded to include the unmissable bubble tea (flavored iced tea with fruit pearls), bagels, waffles, and an English-style breakfast. Furthermore, the café is warm and welcoming and offers the opportunity to purchase Sereno-branded merchandise. Highly recommended for those who don't want to settle for the usual coffee shop!

I am so happy to have found this place while visiting from New York. The gentleman working behind the counter had his adorable (and very polite) son on his arm who so graciously helped and hand delivered my sandwich. I was a bit nervous to order as I do not speak Italian very well but I was made to feel welcome right away. The tomato-mozzarella sandwich and espresso were both delicious and I look forward to coming back :)

A new American-style coffee shop has opened where Buster Coffee used to be. Good coffee, nice location, friendly and helpful staff, and reasonable prices. Definitely a great place to enjoy a coffee with friends and chat! I had an Americano and found it excellent, not too watered down and with a good flavor. I'll definitely be back! Let's hope they maintain their current quality standards.

A place with a lot of personality. Hooray! Finally, something different in form and variety: specialty coffees, flavored chocolates, classic and other sweet treats for English or American breakfasts. My teenage daughters love their bubble tea. Never without it again. I must mention the courtesy and friendliness of the staff, who never get impatient, even with eternally undecided people like us who want it all but still have to choose from that vast selection in a reasonable amount of time!!!

We visited this bar, drawn by the charming decor. The interior is indeed nice, but that's where the good points end. The service wasn't friendly or even professional; it was just too chaotic. We had a cheesecake, which wasn't bad, but I couldn't have guessed what it tasted like. Even worse were the pancakes...they arrived after an inordinate wait and were also ugly...the batter was hard, rubbery, and didn't taste like pancakes...and we'd asked for them with maple syrup, but they arrived with chocolate. In short, we definitely won't be returning.

Too bad. The place is truly lovely and located in one of Asti's most beautiful squares. But on a Sunday afternoon (Halloween, by the way), only one bartender and no one in the dining room created lines, the tables were always dirty, and the service was poor. Furthermore, some children would come in trick-or-treating, and the bartender, as soon as he saw them appear through the windows, would snort loudly, saying they were annoying... Too bad we both had daughters the same age...their behavior really bothered me!

Unfortunately, quality is still not their strong point... frappuccino with old milk (once it even "separated" like the cream that was whipped too much and the liquid part separates from the fat, there was a lump of milk as big as the bottom of the glass), brioches that are 4/5 days old, probably reheated several times and almost inedible... really not recommended even though the shop assistants are nice and friendly.
