The burgers here are DELICIOUS! The fries are fat and crispy! The burger was juicy, perfectly seasoned, and cooked just right, with a soft toasted bun that held everything together without falling apart. The toppings were fresh, the fries were hot and crispy, and every bite tasted like it was made with care! A must go to for Austin!

Chef Daniella was exceptionally friendly, and Simnan and Jovani prepared a delicious burger on the plancha. The quality of the food was excellent, and the flavors were well balanced. When I return to Austin, I will definitely visit again. I highly recommend the double patty hamburger.

Long ago, I was part of a wandering tribe. We traveled far and wide in search of good food and a place to rest our spirits. Nights were spent around the fire talking about legends of the perfect meal—juicy meat, bold flavors, and a spot where everyone felt welcome. We thought it was just a story… until I walked into Burger Bar. If this place existed back then, our journey would’ve ended right there. This is the feast my tribe dreamed of. Johvani was also cool I guess.

Absolutely amazing! We tried Burger Bar on Congress for the first time and loved it so much that we ordered a second round as soon as we finished the first burger. Super juicy, flavorful, and made fast with friendly service. Perfect spot for a quick, delicious bite in downtown Austin. Highly recommend!

I ordered a double cheeseburger with fries, and a vanilla milkshake. The food was great. Cooked to ordered, hot, and fresh. The milkshake was the perfect addition, especially on a hot day. Similar to the meal, very well made. A little on the thicker side, which I liked. Seating is open and limited to two larger tables and a longer bar outside. Nice environment, easy to access, and nice, attentive staff. Great experience.

Not from Austin, visiting for comedy fest. Came across this place and decided to stop for a bite! Delicious! From the burger to the fries! You won’t regret it ;) also, GREAT customer service. It’s hard for me to expect much from Austin since the culture is more fast paced but Tammy made it very welcoming, asked how we were enjoying our food, and even stopped by to give us a card for us to leave our honest feedback! Great food and great service, can’t beat it!

She’s the kind of person who’s not just doing a job — she’s out here making people’s day better. Friendly, fast, and genuinely kind. She handled everything with so much ease, even when it got busy. Drinks stayed full, orders were perfect, and she never missed a beat. You can tell she actually cares — not just about the service, but about the people sitting in front of her. Tammy made the whole experience 10x better. The food was great, but her vibe? Unmatched. If you go to the Burger Bar and you’re lucky enough to have Tammy take care of you — you’re in good hands. Was looking for something small and quick bite and something good, and this place fit the bill. You just order your food from a tablet. They tout having waygu burgers and so I tried the double waygu burgers and it was really good. The burger was not greasy and didn't require sauce IMO. The patties were thick and juicy and fit the soft buns perfectly. The buns were not brioche, which is a nice change for me, not into sweet buns. They do have sauces you can order, but I'll try them next time. The prices for burgers and fries were pretty decent, but I think the drinks were a tad expensive so u can save some money by skipping the drink. The fries were nice and crispy, they do give you a good amount. Overall, the customer service is fast, and you just sit outside enjoying your food as people walk by. Totally worth the try in my opinion, I would definitely come back.

We stop at Burger Bar in Austin me and the kids and it was a delightful experience. The aroma of grilled patties filled the air, making our mouths water in anticipation.

I got takeout so i cant really make comments about the atmosphere or service but overall the food was a little lacklustre. Maybe I just got a bad batch but the sauce is super salty and the chicken is bland. People on social media hype it up a lot but I wouldn’t say I’m missing out if I cannot eat it again.

What happened to Canes? Chicken tenders for ANTS! I can’t say I was impressed with this Canes run. First, the quality of the chicken was a bit lacking. The breading was falling off, a bit wet/slimy and didn’t have that ‘crunch’ that you expect from fresh quality fried chicken. The Coca-Cola tasted a bit watered down and didn’t have that sweet carbonated kick that you want from a fresh soda. Of course prices have increased everywhere- I get that, but the size of these chicken tenders were comical! They resembled more like fried shrimp. We had a good laugh. They were only a little bit longer than the width of the Canes sauce container💀(see picture) We both ordered the box combo and all of the chicken tenders were sooo small😭 we both finished everything and were left with something to be desired. Not sure if they cut the tenders in half now but the value just isn’t there anymore. The fries were also soft, lacked seasoning and were just overall mid. Too bad. The service was great, the order was accurate and no mistakes were made. Very smooth drive thru and no issues to report. With so many options for chicken in Austin, I just can’t see myself coming back here unfortunately.

It's not a bad place for being another chicken joint. If you want anything else, you're out of luck. Chicken only. I'm not a big chicken fan, and there are no other options. I had the crinkle cut fried. They were average fries. Cain sauce is extra unless you order the larger options.

Not Worth the Hype I really expected more from Raising Cane’s. The chicken tenders were hot and crispy, but the portions have gotten so small they’re starting to look like nuggets. The Cane’s sauce is tasty, but it shouldn’t have to carry the whole meal. The fries were soggy and lacked flavor, and the Texas toast was just okay. For the price, the portions felt skimpy, and overall the meal just didn’t feel worth it. Service was quick, but the food didn’t live up to the hype.

My burger 🍔 was hard crispy leftover crust of meat that I couldn’t eat! So disappointed once I got home and saw this sad excuse for a burger! The fries were ok.

I love y’all Cane’s, but these two-bite tenders ain’t it! This was basically a kids meal. I will say that the food here is always fresh and the service is great. If you’re in a time crunch, don’t stop by this location. The traffic around it is TERRIBLE and the entrance to the drive-thru can be confusing.

I came to this location service is horrible, I placed order for dining, they gave me to go , then after fix it they gave wrong order I asked no fries they put fries . Terrible was waiting there for a while and everyone taking his order

This is the caniac combo. Small tenders..rude service.. But the food was hot and good but not worth your buck. Go to the fellow restaurant near by

Unfortunately, our experience here was ruined by the manager. She was extremely rude and asked us to leave without providing a clear or reasonable explanation. The way the situation was handled felt unnecessary and unprofessional, especially for a company that otherwise has such a strong reputation. I truly hope management looks into this, because this behavior does not reflect the standards this restaurant is known for.

The daytime crew today had really hostile And rude attitudes I understand the stress of a lunch rush, but there's no need to catch an attitude when someone's asking just to simply read back the order, especially when it's for third-party deliveries only time I leave a review is when I really feel like the whole store is not one person is professional or kind just everybody got an attitude. He can be stressed but also be kind, especially when an attitude was never given to them.
