This McDonald's needs 3 windows....one to pay ....one to get your food ....and a final window to get the correct order because putting food in a bag is complicated to them...never park if they ask because they will bring you the wrong order every time....been to this establishment at least 50 times because my kid wants a happy meal after school....buyer beware

It was a horrible experience since the beginning I was trying to use the kiosk to place my order and it was not Tammy order. They saw me struggling no one seemed to care or ask if I needed help, I proceeded to just get in my car to go through the drive through because my son wanted his food we ordered and got our food our drinks still have not been given to us yes we are at the drive through it’s been over 8 minutes the girl that took our order just left another girl brought out only one of our drinks and we’re still missing 2 drinks we have the receipt and we had to go inside to get our drink because apparently there’s no one working at this McDonald’s that knows what they’re doing

Not sure if their was a change of management? But this mcdonalds took a big decline on preparing & delivering correct food inside bag, the nuggets weren't cooked correct, sloppy big macs were boxed,and i was missing 4pc nuggets, called the facility NO answer as well.

Very disappointing!!! Went through the drive thru and ordered a Oreo McFlurry, and 2 ice cream cones…. Was told it was put in a cup because the cream was melting, if I wanted it in a cup I would have asked for it that way, I was never given a choice. I recommend not going to this location, if the ice cream is bad maybe the food is left out too….. 🤮🤢

I’m not sure how often they change their fry oil here but my toddler ate less than a handful of french fries from this location on 8/1 and started getting red splotches and bumps all over her face. Was told it was due to old oil and she was having an allergic reaction. I never had this reaction from her before from McDonalds.

Had to park in space #2 to wait for my food that was warm almost cold! What was the purpose of waiting? When I got home I tried to contact them and they wouldn’t answer the phone, well we all know why!!!

This is without a doubt the worst McDonald's in all of America. They will on average have 4 or 5 cars waiting in the mobile order pickup. It's pretty normal to see 7 or 8 cars Today there was 13. And it's only getting worse. I've complained to McDonald's corporate and to this franchisee and it never gets fixed. Avoid this place if you can because it is absolutely terrible.
