Cozy place, with tables also outdoors, where the service is offered. Good and varied products, in the aperitif, served quickly, if there are not many customers; if, on the other hand, the people occupying the tables are quite numerous, the orders arrive as soon as possible. Surfaces are disinfected between groups of customers. Numerous quality pastry products are sold, such as ice cream cakes and 🍛 pastries. There are toilets, clean and comfortable.

I was passing by, and I had a macchiato and a cream bombolone, both delicious. For the macchiato, I saw they use fresh Carnini milk, so they don't skimp on the quality of the ingredients. The bombolone was very light despite being fried. They have many good things. One star less for the price. I find the bombolone expensive at €2.50, and the price isn't clearly displayed on the display.

I stopped by the bar on Saturday morning and found the staff disorganized and almost listless. I went to my table and waited 10 minutes before ordering and 15 minutes before my order arrived. The girl with glasses seemed distracted and couldn't answer simple questions. I went to the counter to ask the girl at the dishwasher for information about my tray. She responded rudely and dismissively, telling me I wasn't the only one at the bar. The positives are definitely the quality of the products, which is absolutely not lacking, and the young man at the counter, who was very polite, immediately apologized for what had happened and made light of what had just happened. That's how you treat a customer. In the end, the guy proved to be the best and most suited to working with people. Well done!!!

Having been in the area for at least thirty years, this pastry shop—once luxurious and catering to a sophisticated clientele—now boasts a truly dated and rather sad retro style. During the week, the pastry shop has a fair number of aficionados over sixty, consistent with the style and age of the establishment. The staff at this pastry shop has never been friendly or affable—always apathetic and hasty, but in its time, the place's sense of luxury played in its favor. Over time, the pastry shop has never been updated, so the sofas are covered in stains, the marble tables are chipped here and there; the wall sconces, chairs, and coffee tables are dated, as are all the other furnishings. What forces me to give it only three stars, even though I believe I'm being generous, is what happened recently. Sunday afternoon, around 3:00 PM, we enter the completely empty pastry shop; in fact, we're the only ones there. A very young couple is at the counter; the boy comes to the table to take our order. There are three of us, and we order three hot chocolates without cream. After a few minutes, the girl appears with a tray and three cups, one of which is covered in chocolate that has overflowed from the cup and spilled onto the saucer, all the way over the biscuit it accompanies. "Never mind," we say to ourselves, "she must be young and inexperienced: it can happen." We ask if the hot chocolate is sweetened, and the girl replies, "I think so." Out of doubt, we politely ask her for some sugar on the side, which never arrived. She probably didn't even listen to our impatient request to leave. Above all, however, the most embarrassing and absolutely unspeakable thing was the quality of the hot chocolate served: it tasted like chocolate pudding—and of very poor quality, at that—so full of thickener. Given the consistency, we really wondered how the girl managed to get it to spill out of the cup when she brought it to the table: it took a lot of effort, a lot of effort. In conclusion, it's unacceptable for a pastry shop to offer hot chocolate of worse quality than the most basic homemade chocolate substitute, like discount store Ciobar.

Mi spiace ma proprio delusi. Da quando è cambiato all'interno la gestione sia la colazione che gli aperitivi lasciano veramente a desiderare. Non riescono a stare dietro ai tavoli, gli abbiamo dovuto chiedere 2 volte di pulire il tavolo tanto che era già arrivata la comanda sul vassoio e l'aperitivo l'anno portato senza stuzzichini, quasi infastiditi quando gli abbiamo chiesto di portare qualcosa. Peccato.

Ho comprato una vaschetta di pasticcini due di questi con capelli dentro..per non parlare del ragazzo al banco bar svogliato..il caffè ti viene quasi buttato addosso e presentato con il manico della tazzina in giù e non nel lato destro e il cucchiaino alla sinistra capovolto in sotto 🙄

I can only rate the service, as we weren't able to order. We sat for half an hour at a table that still needed clearing, receiving no attention. There were some issues managing the volume of customers in the restaurant.

I come in alone for a quick aperitif, pass by the bar counter, and tell the girl I'm sitting in the dining room. After a quarter of an hour, despite the staff bustling back and forth, no one bothers to take my order. I get up, leave, and tell the same girl behind the counter, who doesn't say a word. Congratulations!!
