Oishii Teriyaki #2 is absolutely amazing! 🤤 We got a spicy tuna roll (both photos), beef teriyaki, chicken teriyaki, and mixed tempura.🍤 They check all the boxes: ✅ Delicious food ✅ Generous portion sizes ✅ Reasonable prices ✅ Excellent, friendly service, even during peak time when they were really busy. We'll definitely be back!

Very friendly and accommodating staff! Cute little spot with Japanese interior, extensive menu with vegan friendly options. We ordered vegetarian rolls and asked if they can add tempura inside and they did it (so kind of them), we also ordered noodles with veggies and tofu — this dish was huge and came with rice! Sorry no picture of the rolls as we were in a rush to Lake Tahoe and just had devoured it before I remembered, lol. I’ll be back, the staff was very kind and accommodating. Thank you!

Came here exhausted and it was hard to find anything still open day and the service was amazing and very accommodating we had 10 ppl and they were able to fit us in an hour until closing!! The waitress Bee definitely deserves recognition for her amazing service and creating a great atmosphere! Food came very fast and portions are huge! The staff here go above and beyond and truly shows that they care! She even split the checks for us.Thank you so much!! :)

It's not easy to earn a five star rating from me, but Oishii Teriyaki 2 in Auburn deserves it. The food is consistently and exceptionally fantastic! Great service and a beautiful, relaxing interior round out the experience. My friend and I split an order of beef noodles and the Lion King roll with another I can't recall. If you like high-quality and scrumptious Japanese food, you have to try this place!

Lunch was delicious! The chicken was cooked perfectly. The potstickers were amazing. The staff was pleasant, and the restaurant was very clean. They served a nice size portion of food, enough to send me home with leftovers.

Really delicious chicken teriyaki udon that was flavourful, had great char and breath of the wok, and generous portions. I wish there was a bit more meat and veggies, but I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and would come back again!

We stopped in for dinner on a Tuesday and were greeted and seated within minutes of walking in. We enjoyed the sense of privacy, like we were in our own little corner, even though we were just inside the door to the left. We received waters promptly after being seated, and were offered other beverages shortly after. There seemed to be a fair bit of other patrons, yet everything was timed quite well. We ordered shrimp tempura and potstickers for appetizers, both of which were perfection. The shrimp tempura was light and fluffy with just the right amount of crunch, followed by a delightfully crisp, snappy shrimp, and seemingly no oil. If you love a fully fried potsticker like me, don’t skip on the ones here. Our bento boxes were well-portioned with fresh salad and slaw, rice, potstickers, 4 pc California roll, and a protein of your choice. We ordered honey chicken and classic chicken teriyaki and both were above expectations. Great value, too. We took home enough for another meal. The folks who took care of us were very attentive and welcoming. We decided to share a dessert. They initially communicated that they were out of crème brûlée but another team member in the back double checked and happily shared that they did have a few left. The kind woman comped it and insisted it was on her. Completely unnecessary but very generous and we appreciate it. We will be back and recommend if you’re thinking about it, give ‘em a shot!

The three of us really enjoyed the food we ordered and shared. Are only question was the amount of octopus in the seafood noodles and not much shrimp, but one of us really enjoyed it. The staff was pleasant, friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

The food here is insanely awesome. I think it’s one of the best restaurants in Auburn. The sauce they give you with the tempura shrimp is one of the best sauces I’ve ever tasted in my life, and I’m trying so hard to determine what’s in it. The service here is fast and friendly. I’ve been in twice and both times were top notch. I’ll be back many times. It’s becoming my favorite spot to take my wifey for asian food. Gonna try the sushi next time.

You'll want to pour it on everything. That must be why there is a bottle of it on every table. The customer service was prompt and friendly. The atmosphere felt upscaled and relaxing. This could be a great date spot since there is a bowling alley next door. If the date is going well, you could grab a drink in the bar and play pool or have a friendly game of bowling. meal was pretty good. ordered the Alaska roll, chicken teriyaki plate and popcorn chicken bento box. everything was tasty. only issue, the plate and bento came out and after swveral minutes inhad to walk.uo to the counter to ask about the roll only to see it just sitting there. not a huge deal. but it was for a hungry child .

Anytime before 2pm this place is usually awesome. Especially when Alex and a couple others are working. Evenings we refuse to go in due to the slow service. Mainly DoorDash orders In the evening puts DoorDash to the very last and focuses on inhouse customers. Items could be filling up on the counter and the girls refuse to bag it and just wait for the inhouse customers food to be done. If it wasn't for the DoorDash stuff I would rate 5 stars for day time and 3 stars for evening.. They need to stop pushing DoorDash customers last as that is an already paid order!

I don’t really write bad reviews but the food we ordered last night was awful. The tempura must have been cooked in old grease and cooked too long. It was heavy and dark in color.. I couldn’t eat it because it was so greasy. The pot stickers were deep fried and very greasy as well. The popcorn chicken was tough and dry. The staff was friendly but made it clear that they wanted us to order quickly so they could go home. We arrived at 7:30pm and closing time was 8pm. Being a local I really wanted to like this place but I was super disappointed.
