I'm giving this place of 3. I think the food was okay I just have a real problem with Chinese food in Texas it's just not original tasting to me. But they are next door to freckles chicken which is a five star. And the biggest issue I have is they have this lobby with a window where they're just blocked on on the inside, a whole entire restaurant with tables and you can't even go in and sit down it's for work it's kind of weird makes me not want to shop there, totally weird but the people seem to line up there, are happy!

Every single time we order delivery from here, the food comes and either it's wrong or missing items. Last night we ordered 2 deluxe meals, a lemon chicken deluxe meal, but there was no lemon sauce, and the egg roll was missing, and the soup was wrong, egg drop instead of wonton. The other meal was missing the egg roll as well. Please do better with checking the orders and making sure they're complete and accurate Very disappointing!!

If I could give it NO STAR I would. This is my first meal after returning from deployment. I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS. However, this was the most disgusting and unprofessional experience I've EVER had with any restaurant. First I call the restaurant and a clearly agitated voice answers the phone. After requesting a delivery she sighs and mumbles under her breath. I ask her what she said and she responds, "I SAID WHAT.IS.YOUR.ADDRESS!?" It was at this point after hearing her tone I asked for her name and she responded "CATTY" I asked if she was having a bad day, she said, "YES". I responded that I'd make this a quick and proceeded with my order through her unpleasant attitude. After an 1Hr I called the restaurant back to check on the status of my meal and was greeted with a voice more unfriendly than the previous AND THIS ONE claims to be the OWNER. She goes by the name of YEN and she might be the most belligerent, irresponsible, unfit person to ever hold a managerial title. I struggle keeping my tact through the end of this interaction, she reassures me that my order is already on its way. I hang up. 50.MINUTES.LATER. The food had not arrived. I call back, this time "Caityln" formally known as "CATTY" answers and is surprised I remember her alias. I ask her where my food is and if she can get me in touch with the driver she tells me she can't do that. I ask for Yen and she tells me she stepped out. I asked her if this happens often she responds, "never". 10minutes after I hang up the food is delivered. The smell is off but Ive been waiting for this food for WAY TOO LONG. I start eating and almost immediately after I start, I stop. The meat is strange and discolored. I call the restaurant to inform them of this and am, ONCE AGAIN, unfortunate enough to speak to YEN. As I ask YEN details about the preparation of my supposed "beef fried rice" I notice 2 things. The first, she isn't answering any food questions. The second. She immediately tells me to go to the doctor if I want to talk to her insurance people...! This is an alarming response. I heatedly ask her if there is anyone besides her that I can speak with as I can almost assuse I won't be a returning customer. Her response, "So you no call back, ok!" Then she hangs up. I call back to request her insurance and her unflinching response, "I thought you no call back, go to hospital." I just want a good meal and, at the least, a cordial staff. Had I took a look at the reviews beforehand I'd know better than to order from here. I took pictures of the food and will attach it if I can. THE BEEF IS FAKE AND HAS A DISGUSTING SMELL. THERE ARE WAY BETTER CHOICES IN THE AREA. Had I known I'd be dealing with this I'd had gone to 7/11, buy a hotdog and went home. $30 poorly spent. Thanks for your professionalism YEN and CATTY. I could not understand the lady on the phone but I placed my order. She got it wrong, then the bag was leaking lots of grease.

Horrible customer service the worst giving me attitude and Also trying to charge me double when she already pulled the money out my card. This place is VERY HORRIBLE the lady needs to get fired she is very disrespectful.

This is the worst mystery meat I've ever had in my life.this food is inedible and so bad.waste of $70 please do not eat here. You with throw 99% of it away. It's plain out nasty

I called placed my order made my payment after we hung up. I got my confirmation order number and then I got a notification from my bank that said the payment was declined so I’ll call back immediately to fix this issue so that they wouldn’t cancel my order they put me on hold for 10 minutes and then tell me sorry to canceling my order and when I ask why They say they don’t have no delivery drivers and I say well why did the person let me go through my whole entire order and give them my credit card number and s I can’t even tell you exactly what she said, but she hung up in my face after she said whatever that was that she said super bad Customer Service will never order again first impression btw

I call in my order for beef and broccoli large potions that's come with an egg roll I ask over the phone and extra egg which I didn't mind paying for it.Only to get home extra egg roll not in there as well not enough beef call to explain and the Lady was rude as hell I will not bee going there any more also just told my family and friends to stop going on top of all of that the food was nasty 🤢 as hell

We have been coming to this place for a long time. We had three orders tonight one of the orders was not tasting that fresh which is very unusual from this place cuz it's always fresh and hot. It took us talking to three people to share this matter and the last person said they would have to investigate the matter. My wife asked if she could replace the meal. The little girl lady owner manager whoever she was said no we won't and we have to investigate. That is horrible customer service. Wish you guys luck. We will not be coming back. Thanks

So disappointed. We have always been happy with the quality of food from Pearls. Tonight we ordered the Teriaki Chicken, usual order, but it did not taste Fresh at all!! I told the lady over the phone and she said she would investigate. I asked if I could get something different she said no! Awful customer service.

The eggrolls was like a big chunk of pork with a lil vegetables. I thought they would use small piece like for the pork fried rice or something.I ordered crab ragoon and they tasted terrible, i didnt even know u could mess those up. Then i ordered vegetable lomein and never in my 31 years have i seen orange lomein noodles which also tasted nasty. I wasted my lil $20 and my gas cause the reviews were kinda decent. But i will not be back!

Was very disappointed tonight when I bought my mom and I food. The vegetables were not sauteed at all, they were very hard. We both were unhappy and couldn't eat our food it was so hard.I spent $33 just to be very disappointed and not be able to eat it. We were looking forward to chinese food something we don't eat often. I understand they are under staffed, but it's still disappointing they didn't take the time to cook it right. Where the good chinese restaurants? They seem so hard to find!

I ordered for delivery. They burn my food. I call them up and the manager ask me to bring the food back. I told her I can bring it back the next. Which is today. I come up with my food and she said I ate all of it. What it's a whole plate of orange chicken. She said she only making me a small heap. I ask can she remake my other order I brought bk for all my trouble. She became upset and started getting loud. I will never be back. When I ask can I get name she told me NO she's the manager. Woow

I ordered through Uber eats. I ordered a classic chicken chow mein with extra shrimp that they got correct. I ordered egg drop soup they got that correct but the appetizer for the paper wrapped chicken they got incorrect they sent this instead. And they also gave me brown rice which I never ordered see photos below. I was hungry so I had to eat it because I didn’t have a choice. I will give them a chance to get it right and then I will change my review when that happens thank you
