I love their prices, you get great value for your money. They can make almost anything, so flexible menu offering. They offer smoothies and teas for non-coffee drinkers. They give you a chocolate-covered espresso bean with every drink. The staff is super cool.

We just moved into the area.. Coffee is a must for my wife and I EVERY morning! The customer service is always spot on and the drinks are usually perfect. They say you can't mess up Cold Brew.. you can.. But The Human Bean doesn't! Makes me glad I am a human being 😅☕

I’ve been living in Pflugerville for over 12 years now and I’ve always struggled to find good matcha here. I always have to drive into Austin for matcha. And I am an avid matcha drinker, I usually order mine from Japan! But sometimes I just want someone else to make it for me. This is the best matcha I’ve had in pflugerville! It’s the perfect sweet level. And they put enough matcha! I usually always have to ask for extra matcha in my drinks but I forgot to hear and I was surprised how green the drink was. I ordered through Uber eats to try for the first time as I am at work and the drink was packaged very nicely as well and taped up so that it did not spill. If you like matcha this is the best in the pflugerville and round rock area! I also got a bagel from here. It wasn’t anything to rave about. And a muffin top which was good.

So glad to have this place in Pflugerville!! The staff are always friendly and genuine, and both the food and drink selections are plentiful, you're bound to find something suitable no matter the time of day. I especially love their chocolate covered coffee beans, and they include one every time you visit. We love going here :)

You won't find better coffee and smoothies in a 20-mile radius. Fast and friendly service every time. It's always a pleasure when we go. Don't forget to get a puppichino for your k9. They have great merchandise, too. We bought shirts. What a cleaver name, too.

I visited this coffee shop and really liked it! The barista was great and very skilled. The coffee was delicious, but I especially loved their iced coffee – it was perfect! I’ll definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

This is a cool little kiosk that serves coffee. And, a free chocolate covered coffee bean with every drink.

New coffee spot with a variety of coffee and smoothie options. Also has a few food options. You get a espresso bean with your coffee order.

This chain is very efficient. There are 2 drive through lanes with one on each side of the building. The walk up window was a bit confusing because customers were standing in a drive-through lane placing their order. After their order was placed, a very large pickup truck went reverse through the drive-through to place their order. It was a bit alarming. I stood in front of the walk up window that they didn’t seem really keen on using. When they did open the third window, they were friendly and helpful. I love the coated coffee bean given on the top of each coffee order. It’s a nice personal touch. I got a double shot of espresso with brevè over ice. It was a decent double shot but nothing extremely special except the espresso bean on top. I would visit again due to its convenience. The name of the coffee shop weirds me out a bit. I wouldn’t have named it that. They had a decent breakfast and lunch menu.

The snowy mocha is good especially if you enjoy sweet coffee as I do. You can add/take away espresso or the sweetener. I did try a breakfast bagel sandwich and I didn’t enjoy it. There was just no flavor to the breakfast inside the bagel & no jelly or cream cheese was given. The customer service is always satisfying. P.S. there have been quite a few bee’s flying near the order window and around this property. To the Human Bean Managers & or CEO please take care of this! We love our bees but also want to keep your customers & staff safe.

Fist time trying and first impression. The baristas who took our order very kind and patient since we didn’t know what to order. I was surprised to see in a food establishment where food and drinks are being prepared an employee with the most skimpy cloths, that just leaves a bad impression on Managment and the rest of the employees. Except for this experience we enjoy our coffee.

My coffee always hits but every barista I have come in contact with has been rude and acted as if I am bothering them. Not about the mean girl energy, from a bunch of teenagers nonetheless.

AND after eating the sandwich, I noticed the date 7/17 on it and today is 7/24!!!! I was a whole week OLD!!! For $15, I could have went elsewhere for better service, options and fresher, better tasting food. Waste of my money and time!

3 stars is for the sweet barista that helped us this day. I ordered the cold brew & a shaked coffee with caramel and oat milk, both were extremely horrible, such a waste of money. We ended up trashing both drinks. I really wanted to love it here but it didn’t hit for me.

I decided to try this place because I saw they had matcha on the menu. I’m a big fan of matcha so I was excited to try their iced matcha latte. It was just awful. It was very watery and didn’t taste like matcha at all. The color was really off so I knew they used bad quality matcha :( Staff was super sweet though.

Saw this coffee shop in the area and wanted to try something other than Starbucks so I stopped by. The presentation of the coffee is cute, but when I took a sip I felt as if I was drinking coffee-flavored water. I’m assuming the ice put in the coffee was already half melted because It wasn’t even a hot day… at 34 degrees outside and to have the ice melt in 10 minutes means the ice must’ve already been almost melted. The customer service was good but could do better on the actual quality of the coffee.

Go to Dazzle down the street, much better flavors and coffee. Tasted watery and flavorless.

I've tried this place three times. The coffee was always weak and sugary and this time we decided to try one of their "smoothies" that claims to use teal fruit because we didn't feel like driving all the way to stonehill town center. It was awful and tasted synthetic. No listed prices or info about ounces either. Last time I'm going here.

I really want to like this coffee shop, but it seems to be getting worse everytime I visit. The staff is lovely, but the coffee and the wait times are awful. We tried the Toffee Crunch latte with Macadamia milk and a Blended Pistachio Vanilla latte. The Toffee Crunch latte was very bland. While it was being made, we could see the baristas scrambling to try and figure out how to make it. We could overhear the baristas say they didn't know how to make it, even though it's a featured drink for the winter menu. The Blended Pistachio Vanilla latte was so nasty. It was inedible and tasted almost sour or bitter and tasted like medicine. There was no sweetness and the coffee was somehow separating from the blended milk and cream. We paid over $12 bucks for two 16oz drinks and it felt like a major waste of money. Hopefully the new ownership can help turn this place around with adequate training. There was a lack of training and a lack of preparedness. Nice staff cannot make up for a lack of support.

Good coffee… if you can get it. I would say about 50 percent of the time they are out of cold brew. And it’s not even noon. Won’t waste my time waiting in line again.

Human Bean? Not very humane. For a time, we drove all the way from Round Rock for their coffee because it was high quality, friendly service, and an overall good vibe. After a while, their coffee quality started to decline (lack of flavor, watery, wrong orders, etc). This got frustrating due to the long drive and amount of times we had to do this. We had to call back several times and ask to remake the drinks due to their watered-down, flavorless consistency as we had just paid money and used the gas to get there (gas is not cheap in Austin). In the process of their steady decline, the manager's husband called my car UGLY while he was taking my order (I'm not joking!!). We let the manager know, and he called me back to apologize. Finally, we call back yet again to have them remake our order. The manager was extremely rude, gaslit us, pointed out that it was our problem in a snide manner, and HUNG UP ON US. There are much better coffee shops with more consistency, better service, and employees who don't insult you or hang up on you.
