One of the best Boba teas I’ve ever had! And they offer organic whole milk! Much better alternative in my opinion to what most places serve.
I ordered the Taro milk tea with boba, because it was fresh taro. Wow! Vastly different than the powdered purple taro at other places! It was awesome. It is little bits of taro, and there is a tiny hint of flavor that reminds me of the smell of fresh jasmine flowers. I loved it!
Service was great! Had a Double Purple with one of the ingredients gone bad but was smoothly replaced with another brown sugar milk tea and compensated with a good-tasting Double Purple. They care for costumer’s opinion and experience there.
The wide variety of tasty teas is always enjoyable. Staff is friendly and the service is smooth. Points for a calm atmosphere too!
The place is really nice and chill. I love their drinks! Definitely one of my favorites boba spots in the area
Legendary place. I come here all the time, everything is phenomenal here, I guarantee. Some may say that the drinks are "watered down", but I think they are perfect, not too sweet. They also have a membership program that gives a free drink every 10 drinks purchased, which is very cool. My friends and I come here all the time to hang out, especially since the atmosphere is so cute, and I also come here to do work as well! Cannot recommend enough, this place is my favorite.
I have been here many times it it the best milk tea in texas! You can practice your mandarin with the staff and order milk tea or food. It it a great environment to be in very inviting
Delicious drinks and only 7.50 for the self service ramen! They also sell Amy's ice cream and macarons! Lots of nice seating for studying or chatting and the claw machines on the wall look fun though I didn't try them.
We love this place 😍 the drinks are so refreshing fruity and hydrating at the same time. The ambience is amazing and the owner is so nice and welcoming. Highly recommended
This place is a finding! Very cute and instagramble place. Good place to work and hang out with friends. Grate selection of flavors. I got a jasmine bubble milk tea - and I loved. Also I love their cups! And they alway have variety of desserts. I would definitely recommend this spot.
Got the matcha slushy with 50% sugar. The matcha has a really nice green tea + lavendar kinda flavor and the slushy was blended properly. The milk foam is a bit salty, which complements the sweetness and bitterness of matcha well.
Tsaocaa is our go-to spot for bubble tea! Their Taro Jasmine Bubble Milk Tea is a standout—creamy taro blended with aromatic jasmine and perfectly chewy boba. The vibe and consistently great drinks make it a must-visit for any boba lover!
TSAOCAA Austin was on my home and I’m glad I stopped to pick up a brown sugar milk tea and two macrons- salted caramel and cookies n cream. Great flavors. No pictures of the drink or macrons because I was too busy enjoying them. Very clean and trendy shop that’s been around for about a year off 183 and Lake Creek.
This boba tea shop is very clean, and spacious. The drinks that I ordered were all delicious, and the bobas were super chewy. Highly recommended to check this out if you’re nearby the area. The drinks that I ordered (from left to right) were Strawberry Yogurt Slush with crystal pearl, Bubble milk Black tea with handmade brown sugar, and Lychee Green milk tea with lychee jellies. All the drinks were not overly sweet (I picked regular sweet). And, they also have some macarons in the store if you’re up for some snacks.
Very very refreshing fruit tea I ordered Sakura oolong fresh tea and peach oolong fresh tea. Very clean and cool place to escape the heat and the bathroom was clean. Nice older lady made my drink to expectation
We love Tsaocca. My son is 8 and it’s one of his favorite places to visit. He loves the caffeine free, organic milk swirl cocoa. We also love the macaroons - so many flavors but we like chocolate. It’s a clean and friendly environment.
Great drinks, friendly service, and online ordering available. The space is spacious and clean with plenty of tables. Double purple bubble milk tea is my favorite! Haven't seen the purple rice offered at other tea spots in Austin.

Underrated boba spot. Good place to study or just to hang out with friends. I’m pretty sure you can take aesthetic photos here as well! The drink was tasty and authentic. Highly recommended!
This is my favorite boba place to come to in Austin. They have a wide variety of drinks, all pretty good, and they have ipads to order drinks so you can avoid talking to others if you feel like it. It's also cute on the inside and looks a bit modern in comparison to other boba places.
The place has a relaxing ambiance! The lady at the cashier was very nice and the brown sugar milk tea was awesome.
probably the most classic westwood kid hangout apart from p terry's. too bad they cut lunch time and removed finals week. drink selection is definitely more traditional compared to other boba places but i don't mind

Our local Asian tea place with nice decor and tasty drinks. We are not a fan of dairy milks, but they had coconut milk and were happy to substitute that for us. The staff was friendly and quick to make our orders ... try the egg waffles for sure!
Clean boba place, the milk foam is great, although they are unfriendly. My kids do not like their drinks. We tried a vending game and our token was eaten and they do not offer refunds for faulty vending games which seem to be a feature of the place.
This place was really far so I'm glad that we came, but not sure how worth it was for the drive haha. Good: Prices here are cheaper than other boba places I've gone to where prices are around $8 for all the toppings and addons that Tsaocaa gives for free. Tsaocaa is around $5 with milk substitutes and also one topping. I got the peach tea oat milk drink and got it hot. I enjoyed it, not my favorite boba but still good. Super cute place too with outlets. Bad: Overall the boba was good but not a standout.
After NYC ,Boston ,Chicago , Tsaocaa finally come to the Austin. In here, you can find more toppings, crystal pearl and purple rice is my favorite. Cheese milk foams pretty strong, of course in good way:) They have promotion going on right now, but because they just opened, everything kinda go crazy. It’s better give coupons instead buy one give one for free. For better experienced just saying.
I first went to Tsaocaa in Pittsburgh and delighted to see it open here. It's the most value-for-boba shop in the area. The price includes tapioca and the tea flavor of the osmanthus Oolong (30% sugar, less ice is my go-to order) is consistent and flavorful. The tapioca texture and consistency (stickiness to other pieces - makes it harder to drink) is sometimes off, but it's still a great choice in the area.
The boba here is quite average, not on par with other boba places around and a little overpriced. Generally the fruit teas are better than the milk teas. However the shop itself is very cutely decorated and they have claw machines that add to the aesthetic! Recently I tried the macarons and though they are overpriced, the flavours are very unique and potent! Also super cute.
Double Purple Milk Tea is a must! I love being able to get purple rice here! It’s also very aesthetic~ I haven’t found another drink I love yet. Their Brown Sugar is very distinct and not what I would expect. They have very strong tea and that’s a good thing but I’m also not super into it? Also can be a skimpy on boba. I’d still new to it, so there’s a ton of interesting drinks to try~ I like how many fruit options there are. Generally a lot of variety!

Cute and clean interior with lots of seating area. Ordered the Milk Black Tea W Bubble & Crystal Pearl with 30% sugar level and less ice which personally was still too sweet for me. Felt almost like I was drinking straight up creamer.
Nothing exceptional but if you want a solid simple drink, this is a good spot. King of Oolong milk tea is good here! The staff are friendly and seem to try their best. The atmosphere is nice, the wifi is fast, and the shop is spacious. Great place to vibe and work! If you’ve been to other tsaocaa locations, this one isn’t the same as the others. Personally, feel like this locations drinks aren’t as good as others. I’ve come a few times and they often seem to run out of toppings. The drinks aren’t made with the same level of polish as the other locations. For example, the mashed taro drink isn’t fully mashed and sits at the bottom of the drink. At other locations, the taro is fully smashed and smooth and spread along the edges so you get even amounts of taro as you drink. Overall, an alright boba shop to work at. I wouldn’t come here for the boba but maybe a nice spot to study.
Welcome to Austin! We’ve been desperately needing good bubble tea here, since every other shop within 50mi of here is underwhelming. The boba had a textbook perfect texture. And there are so many great fresh fruit teas! EDIT: I’m dropping down a star since I’ve stopped going as often due to inconsistency and long wait times. At the worst, I literally waited 75mins for my drinks. And then they couldn’t actually make the drinks with boba because they ran out. To be fair, they were still running the BOGO special, but they were not prepared for the rush, and to this day tend to be a little unpredictable with wait times and drink quality. I think their best drinks are the fruit teas because they’re still unbelievably good, but I’d go to Ding or Gong Cha for milk tea options.
The really young college age girl that worked the 4th of July weekend 2025 is very nice, however, she does not know how to make the tea drinks correctly. The teas we alway's buy taste super bland and a bit boring. However, the teas made by the owner or the older lady is made the way it should be made and we go enough times to be able to tell the difference in the freshness and quality between these two women.
Not sure why this establishment is ranked so high. Their unorganized efforts to complete orders makes this establishment very slow. They cannot seem to complete any two drinks from one order at the same time. Each person at each table was receiving their drinks at random times. Completing at least two drinks at a time would allow the experience to not be unpleasant. My girlfriend got her drink in less than 5 minutes...and mine took 30.

As a Taiwanese, this may not be the kind of tea you’re used to! We ordered a taro flavored bubble milk and a peach green tea, but no sugar is still sweet, the taro milk has no taro flavor (probably powder) and is really milky. Perhaps we ordered the wrong thing, and the staff were really nice. To my fellow Taiwanese looking for a taste of home, this may not be the right choice.

I didn’t like what I ordered and asked for another one and the lady taking my order was immediately annoyed and frustrated. She said it was my fault for not asking to taste them. When I didn’t want any floral teas (they only have floral) she didn’t offer to refund me. It would have been fine if she had just been kinder about it or offered to make it right. Waste of $7.
The staff could care less that there were customers. When they served the ice cream, their hair was touching the ice cream, and when we asked for another cup, they were frustrated. I will never come here again. It seems they don't seem to care about customers or quality of service. The way they were serving food, I will be reporting them to the health department.
We ordered a colorful fruit tea with regular sugar level and boba add in but the drink tastes like water with fresh fruit in it. I came back and asked if the drink was made right and the girl added some more tea and sugar but still taste bland. The cashier was super nice but the drink is not worth $7. By far this is the worst boba tea I’ve ever tried.
One of the worst boba I have ever had. It tasted like straight up soap. The customer service was super slow and bad.
Very disappointed with our order. We ordered a oolong milk tea and ruby black tea with cheese foam. The oolong milk tea was way too milky and with almost no tea flavor. The pearls were ok. The Ruby black tea was extremely bitter, and tasted over steeped. The foam normally adds a nice touch of creaminess but not in this case. Maybe they were having an off day, we did not enjoy the drinks at all.
I order Peach Oolong Tea with 70% sugar; but I am very sure this is not 70% sugar probably only 20% sugar level; and the Peach Oolong Tea I only taste Oolong NO Peach at all! Just like Ice Oolong tea and with only 20%sugar. I order this drink so many time before and this time is nothing like before….. Your employees needs more training
Ordered brown sugar boba milk tea with 30% sugar level through DoorDash, but got something extremely sweet that is more like 130%. I’m pregnant and after a couple sips my baby starts kicking wild, and that’s how I’m sure they completely got it wrong. Ended up throwing it away and will never order from here. Complete waste of $8.
This place is franchised, and I used to visit their locations frequently in the Boston area. I have pretty good memories and enjoyed the flavors there, so I was glad to find a location in Texas. I ordered the same drink I used to get in Boston, but it tasted completely different. The milk foam, which should be on top, was all mixed in, and the texture, which is supposed to be like a smoothie, was thin like juice. The ice was also not properly ground, and I could literally chew the ice particles. Additionally, the service was terrible. The server didn’t greet us and mumbled while taking our order. I visited on a Saturday night, and the place was empty. The restrooms were really dirty and lacked toilet paper. I don’t understand what the staff was doing, he was just sitting there, not cleaning the floor or taking out the trash. The store was really dirty. It was a totally bad experience, and I would never go back to this place.
I ordered my two ingredients from DoorDash. Mango tea slush and Ruby Milk tea. The product description states mango tea slush has creamy milk foam and Ruby Milk tea all contains boba. However, when I receive the products, the boba and creamy milk foam top were all missing.
i ordered a strawberry yogurt slush with strawberry popping boba and they didn’t put any strawberry purée in it. so basically it is just plain yogurt which does not taste good. this store has messed up my orders so many times and i’m fed up with it. 0/10 👎🏼
I went to pick up an online order and there was a Korean woman serving at 2:45 pm Monday April 14th. I said hello, I'm here to pick up an order. She didn't even let me finish saying what she said and pointed out where the pick up location was. She left me speechless. Just because I bought online doesn't mean you can treat me badly because I'm paying for a service that I picked up.
