What a GEM! we discovered this place during our last trip to Bacalar, I ve had coffee all over the world and this is in my top 3. The food was hand made by their master chef Filippo. The panini sandwich was marvelous. WiFi was fast, well kept facilities, The ambiance is amazing and just a block from the center. MUST TRY

Next to the hotel is a small cafe that serves Starbucks coffee (note: it's not a Starbucks as such). I really liked the decor, but the service from the staff leaves much to be desired: inattentive and slow. It also seems like they don't have much of a food selection in the evenings. I think you could enjoy a coffee or tea elsewhere in the area for a cheaper price.

This coffee shop looked like a great place to have an afternoon coffee from the outside, but today, Monday, we weren't served. After a while, no one showed up, so we got up and went inside. The display case was full of milk, and there was no one to serve us. I'm leaving a little disappointed by the recommendations I'd received, but I hope they continue to improve and achieve excellence in quality and service.

I'm sorry, but we can't confirm the positive reviews. The two stars are only because the bagels tasted quite good. The service was terrible, and it took forever to get our two bagels, which we only ordered because the paninis we wanted to order first were already sold out. In total, we had to wait around 40 minutes for a cappuccino and the bagels, which we found more than rude, even considering Mexican patience. We definitely wouldn't recommend this place.

Service was very lame. We need to waited about 20 minutes for someone to come preparing our breakfast. The food wasn't tasty at all. The serves Starbucks coffee but it's not like Starbucks taste so don't have expectations.

The place is very nice. We went for breakfast, and the ambiance is perfect for breakfast. Unfortunately, they don't know how to cook; they made several terrible mistakes, and if we wanted coffee with our breakfast, they told us they would have to go buy it at Starbucks (the cost of the coffee was almost as much as the entire breakfast)!!! Basic errors that, despite the beauty of the place, made our breakfast a bitter experience.

To avoid, too much waiting, 2 hours for a breakfast, need to constantly remind the waitress for the delay in serving and the lack of cutlery when it is served! Finally, we of course did not provide any service because there was none, the boss gave us change in small coins as a form of retaliation.... no comments. Otherwise friendly setting unfortunately not followed by the service.
