My wife and I enjoyed a good meal together our orders were a little simular and we thought as in the past we would have to guess who's meal belong to who but not this time everything was labeled in writing and we were able to finish our meals and was able to get to our appointments on time

I came here at 3:20pm on a Wednesday and man I was impressed by the perfection of the food. I’m from down south of Santa Maria and wow. Superb place and service compared to what I’ve seen back at home. Food was excellent!!

Taco Bell has always been my go to taco place. They are fast and friendly. There service is on point. If they make a mistake they fix it. But check your bag first.

Jennifer helped customize my order ordered the $5 chalupa box and two cheese roll ups and she was very helpful I customize the chalupa chicken and substituted the beef for black beans it was bomb!! ♥️🌮 Bell

We consider this the best Taco Bell on the central coast. Our orders are always exactly as we order them, they've never forgotten an item, the staff is friendly, and when you say "extra cheese" or "extra sauce", etc, they actually do it!! Magic!! Kudos to the staff and management. Now please go train the Morro Bay Taco Bell. Cheers! 😄

Enjoyed lunch with grandkids......we ordered bean and cheese burritos, crunchy tacos El fresco, cheese quesadillas and nachos. All of them were served as ordered, hot and fresh. The only downside was that they forgot to put napkins in the bag other than that our dinner was excellent.

The Taco Bell in Atascadero, California is GREAT! Orders are right and the food is delicious. I like the bean burritos with onion the best. You should go there and meet Kyle. Best employee ever. He will get your order right!

I've been coming to taco bell in Atascadero since it opened. The last 2 times I was in the drive through lane someone has cut in front of me. I walked up to the guy who cut and asked him to get in line like everyone else . He refused so I stood in front of the speaker and wouldn't let him order. Instead of backing me up and telling him to go around the right way they backed this idiot up. Well they just lost me as an over 30 year costumer because they have no backbone.

This is a fast Taco. Bell. The drive thru is not great for large vehicles due to sharp turns but that is not employees fault. My orders are hit, good and correct.

This is actually a pretty good Taco Bell. Can't think of a time they messed up my order. The drive thru is small and a bit odd so dont take oversized vehicles in.

What can I say it is Taco Bell. They have decent food at good prices. The best thing about Taco Bell is Mountain Dew Baja Blast. It's not the world's greatest food and it's also not the world's worst food like I said it's Taco Bell need I say more.

When you want Americanized Mexican food on a tight budget......this is the place. I just don't like the fact that most of the Taco bells I go to either put 8 to 12 onion pieces, or forget it all together, even though I pay extra for it. When they remember to put onion on my meal, I usually can't even taste it because there are so few pieces on it.

I was looking for something other than a burger, so I stopped into our local Taco Bell. A very nice young man greeted me at the door (yes, at the door). I asked him if the XXL burrito was still available. He told me that the 7 layer burrito was available, and patiently described it for me. I ordered it with seasoned fries and a medium Mountain Dew. It was perfect, and really hit the spot, all for under $10. My order was ready in under 5 minutes. The restaurant was very clean. I'll be eating there a lot more.

It was good food. Slow service tho, and we were the only people in there at 3pm on a Sunday. Not the worst but 20 min or so for an order of tacos and burritos seems excessive.

Clean bathrooms and dining room. Never had sanitary issues. Once in a while they'll forget something, or get the order incorrect, but other than that, mostly helpful employees. Fast food for cheap prices. There's nothing particularly special about this specific Taco Bell.

I've always enjoyed Taco Bell. On my most recent visit, I witnessed unmasked employees cooking and packaging food. They talked across the food assembly table to others on the line, sometimes raising their voices to be heard, with uncovered food directly in front of them. I've learned that vaccines do not prevent someone from contracting the disease, rather they help by lessoning the impact, ideally, so much so that symptoms will never surface. They DO NOT prevent contracting the disease and exposing others to it while their bodies silently fight it. I live in a high-risk environment and cannot afford to bring someone else's droplets home on my food. Before you jump to conclusions, we are vaccinated. There are millions of people who are on prescribed medications to treat severe arthritis and other similar conditions, that work by turning off or suppressing the patient's Autoimmune system. For these people, even having been vaccinated, consuming food prepared under those conditions could be fatal. I understand that we are opening back up, and that businesses need to be open. I understand why customers might be allowed to enter unmasked. However, I do not understand how any business can justify the kind of risk that allowing staff to handle food this way creates. It seems that I may have eaten my last party pack of soft tacos, because I won't be exposing those whom I love to this kind of potential risk. Run FROM the border!

Can you ever really give taco Bell more than three stars?? It's Taco Bell. I would show some photos but what is that worth to ya. Lol. I've been going to this taco Bell for years and it's fine. If you never been..heads up.. it has a little parking lot. It does have a kiosk. The employees did not look too happy when I was there but then again it's taco Bell so I get it.

They get the order wrong two out of three times - I order off of their menu using the item descriptions they give me - sometimes I dont receive all my items - it is not worth it to go back and complain - there was only one order in front of me and one behind me - they we not that busy

Its Taco Bell do you really need a review? I knew what it was and went anyway...I blame noone but myself. This one gets less starts because there's no drive thru

The upgrade on the furniture is terrible uncomfortable the tables are so far away from the seats the kids AR 2 feet from the table not a very good experience. For what you spend you don't get your money's worth.

If you ask for your meal to be remade because it was made wrong the first time, expect an attitude. If they know you as a regular, they'll start halfassing your meal regardless of how sincere or not busy they are. This has been a common theme for a few months since they cannot seem to make things properly, or bag them properly. If you plan on taking the survey, make sure they give you a receipt. I asked for mine, since I knew this was going to happen again, and it was left out. I do the small donation of rounding up change for their employees, I try to be understanding of mistakes, yet even the managers will give you an attitude. The food is delicious, when the toppings actually make it into the shell or burrito and not dropped into a bag to break the shell.

Got a chicken quesadilla instead of the steak ordered, 3 different burritos all marked the same so we couldn't tell who's was who's, the burrito with the extra sauce and extra cheese actually had cheese, unlike the other bean and cheese burrito that was just beans and sauce and finally we found a hair in the food. Otherwise it was at least clean and they were fast.

Lately it’s been one right after the other. This is our go to for our lunches. No matter how simple I try to make my picky order they screw it up! It’s become a thing every time we come here. The manager is amazing and working on getting her crew to make the orders right. But it’s not working. Today my husband took my item back in because yet again they didn’t do it right. This time there was a full staff of Spanish speaking and it made him so uncomfortable when their standing there talking in Spanish and glancing at him, as if he was their topic for that moment. Not even right.

So Taco Bell is always an option, but at this Taco Bell I have had more than a few bad take homes. I can't say how many times I have gotten the wrong order or didn't get everything I ordered. There also was another time where I had ordered a couple of things with one substitute and I ended up waiting over 15 minutes for my order. And to me waiting is one thing, however an employee asking me what I ordered again, and telling me it is on it's way out two or three times, now that's another. While I was waiting for this order this day I witnessed one of the employees drop a few things and look around to see if anyone saw (as if should I wash this?) she noticed I was looking and then turned around right away to go wash it.

This Bell is fine and we go by probably 2-3x a month, but we had the most awkward experience today. Generally, the staff is ok, but the girl on drive-thru this afternoon was the oddest ever! First, didn't repeat our order, talked over us to get our drink order, and then seemed annoyed when we wanted to make sure she heard us. Ok, whatever. In person...wow. Said NOTHING. Just STARED. Had her hand out the window with our drink and actually pulled her hand back when my husband went to get it because I was counting out the entire $6 we owed. Not that she had a second hand out, we practically could have grabbed and gone as she wasn't paying attention. We would say thank you and she would just close the window or STARE and then close the window. We wanted some mild sauce? How dare we...STARE. It wasn't that she didn't hear us (or if that were the case, maybe ask us to say it again). No customer service whatsoever, even what little you might expect from fast food. It was just way too uncomfortable and very seemingly bitchy.

I don't mind the self serve kiosk because I can order food without pressure. What I'm posting here today is photos of part of my order. It's a disgrace that we pay so much for take out and we now get so little of it. I'm quite disappointed in what my lunch looks like. Do better Taco Bell. You make enough money.

There were sauce and onions on the burritos marked NO sauce or onions, I was given four tacos when I only ordered one, and my drink didn't have the lid on correctly so I almost dropped my drink. I came through around 11 today. One truck in front. I waited for about 3 minutes waiting for a worker to take my order. No worker took my order. So when the truck pulled out, I pulled up to the window to give my order. The kid at the window said I could not order at the window and had to pull back around. I asked for the manager. A 20 year old girl came out and told me the same. By then more cars were behind me. I told her I would complain to corporate. There's no reason they could not take my order at the window. Un professional.

They keep premade burritos and chalupas. Our food was ready in 5 seconds. We ordered from the speaker station and drove to the window and food was given to us in 5 seconds. We realized the burritos do not taste fresh and hot as they should.

I almost never go to taco bell, because no matter what my order is wrong. It's been several months since my last visit and my order was wrong. I just went today and of course it's wrong again. Worst service, very very very slow, I asked for one thing, no sour cream. You would think that would be easy, but no. Just ordered two black bean burritos with no cheese and bit into a meat and cheese burrito driving down the freeway and had to spit it out everywhere. Paso taco belle has never messed up any vegan order ive had. I will not be going back to this one. Gross!

Ordered food through uber eats. Didn't get all of my order. Called to complain got sent to voice-mail. As I am making the voice-mail they answer and hang up on me. I get it that your a fast food place but I didn't even get the main part of my order.

The workers were so rude and lazy. They were talking and cussing and offered no help and when told thank you they were rude and walked away. Place was not clean as well. The building itself is nice, but not workers. Hope the managment visits their establishment and makes much needed changes for their sake and customers.

I know I might be half Mexican but she didn’t have to watch every single move I did I will not be coming back to this place while she is working there she is so racist towards me.

They look at each other confused and say they don't even have any. They would have to make them it would take at least another 5 minutes. It is 10pm on January 13th. I just went into the lobby and ordered food and tried to pay with cash. My total was $24. 71 . I tried to give the cashier a $50 bill. And the manager on duty said they didn't have change with lots of Attitude. $20 worth of change is not an unreasonable amount of change. Needless to say due to the laziness of an under qualified Manager. She claimed there was no money in the till. Even though the establishment closes at 2am. I left without food because of $20 worth of change. Disappointing to say the least.

I ordered a seven-layer burrito, two nachos with two side of jalapenos and a side of steak, my dog loved the steak, as for me they didn't put the lids on the jalapenos so all of food was soggy and I asked for extra fire sauce and I didn't get any. Taco Bell was my first job so I know it's not that hard to read what's on the screen. And the other day when I went there the guy told me to have a decent day, what kind of customer service is that?

I went today during my lunch 1:30 pm. Once i got to work all my tacos were broken. My soda was all carbonated water. I realized I wasn't given a receipt

A person doesn't mind waiting a long time in drive thru as long as the food is good and correct!! Wasn't a huge order... 2 soft tacos swap chicken for beef... I was charged for chicken but received beef... Terrible food this evening. Sorry guys, big fail.

The workers were so rude and lazy. They were talking and cussing and offered no help and when told thank you they were rude and walked away. Place was not clean as well. The building itself is nice, but not workers. Hope the managment visits their establishment and makes much needed changes for their sake and customers.

Me and my family went into your restaurant today and it’s was awful this one shift leader was watching every single move I did and it made me feel really uncomfortable. The store is really dirty and disgusting she was wearing a blue hat. I know I might be half Mexican but she didn’t have to watch every single move I did I will not be coming back to this place while she is working there she is so racist towards me.

What a joke. Waited 10 minutes just for a person to come up and take my order while there laughing and messing around like it's a highschool classroom. Someone finally come and takes my order for a order of churros. One item. Proceed to make tons of other orders. I wait about 7 minutes and then ask if I could get my order it's just one item. They look at each other confused and say they don't even have any. They would have to make them it would take at least another 5 minutes.
