I love this location and how it is so close to home! The employees always greet in a friendly manner. They care so much about good impressions and always try to cater to the customer. I usually order through the app and try to pick up inside since it’s a bit faster than the drive thru. I love their food and their customer service and overall their GENEROSITY. I believe that a good restaurant starts with great customer service and follows with great food and this location has that.
Hard working, responsible and professional. Though my order took a bit long to be ready I was assured it would be done in 15 minutes. Even in there busiest time during lunch from youngest to the most seasoned employee, it was a joy visiting this location.
One of the best chick fil a I been too. Friendly and fast service. Restaurant is really clean. And food is prepared to perfection. Has a small play area for smaller kids. Highly recommend this location.

This is your standard chick fil a service. Food was decent but the food does get old. It's consistent for sure. Would like to see new items on the menu beside tweaking old ones. The drive thru line was very organized.

Literally everything was perfect, the customer service, the food and the restaurant was very clean. I got two spicy deluxe meals and a three piece tenders, and I’m flabbergasted at how stupendous everything was. The perfectly cooked chicken and fire. The lemonade was not too sweet or sour. Just prefect in every facet.
This place moves a lot of people through in a hurry they have two lines coming in and they have people out by the menu on both lies to take your order It doesn't take long to get through the line even though there are always several cars ahead of you. I normally always get the same thing which is I believe number six. That is grilled chicken with no breading on it 12 pieces with the waffle fries and a large lemonade. It's little expensive But it is very good. They've only screwed up my order one time. I like it and will continue to go there. I also go there because it is a Christian owned business...
Never got my order wrong. Always great people working. Even if they mess up they don't charge u for their mistakes. Like mcds does. You say large and they give u medium they fix it. No charge.
Amazing restaurant to dine in or drive thru , always great staff and so polite and eager to help you with the drive thru service as well as dine in . The food is amazing , the Chicken sandwich is always hot , crispy and has perfect spices .My favorite are the waffle fries - oh my I can’t get enough , ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM . Go and get you some and you will see what I am talking about . Just the fries alone are enough for me .ENJOY
I literally just ordered my food at 10:40 pm and they had the line going fast and putting down the orders right away and also had someone charging if paying with card and someone giving you your food excellent work night shift staff and the manger for the best training!!!! Love Chick-fil-A 💗

Yesterday I went after 6pm to get some food and I got a med sweet tea. To my surprise when I was drinking it. There was a dead roach in it. I felt sick to my stomach and still do right now. I haven't gone today but I will to talk to the manager. Like the roach looked like it had been in the tea machine for a while because it was that color brown. I for got to take a picture as well. But I felt so sick I rushed to the trash can to throw up. I still feel the same.

Fast, friendly and fresh eve in the pouring rain. I appreciate the fast service I went to another place near and left because the service was poor. This place was so fast.and the line was really long but they moved that thing! We got our food perfect 10/10 no complaints. Everyone was super nice !!!! Loved it !
March2023: 5⭐: I would recommend this restaurant and this work crew. I searched for a Chick-fil-A location that would be convenient for my family to visit while traveling to Houston. We decided to stop by here and eat a late dinner before arriving in the designated area of our trip. It was about 8pm and it appeared that the extra outside workers were everywhere. The parking lot is set off to the side of a freeway. The lot is large enough for traveling large vehicles to maneuver without complications. We entered the building and we were served quickly after placing our order at the counter. The cashier was capable and efficient on the register. It was a functional location with workers who appeared to enjoy their jobs. The supervisors appeared to stay in control of the confusion to keep the business moving forward without a pause in customer service. I always enjoy seeing functional businesses with happy workers. It is also great to know we will have pretty good service as well. Great job guys.
I just visited this restaurant today and my order was taken promptly inside the establishment and it seems that as soon as I got seated and settled in my food was already out. The dining room was clean and staff were friendly. I did have two small issues on my order but as soon as I went to talk to the cashier he was cenciere with his apology and tried to make it right immediately. Overall decent experience and I have very little negative to remember about any of my orders from this location.
Fast service and all. But Emily Y lacks personality. She barely smiled or acted like she was taking to a customer. When I drove off I said thank you and she didn’t say nothing. I thought chic-Fil-a was a cut above and all “my pleasure” the kid at the front window was actually what you expect from a chic-fil-a employee, friendly and hospitable. Maybe Emily should apply next door at McDonald’s with the rest of the rude teens

Waited for longer than normal to place an order... and we were the only ones in line. Many employees walked past but no one even acknowledged our presence. Young man that finally took our order was very polite and got our food to us very quickly. The dining room floor was filthy and had drinks spilled in several places with a caution sign placed over the largest puddle. It was difficult to walk around to get to a table. The food was as expected.

Good service, food good. Coke zero a little flat. Chicken strips a little small. We came about 9:40 after Joe V's shopping. I think it's Thursday - Saturday hours on the door are until 11 pm. If that's for drive thru only, it should be clearly written, because we got run out by security at 10 pm. Thankfully, we were done.
Alejandra T the cleaning lady went above and beyond taking care of me and my husband. She refilled our drinks when the staff was supposed to be doing it. Over all the DINE IN experience was good. The tables were clean and the floor was well maintained. I think that’s all because of Alejandra. Food came correct except the girls that took the order forgot to bring our drinks to the table and they brought them over after I mentioned they forgot to bring the drinks we brought.
My husband, two of our grandsons, and I stopped at this Chick-fil-A for lunch. It's a busy restaurant! The large, well-lit free parking lot needs a few pieces of trash picked up and needs pressure washing. The restaurant is clean, and the huge team of Chick-fil-A employees is very friendly and efficient. We ordered a chicken strip kids meal, a spicy chicken combo, a Chick-fil-A chicken combo, and a Chick-fil-A deluxe combo. Our food was served very quickly! All, of our food and drinks, was delicious! This Chick-fil-A has a clean, well-maintained, free indoor play area, for young children. The restrooms are clean and well-stocked, but the ladies room needs maintenance. The tape on the vanity, in the ladies room, really gives a bad impression. Recommended, for great food and wonderful employees!
The employees are sullen unhappy lot. Unlike other Chick-fil-A 's in the area. No greetings just taking orders. Ask a question all you get is blank stares. Food is fine better getting ridiculous high prices. Spent $30 for a combo , small grilled nuggets and 3 drinks.
I'm going to quit going. The price has gotten ridiculous. $32 for me and my grandson. No refill on lemonade. They rip you off filling the 32oz cup with ice and you actually get about 12 oz of drink. I asked them to put no ice and they still put it. Not worth it. I could have went to a regular restaurant like Chili's and got better service for less money. Chicken isn't supposed to cost this much. It isn't that good.
Who ever does drive through orders in the morning didn’t want to be there
I go often to this location and I typically have a good experience. Various time items have been missing from my order but I don't think it's a big deal. Mistakes occur. What I'm not a fan of is when someone is deliberately rude for no apparent reason. I went on 11/20 around 8:00AM and decided to go inside due to the long line at the drive thru. Before I went inside, there was a gentleman asking for food so I decided to get him something. He came inside and the gentlemen that helped him was very respectful and kind. I remember telling the gentleman to separate our orders because his order was going to take longer due to ordering something from the lunch menu. I realized that my order was taking longer than usual and I tried to tell the other lady assisting at the front counter. I couldn't catch her name because she didn't have a tag on but she was wearing a jacket. I tried to tell her that I requested for it to be separated because I know they typically try to put the whole order together. She repeated herself twice that the order was coming out. I understood what she was saying and once again I told her about the situation. It had already been over 10 minutes. I ordered a simple sausage biscuit. Well anyways, she decided to roll her eyes and make a face when I told her about. Why was that even necessary? I mean if someone doesn't enjoy their job or can't handle customer service, then why bother? At the end I felt her farewell was sarcastic. I simply just asked a question. I wasn't rude or demanding. I just tried to explain the situation so that I didn't have to wait over 10 minutes for a small sandwich.
8/19/24; 7:40pm I ordered cobb salad, and spicy deluxe. They forgot my brownie (again) just like last time I came here.
Ordered on the app 06/18/22 and picked up on West rd and 45. Received my order and drinks and they didn't give me any straws or any condiments so I got off to get my straws and condiments. They had straws but no condiments in the front had to go to the counter to ask for some. This location is very dirty and employees need to focus more on taking care of their store keeping it stocked with condiments napkins straws and keeping it clean instead of having employees kissing and hugging....SMH!!!! Wouldn't return to this location management is a failure and it needs a visit from corporate.
Counting 3 times within the last 2 months that my order has been wrong. Asked for grilled nuggets today, got regular. Other 2 times, I needed gluten free bread because I’m celiac and they put it on regular bread, luckily I know the difference by how they look or I would have been completely sick for the day and ready for a law suit. Maybe if the order tellers paid better attention instead of having attitudes they would get orders correct.
They have a lot of younger people working here who are not a representation of what Chick-fil-A stands for. They aren’t as polite as other locations we’ve gone to and the service is not great. They also forgot part of my order. The food tastes great like always.
First time in this location, restroom were clean and spacious. I waited 15 minutes in line to order something (it was a Saturday around 5:00pm) I saw 4 employees just chilling behind the registers and no one assisted the ones in the registers. Dining area was super messy and dirty. Playroom is smaller but so far it was clean. You can see the look on the employees face not giving a damn and just gossiping, not welcoming at all. Food was good.
I’ve been meaning to rate this particular Chik-fil-A on Silber, their service is rough and very, slow vs other stores. Their pre mobile-orders pick up method is absurd. You drive up and must wait the same or longer than regular drive through. We stopped pre ordering. Often times they walk the food to the cars behind the first in line, causing a greater delay. A few times I’ve received my order and driven off only to find missing items once I’m home. Recently, the lady behind me received her order before I did. After a while she tells them that it’s not her order, he takes the bag and walks it over to my vehicle. I said, “are you really giving me an order that’s been handled by someone else?” His response was, “Yes but she didn’t have it long!” I took the order and threw it away. Hopefully they pick up the pace and implement new strategies that promote accuracy and efficiency to move the lanes quickly.
I am disappointed, I need to try something new so I chose the number five on a biscuit with pepper jack cheese, one ketchup, one spicy buffalo sauce, one Chick-fil-A sauce. Not what I received and I was Far Away. I searched for the Receipt no receipt in the bag. I never had any issues with Chick-fil-A so this was very disappointing to me.
Came here to order once and the staff got my order wrong they gave me someone else order, I left. Im never coming back
They did not separate the orders into separate bags as asked, they did not give 1 set of grilled chicken nuggets and we didn't have any condiments nor straws for our drinks... Mindful we had to pull around front and wait for the order and it still was incorrect... Tis Tis Tis the standards of Chick-fil-A is falling...
They forgot to the salsa with my breakfast burritos, which is very important to me... I should've checked but then again, one expects things you pay for to be in the bag... Oh and the tots were soggy! DISAPPOINTED, specially with their prices going up 😞
I personally hate when I come to this location because the customer service is never there, and it’s so annoying because Chick-fil-A is literally known for good customer service. There’s a lot of young adults there and they just seem to not care.
I’ve ordered a market salad, when I got to work I noticed my salad dressing was missing. I ate a portion of the fruits..later noticed the salad was not fresh. I stopped after work to complain. The staff at drive thru refused to give me a refund nor offered a replacement. I’ve called to speak with manager, spoke with Sam. He offered a sandwich coupon which hasn’t arrive via email. Lack of customer service skills. I will avoid this particular restaurant at this location.
I have had not so pleasant experiences on multiple occasions. I was coming to the location every morning because it is near my job, but I gave it a break for around 1 month thinking the service would get better. Yesterday 4/5/19 I went into this location and I waited a while to receive my order and people who ordered after me were in and out before me, and they ordered the same items as me (I was standing near the counter so I could hear everything). Once I got to work I discovered they gave me the wrong sandwich. I did not make a big deal about it or call in, but this is unacceptable, I had to wait a while and received the wrong item. On this morning 4/6/19 I stopped at this location again and I had no wait time to order, which was good. I waited 10+ min, and saw that a lady that ordered after me received her order and was almost done eating. I asked a worker what my wait time was, and they started to look frantic and ask each other then finally decided to ask my name. The young lady making the food was very uninterested and said they were waiting for chicken biscuits. I was like wow so how much longer because multiple people came in after me yet I'm still waiting. I asked for a refund and then they were moving slow to process the refund. As the young lady was processing the refund a manager (short Hispanic guy with a light blue long sleeve shirt) he walked up and I let him know what happened and he just stood there. He did not try to address the situation, or provide any form of customer service. I feel like if people take their time to spend their money with your establishment they should definitely be treated like they are appreciated. Without customers there is no business, and without a business, there is no job security for the workers. I do not plan on returning to this location because you all have to do better, and get things in order. This is not the customer service you expect from Chic-fil- A.
Ordered food for my mom who is without power thru uber eats. The delivery driver called to let me know that the incompetent Chick Fil A employees at this location, had given my order to the wrong person. Rather than righting THEIR wrong, I was told to contact uber eats to get my refund!! Sorriest, most incompetent location of Chick Fil A. Do NOT waste your time here!
This is the MOST inconsistent Chick Fil A that’s in operation! Every time I come here, there something wrong with my order but I still only come because of the convenience of the location! Although it’s totally out of the way, I’ll start taking my business to 1960/45. I’m a CFA “Red Member” so I spend lots of money at CFA so it is my hope that this location does a better job of honoring their guest!
Bunch of kids talking about their life while waiting to pick up my order. Missed 4 of my requests for sauces and extra condiments. Asked for extra pickles got none. Got 2 single napkins for 4 meals. Went back in and took them 10 minutes to get what I needed. Food is cold by then. Hands down the worst chick filet in the city. What a disappointment! I’ll go to raising Caines next door next time I’m in the area!

One of the reasons we always go to Chick-fil-A is their amazing customer service. Unfortunately, this location is completely lacking. Completely messed up our order and treated us extremely rudely when requested to fix it. How is this place even considered a Chick-fil-A?
Just horrible. They have to do better. I ordered a breakfast bowl and it was more bowl than breakfast. It was five small thin strips of chicken and looks like one scrambled egg. I really wasted my time and money coming here for these scraps. I do not recommend the bowl here if you value your money. The thing is they were not busy so I don't know why they could not have put more in the bowl. Literally I turned the bowl to the side and it was less than half full.
Thank you for my spicy deluxe sandwich that literally has nothing on it! Made sure to tell them deluxe 2 times and she even repeated it back to me. To the woman at the register tonight acting like someone is invisible while clearly making sure u gave extra attention to my husband so much it made him uncomfortable as well that was rude. In the service industry you should already know you approach the female or talk to the female if a male and female come in together it's just proper etiquette. You obviously need a new job because you don't know how to do yours.
I had a curbside side order this morning,I waited 20 minutes and no one brought my order. I walked inside to ask about my order I waited 5 mins before someone could get to me. Then I asked about my order the guy was looking for it and it was in set to the side in a corner,he said I'm sorry someone must have forgot it and left it there. So he gave me my order not knowing how long it's been there and puts a cookie an a extra sandwich in my bag . I gave him the sandwich back I didn't want it. My hash browns and breakfast sandwich was cold . The staff there this morning needs some help. I've never received cold food or service like this from Chick-fil-A. This location is closer to my house but I will be going to another one for my breakfast.
I went to location and worker outside tells me she got my QR code from my app and never did I reach my phone to her to get QR code; like just taking orders just no great service with her that morning
The staff here ALWAYS messes something up in my order. They are not pleasant and cheerful. They act worse than mcdonalds workers. The mcdonald’s across the street has staff that is always friendly and pleasant. They don’t give the right sauces. Last weekend i asked for ranch and was given chick fil a sauce. Today i asked for a coke zero and it’s a full sugar coke. They need to work on this place.

It's the GRAND OPENING, they're a little slow, they can't hear you correctly through the drive through, person taking the order isn't familiarized with the menu..... but I'll give them a break I'm sure they're newbies... my bagel was burnt around the edges 😑 (maybe somewhere inside too cuz I had the burnt taste), you could tell it was hectic inside the restaurant, employees didn't even know where napkins were, another was learning to use the shake machine, whoever was in the full black suit (owner?) with a walkie talkie seems to have preferred to be outside alone than in the craziness inside 😂. All in all, I'm Excited To Have more options other than McDonalds in the area.... Good Luck Chick Fil A!! I will return and I'm sure you'll be better!! 😁
Found a very long hair in my chicken wrap, and also felt like the lettuce was dirty and not properly washed. Very disappointed .
Horrible service, waited almost 40 minutes. Got asked 2 times who the order is for and both was told not ready. Upon the third time being asked they suddenly had the order ready the whole time. Horrible service from the workers
This location used to be great, however it has quickly turned into a terrible one. Ordered nuggets and they gave them to me stale, and with the breading falling apart. Asked someone if I could please get a fresh batch and came back with the EXACT same nuggets but just heated up. (The box was hot, the nuggets were still cold.)
The managers and staff at this location are very racist. There have been plenty of times I have picked up orders from this location and had to “show proof” of picking up orders, the problem comes in where I am watching every Hispanic dasher pick up orders not be asked to confirm or show proof of orders. This behavior is disgustingly unacceptable especially because people of color are treated as if we are stealing food or we couldn’t possibly be apart of the delivery process in some way. I literally had a manager passing out orders everyone in front of me who just happen to be Hispanic this manager did not make anyone confirm their order until she got to me when I asked why I had to confirm & none else did she replied “I’m the manager, this is my store” Well I guess she didn’t like my question bc even after I confirmed she still didn’t want to give me the order. Will never spend another dollar at this location or with the chic fil a franchise ever again.
Second time I've come here and been 😡 ..Update went there today Sep 29 7:50am stood there for 7 mins before someone acknowledged me and assisted i felt unseen and invisible i was the only one there horrible customer service..unfortunately this is the only chick fil a in this area and I have to settle for this kind of treatment
I have waited for my food outside of the restaurant for 30 min and nothing after being told to park to the side . Overall I have been here for an hour . This is by far the worst location.

I placed a catering order three hours before it was needed with the specific time of pick up at 10:30. I showed up at 10:20 and Still ended up waiting to 1050 to get my order. For any professional, who is relying on these folks for catering services don’t just go somewhere else. I even spoke with a manager afterwards, and there was no sense of urgency or apology.
Not my pleasure today! Sign says it closes at 11, I came in at 10:30 security did not let me go in and pick up and order. Now I am 15 cars in a drive thru, waiting time.
This the first time I've had hard stale bread with my chicken minis. It was NOT satisfying at all the worst like literally hard stale bread NOT GOOD NOT FRESH.... Also my first time at this location. Horrible waste my time & money was on my way to work or I would have went back for refund
Every time I go to this location my order is wrong or they don’t bother to put my sauce in the bag. I got to the point that I drive an additional 10 minutes out of my way to go to a different chick fil a.
Cristina M, the current team lead on duty, has a real attitude problem. I’m not sure what the issue was, she couldn’t even start the interaction with a proper greeting. Might be having a bad day but don’t take it out on your customers, there was really no need for it. I asked her to repeat my order because she kept making mistakes in repeating it like calling my cup of soup a cup of ice, and calling my spicy chicken sandwiches spicy chicken deluxes. Of course I’m going to reconfirm when you aren’t saying the right thing that we ordered… she snapped back saying “yeah, and I repeated it” when I told her why I asked her to tell me again because she had made mistakes. It’s just a matter of meeting people with patience and I do feel she has none of that.
Whoever the manager is tonight 9/20/2025 @ 4:15pm…did not have the customer service expected from this restaurant they forgot to give me my drinks and she told me that unfortunately since I didn’t scan or I’ve never used my app with them there was nothing they can do since I was driving thru and had no way of turning around to retrieve my drinks. I’ve never had any issues with this restaurant until today. Definitely will not tell anyone to visit this location!!!
Go at lunch time when it is busy and this is what you can expect your $15 to get you.... Dry burnt Sandwiches and Half filled fries (I paid extra to get a large so...) It is actually beyond insulting it is down right disrespectful. I guess shame on me that I trusted them and didn't open my food and check it till I got back to work. Won't make that mistake again.
