Got 3 bowls they all look like this all scrambled... my kids meal has no cheese in the tortilla.... but they did give us 2 tortillas... this is so sad when you spen like 50 plus bucks on food and it looks like this

All Chipotle suck .. not only have they raised their prices prior to inflation but, now they have reduced their portion they serve drastically. By far the worst one is in Baldwin Park. I am done with Chipotle.

13916 Garvey Ave. Baldwin Park, CA 91706 United States The sopose manager I complain to her name was Moraya she said they had a fork and spoon shortage they had forks for people to eat with I bought 2 bowls and 2 drinks with chips literally spend 30 dollars I was goin to get 10 bowls to go for my family but unfortunately they no forks 🍴 to for dining or to go take my family to eat in the car they would had to eat with their fingers . When ordering the food they did not offer a discount or let me know in advance that because of spoon or fork shortage I would eat with my hand this is very inconvenient my daughter had to go next door to Waba Grill to get some forks the manager said she had a shortage was very rude . I’m a customer of chipotle for 6 years I had never faced this problem any other chipotle in Pasadena, arcadia or Glendale only here in Balwin park who ever does the supplies order did not do their job I’m never 👎 coming here I will let my coworkers and family this place is a joke

Their serving portions are so small now especially on the meat. Went in today and ordered a bowl. They put less meat than a tacos worth. Just a bit of meat in the middle didn't even cover anything. Will never come to this location again very disappointed. Comparing the pictures of 4 oz online from I was served it looks like I was served 1.5-2 oz of meat. Took my business to waba grill next door instead

Food preparation is inconsistent, white rice is sometimes super salty. Chicken is sometimes undercooked. Portion size is also inconsistent it depends on who's preparing your order.

Wanted to mention. When time came to serve my food. The chef LITERALLY asked me if I want “half or a full scoop of rice” I didn’t understand what he said at first so I asked him to repeat it and he literally says that same thing twice. Are you guys seriously that GREEDY? Never been asked such a dumb question when ordering at Chipotle. The employee acts as if the food he serves is coming off of his paycheck. Left feeling ANGRY. Chipotle, is it procedure to ask if a customer wants HALF a scoop of rice when being served? Or was this guy just giving the worse customer service he possibly could?

I ordered a chicken and steak burrito. I asked for extra meat which I would pay for and she put in four little cubes of steak. When I said I’m paying for double meat she said I have to charge you more if I put any more in this is why I don’t go to Chipotle anymore. $17 for a burrito? The guy before me his burrito was so big she had to use an extra piece of foil to wrap it closed and he didn’t even pay for extra meat. Also nothing but attitude from the girls behind the counter clearly they’re tired of people complaining about not getting enough meat. Save your money go somewhere else.

Items were from online order 2 Mexican cokes were missing when I picked up via Uber To anyone placing an online order make sure all items are included 3rd party delivery couriers be aware of missing items when picking up since bags are sealed. I had to go back in my own dime to pick up the bottles and Ben the MOD didn’t really seem to care and was just making excuses that sometimes they forget. He just gave me the bottles

Service at least for online orders have gone down hill. Second time I had to drive back because they left out my side order of chips, only to go back and notice they gave me salad instead of a burrito. I was picking up for a group and didn't check all the bags. Even when ordering when it's slow, at least when it doesn't seem crowded I still have had to come back to have an order corrected. That's not even getting into the portion sizes. I've ready maybe now they won't be as skimpy now, but for the money there are some other locations near by with more bang for the buck. If I do return, at least to this location it'll be in person to make sure I'm getting the correct order.
