I have celiac and they were very accommodating. They made my sandwich in a separate area to avoid cross contamination and the GF bread tasted great too! Definitely coming here again

Marc was hands down the best server I have ever had. Not only did he do his job incredibly well, he also had me dying laughing and enhanced my time at IHOP tremendously. This was my first time at IHOP and I may come back solely because of the wonderful service Marc displayed. The pancakes are also very tasty. But all that to say, if you are an IHOP worker reading this, find Marc at the Caesar Chavez location and learn from him. Eating breakfast with him serving my table was like watching prime Marshawn Lynch hit the B gap. Pure excitement. 10/10. Hats off to Marc

This was the first time I have visited this fine establishment at 4 AM after a great night out. I have to say, the friendly energy, quick service, and quality of the food was stupendous. Cythnia made us believers of the Palace of Pancakes. I will be recommending this location to anyone that is looking for great food. Make sure to ask for Cynthia as your server, she’ll take care great care of you, and will even make a joke or two if you’re playful! 12 out of 10.

So my niece and I went twice, visiting from Houston for two days of concerts. Well the first visit was at night and the manager on duty was amazing. She had it all under control and with a smile. She even had a new server, who did great, but she was being patient with her as well. I know under her guidance that server will be amazing. Then we went a second time during lunch and once again the staff was amazing our server was amazing and so polite. If I'm in the area again I'll definitely be coming back. The food, the service....totally worth coming here.

IHOP is always a great option if you don’t want to take risks trying a new restaurant or feel overwhelmed by the amount of restaurants nearby. Great coffee, amazing and fluffy pancakes, and the food is good. I prefer to always have breakfast.

What a mess. I ordered 1 sandwich online before my COVID test, went to the clinic, waited for my results (negative), walked 0.6 miles to Jersey Mike’s, and the sandwich still isn’t ready. They have lots of people working, but it’s super disorganized and nobody seems to know what’s going on. The online confirmation said it would be ready by 12:23, and it’s still not ready at 12:50.

Very poor service, you order standing up waiting in line, they don't bring you your food and they ask for a tip upfront when you pay. Ordered 2nd out of 4 and my sandwich was at leaste 10 minutes behind my friends, smallest sandwich I had ever seen hardly anything on it and overpriced. Look for this location to close soon due to incompetence!

I really don't understand businesses no following instructions and giving the customer what they ask for. Asked for crispy and very well done on meat and bacon, of course it wasn't. Why would you give me what I asked and paid for. I just don't understand WHY that's so difficult. It's not free I paid for it so I expect what I pay for.

This is the only Jersey Mike's that consistently screws up my order every single time. It has become a joke in my family. The last five times they messed up my sandwich, adding things I did not ask for on it. Imagine if I was allergic to something they keep adding, I would have been dead five times over. I understand the food industry is unforgiving but I gave this Jersey Mike's five chances. Too bad I won't be going back.

The food and service is okay, the restrooms are super dirty and the doors do not work. This is a constant issue, I have visit the place multiple times and the restrooms conditions just get worse every time. Seriously the place needs a new manager or better support, the conditions of the facilities is bad compared to any other IHOP.
