I went during opening weekend, it was packed. Though prices are high for hamburgers, they are the best in Chetumal. Fui durante el fin de semana de inauguración y estaba abarrotado. Aunque los precios de las hamburguesas son altos, son las mejores de Chetumal.

The burgers are really good, the prices aren't the cheapest you'll find in the city but in my opinion they're totally worth it, they're delicious. The restaurant isn't very big compared to other cities but it's fine, and if you don't want to eat in the restaurant you can go to the drive-thru haha

The service was excellent. The hostess personalized my experience and was very kind! She guided me through ordering on the screen and it was very quick. My order was for takeout, and the wait time was minimal. The food tasted good, but they could improve the presentation.

It's great that this chain has arrived in Chetumal, giving us more dining options. It's a shame that so soon after opening, it's already having some basic issues: They don't have jalapeño poppers. They don't have onion rings. They don't have crisscut fries (or at least they weren't available when I went today). And something as basic as the ice machine was out of ice, and the syrup in the sodas didn't taste good. Hopefully, they can work on offering a full menu. Most of the staff is very friendly! Keep it up!

La espera en la entrega de alimentos para llevar fue muy larga, estuve en el coche esperando fuera de ventanilla más de 15 minutos a que me entregaran mi comida

Una decepción, la comida tenía un cabello(lo cambiaron) además el huevo no tenía sal y estaba con mucho sabor a crudo, igual que los hot cakes crudos, el tocino le falta cocción, lo peor, cuando pedimos catsup dicen que estaba agotado, que no tenían stock, peor de peor, no vuelvo más por desayuno.

Hize un pedido por uber eats, y nunca llegó. Llame mas de 30 veces al número que aparecía ahí y nunca contestaron.

Horribles!!! La peor sucursal en la que he comido. Lo único bueno fueron las papas y que hay aguas frescas para quienes no consumen refrescos.

Sinceramente no vale la pena, el sabor deja mucho que desear si lo comparas con otras sucursales en otros lados.

Long waiting time! Terrible! Ordered my food and waited for over an hour, decided to go check turns out my food/order which was mines and a family member was not made and was offered some kind of burger with a flat bread or change of food. While others that were before ate and left way before i even got my ecchanged food. Really terrible service, atleast if they had made sure that the orders were all completed I'd understand but instead they were prepping there own not even taking a look if everyone was attended. If i could make the one stwr to 0 or half of star I would!

Last night it took 40mins at the drive thru to get 2 milkshakes. Today I promised my daughter a burger so we decided to eat in. There was zero organization and zero tables available. I hope this is just the Christmas rush and not the way they plan to work in the future. Beyond terrible service.

This is my second time at this branch, and it seems they continue to have terrible quality and service. To begin with, the cashier didn't know I could scan a QR code I have on the Carl's Jr. app to receive benefits and claimed the app didn't exist. The kitchen was also chaotic because they didn't know where the orders were going and were constantly going to tables with them, only to return shortly after because it wasn't what the customer had ordered. Another thing I noticed is that they were preparing the burgers directly on the cold table without any paper underneath. It easily took me almost 45 minutes to get my order. To top it all off, they gave me some supposedly crispy fries that were cold and soggy because they had run out of French fries and just threw them in the bag, and they all fell apart. Both times I went, it was a complete mess, and it seemed like they don't have a manager, or perhaps the recruiter hired people who weren't trained in customer service.

Today I went to try the new Carl's Jr. in Chetumal hoping it would be as good as the one in Mérida. Sadly, it wasn't. When I arrived, I tried to order using the touchscreens, but a guy came up to me and said they didn't have chicken. I said okay. I kept entering my order, but it wouldn't process for payment. When I asked for assistance, another guy told me they weren't working. I went straight to the line to order a Deluxe Breakfast Platter and got a soda to go with it. When I went to get my soda, I realized the soda dispensers weren't working either (so I opted for water). I sat down to wait 30 minutes for my food (to eat there), and they served me this: raw bacon (it was inedible), hamburger fries instead of hash browns, and regular bread instead of biscuits. I filed a complaint, and they did give me a refund. I think that if they don't have a product, they should tell the customer directly when they're ordering, or at least pay attention to how they serve the food. Personally, I'm not coming back here.
