Tip: Go early on a weekend to grab a seat, as they get very busy. Consider adding homemade general sausage to the blonde mushroom pizza based on Mike's recommendation.

Another perfect dinner. Great service, excellent food, delightful atmosphere- couldn’t ask for anything more. This isn’t typical pizza - it is what I would call “craft pizza”. Tastefully appointed with a paring of toppings in the right quantity with the right amount of cheese and sauce - basically a pizza you would be proud of if you made it yourself. And of course their beer selection is quite nice too.
Amazing food! Had gluten free, vegan cheese option. Would highly recommend! The line was out the door, so make sure to go early. Very popular place.
First timers. Why did we wait so long? Quaint little pizzeria in old town Auburn. They opened at 4, so we arrived at 430. Great table. Had a choice to sit in the bar or dining room. Service was a 10. Beer list it current and all great choices. We started with a Cesar salad with anchovies on the side. We ordered 2 pizzas, the Fat Lou and Cotto. Both were cooked properly and tasted great. Dessert was a couple scoops of gelato. Until next time, certainly won’t be 3 years. Cheers
After a short wait we were seated. The team was warm and friendly. We ordered recommendations from our friends who have previously dined here: Cesar salad, meatballs, margaritas pizza and pizza Lou. Food was fantastic, cooked perfectly!
Terrifically tasty sourdough woodfired pizza. Great selection of beers on tap. Seasonal offerings.
Arrived at 4:05 PM on Valentines Day. Great service and atmosphere. The sourdough focaccia is pillowy and amazing. The meatballs are tender, along with the delicious red sauce that complements so well. The Honey Badger pizza has such a wonderful balance between spicy and sweet, along with the lovely sopresetta. An absolute game changer! My girlfriend and I will be returning, to say the least. This place is so good!
Great pizza! Thin crispy crust. House-made sauces, sausage, and even chorizo. Very friendly and great service. Pizza was out in a few minutes. They’ve only been open a few days, so they don’t have their beer and wine license yet. When they do, it will be close to perfect.
Do yourself a favor and come eat here, now! Don’t look any further… Wow! I am so happy my fiancé who is never in the mood for pizza was in the mood for pizza. I love to find new places and as soon as I saw the high ratings I stopped looking. We arrived mins before they opened and saw there was already action inside. We walked in and were sat immediately by our server Allie/Ally. She was so sweet and fantastic. I asked about some of the dishes she recommended and she gave us a minute to look over the menu. We started with the fig and prosciutto appetizer. We never knew we liked figs so much the blend of arugula, prosciutto, figs, and goat cheese was incredible. Then we opted for the fat Lou pizza, I had to try it with the ranch that was made in house and it did not disappoint. Our meal was absolutely delicious. When we thought we couldn’t be impressed anymore, she offered us dessert. Options were homemade ice cream or cannolis. The flavors were either vanilla, chocolate, white macadamia (I think), and pistachio my fiancé obsesses over pistachio ice cream so we got the pistachio ice cream it was probably the best pistachio ice cream I’ve ever tried. I would recommend this place 100 times over. I think prices are fair for the quality of food and service that you receive. I can’t wait till we visit again in Auburn because I would love to try their meatballs and honey badger pizza and I can’t forget the Cesar salad and garlic bread. I hope you check this place out and enjoy it as much as we did.
Awesome pizzeria with friendly staff and a great menu. The menu changes seasonally and they always have some interesting options that have been delicious so far every time.
Had a great time, its a small family pizzeria. Hand made sourdough crust and high quality topping. It gets very busy around dinner time. Huge selection of great beers.
Amazing REAL Italian pizza. Not greasy cheesy like you are used to from chain Americanized pizza places. This place knows REAL PIZZA!! LUBA has a rotating menu with fresh per season ingredients. And the best part is their sourdough crust. Yummy! Tonight our group tried three different styles of pizza so we could try different sauces. Garlic with specialty mushrooms, tomato with arugula & prosciutto and a pesto with summer squash. All very very good. And three pizzas fed four hungry adults with basically a mix of the three to take home a whole pie. Also an extensive list of beer on tap and wines. Service was outstanding. Very friendly. Tables inside, a bar inside and patio seating outdoors.
Our favorite pizza in all of the greater Sacramento area. 1000/10 recommend
AMAZING PIZZA!!! Everything on the menu is delicious, even the salads. My favorites are the Fat Lou pizza, chicory salad, garlic bread, and a triple IPA. The crust is sourdough and always cooked perfectly. They have gluten free options if you have allergies. Mike always takes great care of me. Between the great food and service, I'm always looking forward to my next visit!!
Finally made it to pizzeria Luba after seeing some many posts about this place and mouthwatering photos. We ordered a Caesar salad, the Bella and the yard bird. Both very different pizzas but both very delicious! We will be back again !
Very friendly and fast service. Clean space. Delicious pizza naturally leavened, which is hard to find. Great location, we will be back!

This was our first visit and definitely not our last!! Service was great. Super friendly. The salad was so good and the pizza was amazing. Very simple menu which I like.
What an amazing dinner we had. The salads were plentiful and everything is homemade. Strongly recommend trying the blonde mushroom pizza (can't remember the name). Take Mike's recommendation and add the homemade general sausage to it - oh my! The staff is awesome; friendly and very welcoming - even during busy times.
This place is amazing. Some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. The appetizers were great. Good serving sizes and fast friendly service. As a bonus, the pricing is very reasonable. We highly recommend

Fun place, great food. I recommend going early on a weekend day if you want to grab a seat or just a pizza. These guys stay busy, and occasionally have to shut down online ordering to make sure everything comes out perfectly. Definitely worth the wait!
Pizza was awesome. I love wood fired pizza so this was right up my alley. It being sourdough was awesome cuz of how much crunch it gave the undercarriage. Went in with my 2 kids and was being sat at a table.. I told the host we were just ordering to go so instead of a table she asked if we could sit in the bar front area. Which I understand because its a small place and they want to keep tables for dine in guests. I although it was slower cuz they just opened. But my order was taken and asked if I wanted a delicious beer from the draft. Got the whoosh. Solid hazy beer. Also was giving there wifi password from the same lady who took my order. She was cool and fun. I got the Margherita and fat lou. Both were really good. I did like the fat lou a little better. And would recommend eating right away. Not as good when you get home and the pizza cools down. But thats how wood fire pizza is. The fat lou was still really good cold though. Awesome place extremely recommend 👌
The pizza is good but not "great" like many claim. Nothing bad about it, except the LONG wait and getting a table. Overall the specials are good because of the way they pair together items and everything is FRESH. overall I would say 4.5 stars! Get one of the specials/

We’ve been to Pizzeria Luba many times and have always enjoyed the food, which makes this experience especially disappointing. We were seated at the bar for a little over two hours while waiting for a business client who was running late. During that time, service was extremely lacking. We were only served one glass of water, and after that were essentially ignored. We attempted multiple times to get the attention of servers—including simply asking for ranch—but were refused service and not acknowledged until it was time to bring the check. We finished eating and paid our bill, and just a couple minutes after crossing the two-hour mark, we were told by Mary that we had been there too long and that our time was “up.” There was no signage, no prior communication about a time limit, and no attempt to handle the situation professionally or kindly. After telling us it was time for us to leave, she then asked if we were “mad,” which felt dismissive and uncomfortable given the way the situation was handled. We also want to note that we’ve felt rushed out during past visits, but tonight was the first time a server actually said something. That moment made the experience especially frustrating and honestly just sucked. As small business owners ourselves, we absolutely understand how important reviews are and don’t leave them lightly. However, we felt it was important to share this experience, as being rushed out, ignored during service, and spoken to this way—especially as returning customers—completely overshadowed what used to be a place we enjoyed. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.
