Love KFC chicken spices, however prices continue to rise over $40 for family bucket size. I now only order the 4 piece meal. Perfect for 2. You can also select which sections of the chicken you perfer which includes; 1 side, drink & biscuit for about $14.

Dinner was excellent, this location has pretty much been really good for us in the past, I was also surprised to get the items I ordered since it was late and in the past they were out and declined to make it resulting in having to settle for something else, thankful for some hard working employees here, looking forward to my next visit, only complaint is I wish they would place the coleslaw in a separate bag for to go orders instead of with all the hot food.

Used the drive-thru with all the cars it looked extremely busy inside. But still about 5 cars in front of me, I decided to stay i have a crew to feed and I'm happy I did. The line went VERY fast my order was perfect and chicken was delicious. I ordered the 16pc special with biscuits, coleslaw, mashed potatoes yum !

Super fast service. Literally finished paying and as I turned around they had my food ready. Food was good so i know it wasn't just sitting there. Really recommended this place.

I thought it was excellent. I'm seventy years young and have been enjoying KFC since 1965. The herbs and spice which they use make their chicken the very best (hands down)! I always get a large mashed potato w/extra gravy (even if I'm dining solo)! In my opinion, there are a lot of pretenders out there, but nobody comes close to The Colonel!

I just like kfc. I can imagine that being a loner like myself that this will be the best place to visit because there's nobody there. I can also assume that if you're on a date and both of you like KFC that this will be the best place to go because there's never anybody there. I would advise not to go there around 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. because the traffic is insane and their exit route is also insane. If you want to get out in a timely manner then I would suggest going there in between the peak hours based on the Google maps analytics

It’s been past 2 years that’s I’ve ordered a famous bowl , just today I got one from stockdale location but instead of popcorn chicken it’s slice up chicken tenders, did I miss something?

Not my favorite chicken by far, but that's only preference. My younger brother loves getting KFC from this place and what can I say? Fried chicken is chicken. Only complaint is that it tends to be a bit too greasy. Never ate inside, always ordered from the drive through and ate at home.

Love kfc it's pricey but the food is great. A splurge every once in a while is ok in my opinion. They only critique is again the forgot to give us any eating utensils. (fork or spoon, anything).

Going to any KFC and it gives me memories of my mother, who would come home with a family meal. That when eating it this year I noticed the changes from years ago and how it tasted back then and now. That even the oil for cooking has changed. When getting mashed potatoes back then, they were some chunks and felt like real mashed potatoes. Now the mashed potatoes are a water down to a silky texture.

They only had crispy no original. Gave me a mixture of drumsticks and breast.

Their fried chicken is so delicious and I love their coleslaw. It's expensive though!

Friendly service despite dinner rush hour. Food was quickly put together and given with a smile. You must ask for condiments if you are taking out. They don't automatically put them in your bag, nor do they ask. Was a little messy but understandable due to the number of people coming and going.

Everything was good , however waiting in the lobby was dreadful, it was beyond hot in there , I couldn’t wait in line no more i decided to just go through the drive through to pickup my online order lol . But I do thank the employees for letting me do so 👍🏽.

Of all the times that I have gone to KFC this was probably the best seasoned chicken I've gotten from there. You could literally see the crust layer of seasoning on the skin, so I knew it was about to go down. Would definitely visit this location again. The staff were chill and very quick. I ordered and before I turned around she had my bag in her hand. Great team.

Food was good and fast. Cashier was snotty and kept cutting me off. My son and I dined in. I asked if we needed key to use bathroom.snotty cashier said no that someone was I there. After eating ,I say 30 min . Went to check restroom still locked and was empty. I seen another wrker in fact use a key to enter. Also when I asked for butter and hot sauce and honey, felt like I was robbing from them lol. I was thinking that's what they are here for .for customers to use right? Not feel like a fat ass for wanting condiments

good food, bad customer service. overly nice, big smile (fake) and when they close the window there whole face changes. then when you ask for sauce when you get your food no smile just the feeling of being a hassle and on top of that they skimp on the sauce.

Most of my order was correct other than them not knowing the difference between white and dark meat!

I got the $5 box with breast and it was so small, I prefer breast over the thigh and drumsticks. Breast didn't have much meat and I visited there today and the same thing happened. I come to this KFC often and usually get the potpie meal.

Closed the doors on us 9:30 when they’re supposed to close at 10. Drove through and didn’t give us utensils for our cole slaw or napkins. Would be 1 star but the chicken is bomb.

I ordered online. When I showed up a few minutes later, the chicken strips were cold and hard. The rest was hot. They did forget my sauces and my daughter's cookie that went with her meal. I won't use this KFC again.

The service was not good, it took nearly 30 mins to be helped. When I finally got my order,I asked for hot sauce and the employee their responded with a slight attitude. The last thing was the size of the 4pcs of chicken they served in my deal box. 2 of those pieces were the size of a chicken wing or the size of one of the sauce packets.

Not as good as it used to be. The taste of the spices seems different, the prices keep getting higher and the quality keeps going down. We went to the drive through waited forever to order and not because they were busy they were just super slow. We placed our order three times, nothing complicated they just couldn't get it right. We received our order and left. I just did a quick check and it looked ok. When we got home we took out the food and not a single order was correct it looked right but it seems the worker gave us whatever she felt like. I know it's not hard to get two thighs instead of a thigh and a leg and mashed potatoes instead of coleslaw if you're willing to pay the difference. I know that things change as you get older but not to the point of tasting like a whole different place. Me and my family will not be going back to KFC again and that's a shame.

Popeyes is way better and bigger. I got two orders of chicken nuggets the 8 piece they was so small there more for little kids under 5 years old . The add make the nuggets look so big on TV or in the window at KFC.. I can go to McDonald's and get bigger nuggets. If I didn't have to go back to work I would of got my money back. One bite nuggets. Not again. I could of went to the store and got a bag of nuggets and got my money Worth..

Got this ordered for delivery and it was absolutely horrible. Everything was wet, the box of chicken was so wet that the box fell apart and I didn't even get to eat my food bc it was already in the floor by that point. I'm heavily disappointed

I ordered two of the chicken little sandwiches. They were out of the Louisiana hot sauce I wanted, so I ordered a one with honey mustard sauce, and one with BBQ sauce. They put such a small amount of sauce on these, that I was actually unable to tell the difference. What a waste of money. It was like I ordered them with no sauce at all.

I'm disappointed because the woman on the microphone couldn't hear me clearly and had a 3 piece chicken, but I ordered an 8 piece chicken only. So I told her at the window and she seemed upset and when I got the order it was legs and thighs. I hate drive thru's because I can really hear them very well and they can't hear me very well l. But I really don't like let's and thighs.

Every time I went the customer service is horrible they are lazy one time I went for an Uber pick up they told me to cancel cause they had nothing on the order they where just being lazy and didn’t want to cook because they where close to closing they have NO signs to point you where you need to like use other door sign instead of not telling me until I’m in drive thru and stuck and you make me get off to get the order anyway when you could have handed it through the window it’s not that hard

I was a drive thru customer. They charged me for a drink I didn't order and I didn't even receive it. I ordered the combo box with BBQ tenders and received tenders so spicy hot and over cooked I couldn't even eat them. My other combo items were not even delivered. They forgot the mash potatoes and gravy and the biscuit. I discovered the mistake after arriving home 45 miles away. Now I know why I don't like eating at KFC. Todays experience was a expensive, awlful tasting, underserved, short changed, rip off experience. KFC you really fell short in all areas. I will not be coming back again. I'll starve first.

I was totally disappointed with the 9 piece "share bucket"!! First the price for this bucket is $10 now that's an extremely high price for nine pieces of chicken nuggets. You actually are getting nuggets!! If I wanted nuggets I'd go to the dollar store where I could have gotten 160 nuggets for the price I paid at KFC for 18-pieces. OMG I'm not going to buy at KFC ever again!! And I'm posting this on Facebook as well letting everyone know about the very expensive chicken nuggets.

Today I went to the store that is in Brundage, bakersfield for a look'm complaining the service I got that on two occasions to visit the store my orders were wrong, talk to complain and the manager told me that on any occasion could go and I'd get a free meal and today walked through the store and pass and esplique the situation but the cashier was very rude asked for the manager and never came, at least I will never go back to that store that was left to me raisin my work to my house for two orders wrong time manager should put it more responsible and who are aware of the service they offer employees and not into the office

Traveling from Colorado. I stopped in for lunch. The store clerk told my son the restroom was closed and to try across the street. After going to five stores with no luck we returned. I pleaded with the manager Jessica explaining he was about to have an accident if he was unable to use the restroom. She said she did not care if he crapped his pants she would not allow him to use the restroom. A few minutes later that is what happened. I just don't even know what to say.

I made my order @ 5:53. I picked up @ 6:08 . Tell me why they had NO LINE ( mind you they’re website says curbside as well ) so I went thru drive thru . Okay so I tell them I’m picking up & they tell me go inside , I said I have a baby in the car & she tells me go infront . It was 8:00 pm on a Tuesday evening and I ordered the #2 combo crispy chicken. I was told the only chicken breast they had was the origional. I asked how long would I need to wait for the crispy chicken breast. I was told there would not be any crispy breast for the rest of the night!!!! THEY CLOSE AT 10:00PM... YOU CALL THAT SERVICE... KFC WITH NO CRISPY CHICKEN BREAST AT A CHICKEN RESTAURANT???

Today we stop by to get our regular meal of 8pcs w 2 lg side, then when I got the order I ask for plates and they said we dont have any and i ask can I get a couple of boxes a list ? Because I dont have any and I need to feed my kids then the manager said No very rude she said I can't give you anything because we have short inventory then she just walk away i don't even e get receipt or my change backing do understand that they dont have to give plates but the way the manager Elizabeth handled the problem wasn't the right way.

I will not be visiting this location anymore. The service was not good and they may need to give a standard course on chicken. My experience was not good so I suggest you check your order before leaving the drive through and make sure your receipt is in the bag or handed to you.

Ordered on line and it said to pick up inside store and if doors are locked to go through drive thru. Well doors were locked so I got in the drive thru. Took about 20 minutes to get to the window for them to tell me it's at this other door. This door is at the drive thru, no parking in that area and no not on other doors to say use the drive thru door.

The Brundage location is absolutely horrible they never have chicken ready and that's your main thing to serve I go to the drive-thru expecting to get my food and go but yet I have to sit here for 10 to 15 minutes waiting for the chicken to get done and multiple times my order has been wrong

very poor leadership at this location, staff walks around aimlessly, I got my order with half the items missing so I go back inside to ask for it and they all look at each other like who's gonna get it, not the first time this happens, no professionalism what so ever, from managers to staff they need better training or be replaced.

Absolutely the WORST customer service!!!!! I went to the drive-through and this little girl Jackie was so rude and I’ve been there a couple times and I see that she’s always flirting with the cooks. I see she pays more attention to them than the other girls that are actually doing their jobs. she needs to focus more on being customer service and stop playing with the cooks!!!

Ordered a chicken pot pie. There were only scraps of chicken. The local Albertsons has a much better chicken pot pie filled with chicken.

They send out a bunch of coupons and you can't use them unless you're willing to sit in a 3 hour drive through line. They don't offer take out and don't accept coupons for pickup or delivery. $50 for a meal ... I can literally have prime rib at a real restaurant for less, even if I do have to eat in the parking lot.

The management here are a bunch of thieves, I had a check arrive at the store and one of the employees cashed it and forged my signature. The manager Carina doesn’t know what she’s doing and her assistant aurora sits in the office all day and does nothing. How can a check go missing ? Carina is a terrible manager, all she does all day is joke around with the employees and play on her phone. If I were you I would take my business elsewhere since the management doesn’t care about their employees or customers. This store is unfortunately not the same that it used to be

We were not given our whole order so I called back to the KFC the manager was not helpful at all we ordered a 16 piece meal with 2 extra breast so should of been 6 breast in total when they only gave us 2breast .The manager was rude and needs training in customer service and employees need training in proper packing ,and identification of what chicken part is what I will not be returning to this location ever .We spent 46.00and we were told That she couldn't help me so beware of this KFC terrible terrible

I went to the drive-thru and ordered a famous bowl with a large fry and a small fry and an eight piece chicken and when I went to go pay for it the girl asked me twice so it's 8 piece chicken large fries with some small fry and a famous bowl and I said yes so she asked me if I'm sure I said yes I'm sure then she gives me my order and I'm halfway almost towards my house and I look at the order and she gave me coleslaw two mashed potatoes with an a piece chicken and I went back to say that I had the wrong order and she goes and tells her coworker but I told her twice if it was right and and she did tell me twice but she gave me the wrong order after asking me if I'm sure that's the order I ordered and the girl gave me my order that I ordered and said I'm sorry I said it's okay but why would you give me the wrong order if you told me twice if that's what I ordered I know where I'm not going to go to get my chicken

Unbelievably trash. Every time I go with hope, the order is always wrong or missing something. I go back because this store is the only one on my side of town. These problems have been occurring repeatedly and I have held back from complaining about the store. I'm done!!! KFC you might have the special seasoning but the management at this store is a joke.

False advertising I purchased an order of 10 cherry pie pops for the advertised price of 5.00 dollars and was charged 5.49 they have the special price right on the counter by the register,I asked why I was charged the wrong price and they said that the manager had inserted that price into the system I was also told the difference was because of the tax now I know it’s only 50 cents but multiply that amount times how many customers that purchase the same thing (not right )

This place use to be good the cost of food got pricey and food portions got smaller. Got a 16pc of a bunch of smalls pieces of chicken I guess they have to make it fit in the bucket somehow. They no longer separate the mashed potatoes from gravy unless you want to pay extra. For a parent with kids who are allergic to gravy that’s an issue. The manager if I should even call her that has really bad communication skills and should really take her ass back to the east side with that attitude of hers. Corporate’s definitely gonna be notified. Dave your gas money go elsewhere.

How does this place have 4 stars.. the people handling our order tonight were a joke . We were the ONLY ones on the drive thru and not even close to their closing time for them to be lazy and “forgetful “ of our order. Ordered a simple 8 piece with mash and Mac , and a famous bowl with a drink. We had to repeat our drink choice at the window which should of raised a red flag that they didn’t even bother listening what we ordered. We got home to NO FAMOUS BOWL AND NO MAC . Paid almost $45 for us NOT to get what we ordered.
