Great little donut shop with other breakfast goodies. Croissant sandwiches, pigs in a blanket the works. Hit this spot last week, and returned this week. If you're in the area, I say check it out. Prices are great, and the staff is fantastic.
This is mine and my husbands favorite place to get Kolaches & Breakfast Biscuits. I also took some to share at work and they were a hit. The staff is always helpful and friendly. There's only 2 tables inside so don't plan on eating there with the family haha
We ordered several dozen red & yellow donuts for a six year old's Pokemon birthday party, and they were great! Kids and adults loved them. Ordering and pick-up was straightforward and easy. We'll definitely be back.
The cinnamon sugar crumble was one of the best donuts I've had, and they gave us a free glazed at checkout. That's a top tier donut experience right there.

Freakin delicious! I got a boudin kolache thing and a coke for 5 bucks. Can’t beat that. Best shop in town

What a pleasant surprise! My husband and I couldn't get enough! We had the chocolate cake, eclair, and the apple fritter! We cannot decided which one was our favorite because we ate them too fast! We will definitely be back to try the coffee!
My favorite (non-mochi) donuts on Austin. Always fresh, reasonably priced and delicious. I only wish the stayed open later so I could indulge for dessert, too.
The Shipleys in this town are awful compared to the rest of central Texas, so I prefer the mom and pop type shops in Austin. Found this gem on one of the delivery apps and decided to go in person due to a long delivery wait. Place was very clean and most importantly, it SMELLED like a donut shop (which is surprisingly hard to come by). My only complaint was that the donuts were charged individually instead of just half dozen mixed (which they even advertise) so I ended up paying $25 for 8 donuts, two small kolaches and a body amour. Quality of the donuts were good, they actually filled their filled donuts (looking at you Austin based Shipleys), great kolaches, and it’s a local business so it’s pretty solid all around.
I have been going to this place for years and have always been pleased to see my favorites are available. I used to live nearby and I go to church right down the road making this place an easy stop when I'm in a hurry. The coffee is just perfect for me and the blueberry donuts are heavenly! I always enjoy the different kolaches and the donuts with maple icing are a great sugar rush. I highly recommend shopping this local favorite! Just go! Note: seating is limited but usually there is an open table.
This friendly little donut shop is amazing and the store owner is very welcoming. Donuts are best you have tasted try the old fashioned glazed with the cinammon infused. So yum!
Best donuts I’ve had in Austin!
Crown Donuts is a great place! The employees were very nice and helped us with whatever we needed. The donuts were deliciously amazing! They were soft, fresh, and because we came in 7 minutes before closing, they added a few donut holes for free!
I love their donuts! They taste amazing and not overly oily like other donut places. The staff are always friendly a d welcoming.
The donuts are delicious and kolaches are very flavorful, the service is excellent too.
This place is absolutely amazing! Everything is always so fresh and stocked up. Honestly, one of my favorite donut shops here in Austin.
100 percent the best glazed donuts in Austin. It is simple, fluffy, doughy, just the right amount of glaze and cooked in clean oil so it is not greasy. I have tried every donut over a 4.0 rating in Austin. Most are overrated. The sausage rolls are not bad either, and the atmosphere and service are fine, but if you are looking for a really good simple donut this is the spot!
My daughter and I showed up after closing. They could see the disappointment in her eyes. The very nice lady opened the shop back up and let her pick out a donut! Very kind!! Thank you

I've been patronizing Donut Crown for years and can honestly say they treat people very respectfully. I've been there many times with small children excitedly looking at the multi-colored donuts, having a terrible time deciding, and the employees showing no sign of frustration. You can get everything from cake donuts, yeast donuts, cinnamon rolls, and kolaches here. They also sell bags of donut holes. Donuts aren't overly sweet, and are always fresh. It's also very affordable: I walked out with two donuts for $1.92. Can't beat that.

Food 4/5: Jalapeño sausage roll BEST IVE EVERY HAD. Glazed donut nor my style, but not to say it’s bad. It’s a bit dense and vanilla-y.
I had a great experience. I got a dozen kolaches and half a dozen donuts. I didn’t get the gentleman’s name but he gave us extra donut holes that was a great touch. He also was friendly and made conversation with us.

The donuts are good I will give them that, but the service is such a mess. The signage on the donuts is confusing, because there is a variety of items behind one sign for instance eclairs. One sign says Chocolate eclair, but there are two different kinds behind the sign. When you ask the girl that works there what is the difference, she is super snappy. "One is maple, obviously, simple." was the exact reply we got when we inquired about the difference. They have signs that just say old fashioned but 4 different kinds behind the sign. It appears they don't do well with signs because they had a simple piece of paper with the price that they just crossed it out and wrote over it instead of printing a new page out. I'm not sure this is the best business tactic since we can see the prices went out. The donuts are alright in my book, but the service has put me off from coming here again. I was not looking for a donuts and a side of attitude when I stopped in that morning.
