Willy is such a sweetheart. He has amazing energy and made me want to try every donut in the store!! Such a wonderful, kind and thoughtful employee. And the donuts are fantastic! I will definitely be back :)
Delicious fluffy donuts with great flavor!! I loved the texture! And the size. The price was also really reasonable for the size of the donut! We had a hibiscus, strawberry shortcake (absolutely the best), a cinnamon sugar, and a lemon poppy seed! A must visit if you love donuts!
Excellent service! I came here on my way to the airport after my friend aaallll the way in North Carolina saw their guava cheese donut on Instagram and asked me to bring them one. Unfortunately, they didn’t have it so I ordered the hibiscus donut and the manager offered a free donut as well, which was very nice of them. My friend was beyond pleased and enjoyed every bite! I appreciate them having vegan options as well.
I had stopped in to get four doughnuts. Ended up getting an Ube Cheesecake, Strawberry Shortcake, Passionfruit and Chocolate Nib, and a Cinnamon Sugar. As I was leaving, the man behind the counter gave me a fifth for free, a Strawberry Jam filled. They were very soft and flavors were intense. The Ube Cheesecake and the Strawberry Shortcake were amazing. The Strawberry Jam one he gave me was the best of all of them. The jam was just perfect. The passionfruit one threw me off for a while. Really had to let it sit for a bit and come back to it because it’s an intense flavor. It was good but very forward with that passionfruit. I’ll likely be back there soon.
These are the absolute best, most delicious donuts I've ever had in my life! Baked perfectly, and not overly sweet. The hibiscus donut was amazing! The service, too, was great. Very helpful and kind! Thank you!!
Dough is a home run for my birthday parties. The custom letter donuts I get from them are always fresh and delicious.
Big and fermented doughnuts and a good cup of coffee and great service. is it the best donut in Queens? Yes but i believe Donut Plant has a queens location which means it is technically but still check this place out but dont use the app to pre order. just go get one
This is the best place to get coffee and donuts in queens. Their Employees are nice friendly and amazing. Definitely worth a visit
Their doughnuts are huge! My team and I enjoyed the hibiscus, s'mores, and chocolate with chocolate nibs doughnuts. All were wonderfully flavored, pairs well with their coffee. A great brunch snack on a frigid December morning. The service was friendly and quick. Thanks for a great start to our day.
i can enjoy a donut that’s not overly sweet so i guess i can see why some in the reviews may not enjoy it but it’s exactly what i needed! blueberry lemon and hibiscus are more tart than sweet but they’re delicious. passion fruit is too good 😭 it’s not overpowering and pairs well w the donut itself. all the flavors do
Great place has tons of options but beware they tend to get sold out quickly people complain about the pricing but the donuts are huge and they taste fresh and sweet I managed to grab a coffee flavored donut it’s so much better than krispy kreme across the street the price is worth it for the size and quality of the donut.
Massive donuts! Make sure you’re hungry! $4.50 might seem a lot for a donut but these ones are so big, it’s worth it. Delicious and creative flavors!
Best doughnuts in NYC! The Passionfruit and Blood Orange are my favorite flavors. Their Nutella is fantastic as well. Highly recommended!
This doughnut shop is kosher (under supervision of the IKC- I don't know if all the locations are under Rabbinical Supervision) and has a nice variety of well made donuts. There are also some drinks. No milk though. Am I the only person who associates milk with donuts? I shared a chocolate donut with my wife. It was excellent-sweet but not overly sweet. We also split a Ube Cheesecake. It was ok and I liked the filling but the flavor was a bit too subtle for me.
I would usually go for their vegan hibiscus donut but I had to get their ube cheesecake which I never tried yet. It's good to know they have a location in Astoria.

I haven’t tried this location yet but I personally got to try the one in Upper East Side and it heartbreaks me that people are downing the donuts, they are sweet to perfection but some people are rather used to diabetic sugary stuff like other places that add TONS of sugar and make sweets unejoyable, ima be honest I hate having snacks or sweet treats but this company’s donuts is the only exception other then that I like to keep my diet completely healthy. A 5 star place that the price suits the product
Their doughnuts, coffees, and service are great! I’ve been visiting this doughnut shop many times since late 2022. One small wish: when I try to speak Greek with some of the Greek staff, I’d like it if they could respond in Greek too. I was born and raised in Crete, and being in a Greek neighborhood here in NYC, it always feels extra special and culturally connected to speak our language together.

Donuts taste amazing but I will say the size has gotten smaller over time. Recommend coffee and mango.
I did not like the hibiscus donut. I had it in two sittings as it was massive. I think the entire donut being covered in glaze was overkill. The inside tasted very plain to me and more like bread than donut. It was $4.50. Nice employees. Nice place. By the way not all the donuts are vegan, they have vegan options. Unfortunately none were available by the time I visited (half an hour or so before they closed).

I ordered a bunch of donuts for my office. I had called ahead of time for them to be ready to pick up. I went over the list 3 times with the cashier when I picked up and when we got back we realized almost all the donuts were incorrect... Jelly donuts instead of nutella donuts etc. We called back and had to go BACK to get the correct donuts and I don't even think we got the Boston cream we had ordered (there was no frosted chocolate and tasted like peanut butter filling?). They were good but not worth all the hysteria. The cashier was nice and gave us some extra donuts for free but not sure where the disconnect was, maybe she was new?
Donuts aren't bad but like others said it's more of a piece of bread with stuff on top. If you're into that kind of things the flavors are interesting and the vegan options are cool. But this location in particular runs out of donuts fast so if you come in the afternoon expect disappointment.
Doughnuts are good but very expensive. They are also huge and look like they were made by stacking two halves on top of one another? While they are pretty good doughnuts, I typically prefer my doughnuts to be light and airy while these are more dense and cakey. Depends on your personal preference. Vegan options available.
We had big expectations of this donut shop especially because there are a few other places around in this neighborhood (including Krispy Creme and Dunkin). Dough donuts are below average. There is taste a lot of sugar, not a lot of flavor of the actual donut. We tried the new pistachio chocolate and blueberry lemon, and even tho they are quite big in size, the taste was off. Also, when we asked to enter the phone number to gain rewards with the cash app, the staff wasn't sure if they offer rewards via cash app, even tho the prompt to pay with it was presented on the POS. In this economy, it looks like they are not even trying to compete with others and gain profit
This is hidden but I was so excited when I found it. No place to sit really besides a bench outside but their donuts are delicious. However, I went in around mid-day and they were already sold out of most of their donuts. They were waiting on their second delivery for the day so I didn’t get to make a purchase but will call ahead next time. Highly recommend trying if you’re in the area.
These doughnuts weren’t fresh. They are not soft and fluffy. They look really nice and have creative flavors but the taste was definitely not all that👎
It’s not like krispy donuts. I mean it’s more thick and dry inside. So in my opinion if you want some light donuts then I dont recommend here. And the donuts’ size is a little bit big than others. And lastly the price of a donut and coffee is a bit disappointing cause coffee is nothing special.

Coffee is ok, but the server was coughing directly into her hands and proceeded to still touch the lid without washing her hands. I decided to not get any donuts after that, very disappointed cuz they looked really good. The workers here should be aware of basic hygiene standards if they’re gonna be handling food smh
Wanted to love this place- the case appeal was strong and all or their donuts looked beautiful. Unfortunately the taste did not match up with how it looked. I had the Nutella donut which was supposed to be a yeasted donut with nutella inside; and honestly for almost 7 dollars, my friend and I could barely share on. It is NOT filled with nutella but rather some cheap chocolate cream, which was unfortunate! Skip the visit and just get some yummy greek pastries nearby instead.
They're not bakers, they're artists. It doesn't matter if the doughnuts are stale or tasteless, it only matters if their work spoke to you, made a statement, spoke to the issues of the day or addressed larger existential issues. Their work is not meant to merely please you with a nice dessert, that'd not their concern-- their only concern is that they make good, provocative works that stimulate a dialogue. If the doughnut moved you, made you laugh or cry, who gives a damn if it's stale or tasteless!!!
The donuts are kinda bland and very dense. All the flavors are just in the icing and not incorporated into the donut itself. Price didn’t match the expectations
Great staff and ambiance. Sadly their donuts are more for show than actual flavor. I ordered a Nutella donut and it was a regular chocolate filling. The employee recommended a Boston Creme and that was even worse. Not worth the price.
I really wanted to love these donuts. They look beautiful and have so many creative flavors. However I bought one at the end of the day and it was so dry and flavorless in the inside. They are HUGE and the outside is decent but the inside isn’t worth the calories.
Sorry to say but this was a very disappointing donut. It was more like a thick, flavorless cake or something like white bread. The icing on the Passion fruit + Cocoa Nib Donut wasn't nearly enough icing to compete with this honking clump of flavorless bread. The icing on the Strawberry + Cherry Blossom Jam donut tasted like sugar. That being said the Cherry Blossom jam itself was amazing but could not resurrect this underwhelming experience. If this was a jam shop, I'd give it 5 stars. Also, $5+ for a donut is absurdly expensive so I'd expect it to be one of the best dessert experiences possible. The donuts look good and sound good but that's about it.

I am sorry, I can't get behind all these 5 star reviews...absolutely flavorless, soo doughy and just blahhh..will never buy from them again..once you get through the top layer, its just plain dough and absolutely ZERO flavor..pics of what I ordered and ended up throwing half of that out, sadly
We ordered four donuts: one chocolate-covered, one with pumpkin glaze, one coated in sugar and cinnamon, and another glazed donut with chips on top. While the outside of each donut had unique flavors and textures, the inside was the same bland, tasteless dough for all of them. The donuts are like very thick round slice of bread with center cut out. This was very disappointing and the fact they were expensive made things even worse. It is surprising there is a large donut franchise that knows how to make donuts better than Dough. To improve, they should use a better dough recipe and offer a variety of dough options, such as chocolate-flavored, pumpkin-flavored, gluten-free, etcetera. This would improve the donuts.
the door was locked at 2pm and the the sign said open and there was no one inside. Multiple people waiting for donuts outside for at least 15 minutes. Called multiple times and knocked. No one came.
Stale overpriced doughnuts. Terrible hours. The first time I went was to buy doughnuts for the guys in my crew at 8am, what doughnut shops opens at 9am after the morning rush. Then closed early. People inside were nice when I was able to come in. Just stale, and tasteless. Plus it was like 40$ But overall, if you can’t do it right don’t do it at all. Not a great addition to the neighborhood.
The donuts lacked any discernible flavor, even the blueberry variety, and were merely coated in a sugary glaze. I couldn't bring myself to take a second bite. It was a disappointing experience, especially considering the price. Even Dunkin' Donuts offers a superior taste compared to this. I'm relieved I only ordered one, as I feel like I wasted $4.50.
The donut shop is nice and the donuts look very pleasing to the eye but they’re disgusting. I ordered the strawberry shortcake and the donut was overproofed, excessively yeasty, almost alcoholic, and the texture was aweful. I had to spit this one out. So let’s go over it. The initial look of the donut is 5 stars! People first eat with the eyes. When you cut into the donut there’s a big air pocket between the icing and the bread. The smell was off putting and very yeasty. The crumb was soft but not crumbly but flavorless. When you bite down into the a cut section you get the oversweet icing followed by the puking aroma of over proofed yeasty smell that turns your stomach. Please change the recipe. (I really hate to recommend this but there’s a Krispy Kreme on the corner to the left when you exit the restaurant).
Today was my 1st time at this location. And the 2 doughnuts i got today were STALE! I got a passion fruit one and a hibiscus one. Both stale! Fresh doughnuts are supposed to be soft and airy & fluffy! These were far from that. It was disappointing wasting $11 & change, but because I'm a Brooklyn girl and loved their Downtown Brooklyn location, I had high hopes for the Astoria location, but No dice! Hard pass.
I was so exited to try their Dubai donut and oh man was it the biggest disappointment ever!!! The knafe on top had the texture of angel hair pasta. I make knafe at home all the time and I make Dubai chocolate and knafe should be crunchy and not soggy. I wish I wasn’t this disappointed. Also if you’ve ever had Dubai chocolate you’d know. The flavor profile is completely different. I need to taste the pistachio and the crunch. This doughnut tasted like a chocolate glazed donut with cream that is having identity crisis and soggy knafe. No thank you
Not worth it at all. I guess the name says it all, clearly ALL dough, absolutely no filling. Taste is only as a smire topping nothing else. Not worth the price. Even dunking has a better balance in taste and inner flavors. Trying two out of four and its going in the garbage! 98% flour 2% topping ratio! Big regret!
