Let's start with the staff. Awesome, friendly people, who always greet you with a cheerful smile. The pizza is one of a kind. Noticeably, tart sauce with tomato chunks, ever so crunchy/chewy, and slightly burnt crust. A good amount of mozzarella cheese to top it off for that perfect crust to cheese ratio in every bite. You won't be disappointed here....

Today 9/5/24 had some of the best meatball parm hero's. The food is amazing( and the staff is very friendly(Manny). The food is amazing and would come back to this place again and would recommend and give this place a try.

I just came back from Italy this past weekend and was craving Pizza. I am always in the shopping center but never had the opportunity to try them out until today. I generally don’t write reviews however wanted to call out similar to another reviewer the outstanding customer service and amazing cheese slice led me to leave remark. Kudos to the young lady at the counter and young man making the food. Also loved the artwork/posters – took several pictures being that I from the boroughs of NYC.

Stumbled upon this place during a random drive in need of food! The outstanding customer service is what has led me to leave this review. We ordered a chicken parm roll, vodkarita & plain slices. The food was delicious, super fresh. I totally regret sharing my chicken parm roll (don't tell hubby), but the young man taking orders and processing payments is beyond friendly, helpful, nice... you think of them all. He has that straight-up "customer service" personality. The shop itself is super clean with an employee cleaning up tables as soon as you leave, and it has a very spacious sit down area. Appreciate the modern feel with traditional tasty food!

New City Pizza is probably my favorite pizza in the New York area — the pizza is amazing and it tastes exactly how I remember as a little kid. It has a unique flavor, the slices are a decent size, the crust is tasty and they put lots of cheese and sauce on the regular slices, which is the difference maker in my opinion. A crispy thin crust balanced with toppings. That being said, they are / have become somewhat expensive and sometimes the pizza is a little more well-done than you might like; I personally like a crispy crust but I’ve taken other people here who thought it was a bit burnt. Tell them how you want it and you won’t be disappointed There’s plenty of tables, TVs, drinks and ice cream in the back

Loved this place! The pizza it’s so delicious, with fresh ingredients and well seasoned. The Chicken Ranch was awesome and the garlic nots are really good. Excellent service and very nice atmosphere.

They have this cute little section called C.R.E.A.M. bar and it’s abbreviated for, cereal rules everything around me. Super cool! I was hitting the road back home to Jersey from one of the marinas and wanted a slice. The grandma pie was amazing!!! I took three slices to go and I enjoyed every bite, my dog enjoyed his slice as well 😊 I loved every chunk of tomato and basil I found. Will definitely be heading back when I’m in the area. I’d say it’s better then NYC margs and grandma slices I’ve had.

The new location was overdue, is much cleaner and nice. Food looks and taste delicious. I got the penne a la vodka it was slightly salty for my taste but over all good. The order was ready in time and the service was good.

Service was great, atmosphere inside is great. Cute shop, nice vibes, but the pizza is brought down by less than satisfactory cheese.

I’ve been coming here for some years, it’s sad to see the quality slowly decrease. I placed a small order 25 minutes in advance only to have to wait upwards of 30 minutes in the store for it to be ready. It was not busy, while the staff is nice, they seemed to be very preoccupied with cleaning even though some other customers were still in the store which was odd. The slices are also just not worth it anymore, too pricey for too little. If you’re looking for a pizza place in new city I highly recommend either Rocco’s or Zio’s as an alternative.

Not happy. Overpriced pizza for mediocre quality. Not a fan of the sauce. I’m looking for good Bronx New York pizza. I will be looking for other pizzerias in the area.

I was completely disappointed after working all day, my daughters ordered pizza from New City pizza I went to pick it up. The order was completely wrong after calling they had us come back to get a replacement pie AND we had to bring the original pie back before getting replaced. It was already close to 9 we picked up the pie went home when we opened the pie it looked like it was slices put together from other pies. We didn’t even eat the pizza thinking it’s leftover slices. Called the manager today was childish on the phone and didn’t even say sorry was just laughing on the phone. Will never go here again

The staff was too busy horsing around, buy were working. It was so cold in the place I decided to take out instead a dinning in. I ordered a Grandma pie one of my favorite. When I picked up the lid and found a 6 slice grandma pizza, instead of 8 sliced at 30.00 a pie I was pissed !! The pizza was swimming in oil . Way too much oil. ➕️ a sever runs in the middle. I loved their pizza but good bye. It's unfortunate that in rockland county you are lucky to find a decent place for pizza lovers. 🍕
