They have a great variety of flavors, and the quality of the donuts is consistently good. The staff are super friendly and make you feel welcome right away. It’s a nice touch that adds to the experience. The coffee is okay — not bad, but nothing to write home about. You wouldn’t come here just for the coffee, but it does the job if you need a warm drink with your sweets. Overall, a great place for fresh donuts and a friendly atmosphere!

Donuts have gotten much smaller, we weren't given a donut when we came in as we have in past. Selection was maybe 8 choices. Service by employee was terrible. Looked like he was mad at the world. Last time we will go to Krispy Kreme. Used to be our favorite donut place.

The staff at this place do not want to work. Every one of them sitting at a table when a customer comes in and the hot light is on and they don't even offer the free donut. I had to ask for it. True. Do I need a donut? Probably not. Did I want it because the hot light was on? Yes, I did. They literally argued about who would have to get up and serve me.

had a very disappointing experience and I’m a. Frequent customer at this location. I had to repeat my order multiple times at the drive-through because no one seemed to be listening. There was no greeting or basic customer service At the window from the male server when I pulled up, he literally just said cash or card no greeting no goodbye no, thank you To make matters worse, after all of that, I still received the wrong order. Ordered 4 days in advance for a delivery for valentine's day. I did a custom dozen because all of the Valentines designs weren't an option. 3 of my doughnuts weren't correct, which wouldn't have been an issue, but they didn't even reach out to let me know or give me an option for substitution. Very disappointing.

Been coming here for years and everything has been ok, but lately everything has gone down hill. From the quality of the food, the way they do certain things, to some of the new people not knowing how to interact with customers. Used to be my go to spot, time to start looking again.

I was disappointed with my experience at this location. The front-end staff seemed cold and completely untrained in customer service, lacking even a smile or basic warmth. Furthermore, the pricing structure is baffling. A dozen classic donuts costs $17.99, but splitting that same dozen into two boxes of six brings the total to $27.96 ($13.98 each). An almost $10 upcharge for 2-3 seconds of extra boxing time is unreasonable.

I ordered online. Upon arrival I was told my order was coming up. Shortly later a different employee approached me and asked if I’d been helped. I told him yes, but gave him the pickup name. He checked the tablet and said “oh that one has already been picked up.” I told him that no, I was hear to pick it up. He talked into his earpiece for a little bit and then he told me that they were out of part of my order so they were canceling the entire thing and issuing a refund. I asked him if I could keep part of the order and he said “no we’re out of most everything”. I don’t know if they were actually out of stuff, gave my order to the wrong person or were just being lazy. I do know the customer service was awful and I was never offered an apology or alternative options. And I’m guessing I’ll never see the refund for my order either.

I went to get half a dozen donuts at at 3:00 on a Monday through the drive-thru with my family and I and the service was horrible. As the man that asked for our order seemed to lack general manners and seemed not to be wanting to be working. And when he passes me the donuts and card back he does it in disgust and in a way where he doesn't want to put in effort in giving the card by not stretching his arm all the way out. Also my wife was sitting next to me and was wearing a hijab and when he first looked at us he took a glance and looked at her in hate kind of look. Sadly we didn't get his name but he was a young man with a full beard around 30 years old. Also the donuts are a lot smaller and double the price.

Went in to use the Buy 1 dozen get 1 Free. The cashier says the coupon wasn't scanning but even said it looks fine, dates etc. But he refused to take it since it wasn't scanning. I told him I wasn't going to buy it unless I get the free dozen glaze. He said "Well Bye then". Good job never coming here again.

I have always loved Krispy Cream donuts, since they arrived in Austin, Texas. I haven't been almost a year and it was disappointing. Prices when up and Donuts got smaller, I was like what the hell is this, I only can eat one but damn, the were not far from a donut hole. I will save the drive and spend my money with mom and pop Donut Shop when I have a sweet tooth.

Krispy Kreme donuts are absolutely delicious, I love them every time! 🍩 They truly live up to the brand’s great reputation. Unfortunately, my recent visit was disappointing because of the service. Fredy at the window was rude and definitely not suited for customer-facing roles. He also got our order wrong! I asked him if he was having a bad day and responded, “No, that’s just the way I am!!” 🤣🥲 It’s a shame, because it takes away from such an awesome brand. Krispy Kreme deserves five stars for their donuts, but the service experience keeps me from giving a perfect review.

I placed an online order and when I arrived they told me they didn’t have my order and would need to refund me. They simply said I will receive and email about the refund . I never received the email so I called back and they said give it 48 hrs. I never received an email and 48 hrs later I got charged for the order. I don’t see the point of online ordering if they won’t set your order aside instead they let it sell out. They also need to do refunds more organized most places ask for the card or show they are refunding it .

ABSOLUTE ZERO STARS. False advertising. Was excited to come in and try the new Strawberry glaze donuts and I had a donut with absolutely no flavor, no glaze on it. Nasty false advertising! You all need to be ashamed. I should’ve known when he went to go box the donuts in the back instead of some from up front… what a shame. The donut WITHOUT SPRINKLES in the picture I’m including is supposedly supposed to look like the screenshot from the strawberry glaze in the second picture. NOTHING like that picture!! My “strawberry glaze” donut looks worse than a regular glaze donut and tastes worse.
