Well guys, I already knew they make the BEST PIZZA IN BALLSTON SPA, NY And Now? I just had my first sausage, peppers, onions and cheese from there and it was magnificent! I mean BETTER than I’ve had anywhere including the Fair where everything tastes great LOL SAUSAGE DONE JUST RIGHT, peppers & Onions done to perfection topped with cheese nestled in a fresh roll. And believe me…hot, Hot, HOT! Wrapped to go and It smelled so great I couldn’t wait to get home to eat it. It was still quite hot 🥵 after I unwrapped it! Two huge halves to literally devour and it took me quite awhile to eat it all but believe me I worked at it LOL It was so GOOD that I called when I was done feasting on this Beast of a Sandwich! I would recommend the Sausage, pepper & onion on a roll because you’ll enjoy every bite.🙂 Lastly? I called to let them know how pleased I was and it wouldn’t be my last one!! 😂 Always good service always great food. 🤗

I’ve been going to this pizza place for the past year now ……. I can say this is the best pizza place in Ballston spa hands down !!!!! I’d even go so far to say in Saratoga as well …. If you want real pizza and really good food, I would suggest going here anytime you want a pizza!!!!!!!!!

Pizza was phenomenal, pizza delivery man Tommy was even better. Ended up hooping with us for a minute and was lowk a bucket. Would definitely recommend!

I had never ordered anything from this place before but we ordered 5 pies for my kids bday party. I've never had so many parents and kids ask me where I got food from before. Out of only 20 or so people there, more than half of them made it a point to find out where the pizza was from because they loved it so much. Had to write a review.

The chicken parm was okay. The meatballs tasted like frozen meatballs you buy in a bag they were terrible. The bad thing about the chicken parm is the pasta was underneath so it was all mushy by the time I could get to it

The food is good but whether you are treated good? If they make a mistake with your order be aware that if you point it out or ask for it to be fixed be prepared to be yelled at, berated and told you always complain and you may even be told you are not to order from them any more. And they won’t remake it right or reimburse you even though it was their error.

Ordered delivery as my family usually does. We order here atleast a couple times a month! This pizza used to be my whole families favorite. I’m unsure what happen today, but our XL Cheese pizza is usually cooked to perfection but today it was RAW. Whole pizza went to waste. To bad it couldn’t be of been replaced Really hope things get better here and goes back to the perfect cooked NY style pizzas (crisp, saucy & cheesy)

Order silican pizza not hot cheese not melted horrible. Boneless wings were store bought not real were not made and paid 64.00. Never again

Ordered potato skins and the sampler. Potatoes were undercooked and a mess. Nacho cheese tasted weird and bacon seemed under cooked. Chicken tenders tasted old. Not worth trying again

Food came dry and portions were missing. We called to speak to the owner. Young kid claiming he was a manager proceeded to say that he personally made the food himself, and “the alfredo is probably dry, I’ll give you that one”. He began cussing and eventually hung up on us. Terrible customer service.

I ordered pizza for the 1st time I get my pizza it’s completely wrong then I call to get the correct pizza I paid for the person who answers the phone snaps at me says I’m yelling at him when they are the ones who got my food wrong it’s like give me a refund for Christ sakes I would not recommend talking with anyone customer service or phone person is so damn rude and tries to make me feel bad hell no this is the most outrageous behavior I have ever experienced over the phone with anyone in my 48 years ridiculous I’m spreading the word on all my social media to let everyone know that they don’t like to admit when they mess up the prices are extremely high to 36 dollars for a 12 cut and it’s wrong you call want a new pizza and you get your head chewed off I will tell you one thing in a year I will use google and this place will out of business guaranteed done ranting!!!!!

So I was trying to get lunch from this place and I wanted a half sub and half fries from their lunch menu and they said they can only do $15 delivery like what the hell, I live right down the street from them, the guy who took my order seemed like he really didn't care about my order and he also sounded like an absolute jerk on the phone,

Not sure if it was the girl on the phone who didn't seem to have a clue or if it was the cook. Will not be ordering from there again.

We tried Empire a month ago..thought maybe it was an 'off night'. Tried a pizza last weekend, same 'off night'. Dough was bland, sauce was sparse. There really was no flavor. I love supporting local businesses, but sadly, we won't be back to Empire Pizza.

We waited longer than we should have and when it arrived it was a dismal disappointment. The price was over $45 for lunch in a bland tiled setting with someone handing us napkins and two boxes of pizza. Move on quickly!

$23 for a lg pizza with olives on half, pineapple on the other.... never heard of a place that charges full price per topping when you order on halves. When i asked about it the lady had a very oh well too bad attitude. We use to like this place, guess we'll try somewhere else.
