The food being delicious prepared immediately and served piping hot as well as the friendly staff that took our order made up for the lacking in atmosphere. I know we can't not expect much when we're basically walking into pick up a meal and walk out but staff friendliness made up for anything that was a shortcoming. I am kind of picky on how I like my shrimp with lobster sauce prepared and they now recognize me and ask me if I want it prepared that way. Being recognized makes anyone feel more at home. Thank you Staff at Spring Garden for being personable.

Hands down the best Chinese food in Auburn. They don’t do delivery, but the food is more than worth the short drive from where I work on Grant Ave. Everything always comes out piping hot, freshly made, and delicious.

Great food. A little pricey. Good service. Excellent boneless ribs, however, sesame chicken was breaded too much, could barely taste the chicken. Egg rolls were a little too crunchy.

I always enjoy stopping here but get lunch or dinner sometimes I enjoy the place very friendly food's delicious you don't have to wait long even when they're busy they work very hard back there and it's another nice little I'll say mom and pop it's been here a long time at a wasco road in Auburn New York it's worth the shot to stop in and try it if you're in the neighborhood

Went there, thinking I would dine in. However, upon arrival, I noticed that all of the tables had signs saying "no dine in". Food was OK, but just OK. Nothing to rave about, for sure. They had just mopped the floors, so the place stank of cleaning solution. I suppose I should be thankful that I was forced to take the food with me. I was just expecting a bit more, I guess, but it is what it is!

ordered lunch special price had gone up, but what hasn't lately. Shrimp w/garlic sauce and pork fried rice w/hot and sour soup. let me start by saying these are facts you can interpret weather or not you want to eat there. So soup was like and egg drop base with Tofu added. So just a gelatin broth with tofu and hot/sour species added - definitely was hot, still wiping the sweat off my forehead and drinking milk. Pork fries rice was plain rice with some pork and carrots added - no real flavor, but a good portion. the Shrimp/vegetable mix was OK as well . It only had 6 different vegetables beside the sauce and shrimp. Only 4 shrimp but a good size probably 16-20/pound. I would prefer a smaller shrimp but more quantity. Sauce was good. portion size was adequate but the lack of vegetable variety was sad. Broccoli, onion, carrot, baby corn, green papers and few mushroom all American vegetables. if you need to fill your gut this will do it.

Paid for small shrimp fried rice so when you orde raheimp fried rice you supposedly get shrimp too right, and we ask for extra shrimp because the shrimp is so dang on small so we got a small box FULL OF RICE and 8 baby shrimp NEVER AGAIN! they charge you like a restaurant if you ask for anything extra, it's ridiculous og they come over here get everything they want fro. Us and then turn around and charge you out the a$$

Terrible meal. Hot sour soup white more like chicken soup, chic broccoli no sauce or flavor, vegetable fried rice mushy. I called restaurant to discuss refund or credit and got no response. Apparently they just don’t care if food is terrible. Open your wallet
