I was sitting out in the truck waiting for my wife to get out the dentist and a young lady made extra ice cream and walked up to the truck window and ask me if I like have this this was very unexpected and I just wanted to say thank you very much.

The people are very kind and they were very nice to us and we joked around and everything so it was really cool they were good people

Very clean and respectful. Luscious hot dogs and love their pecan Carmel blizzard.

Fast service for being as busy as they were. Young lady at the window was very friendly. DQ is always yummy!!!

Went to drive thru. Polite, friendly & helpful employee. Minimal wait time. We got the $6 lunch meal. The chili cheese dog was very good, as usual. We also paid the difference & got a blizzard instead of the sundae. Meal was very good & will definitely go back!!

We had a wonderful experience here last night. The service was quick and friendly! I made a special request and my order was perfect. The Oreos in the blizzard were crispy and not soggy like we usually have other places.

Everything is great. A little pricey but the 2 for $5 is nice.

Very good. The only problem I could even begin to see was I dont think their freezer does a very good job. Anytime I get a box of treats half of them are melted by the time they hand them out of the window.

I had 2 great chili dogs, unfortunately they had no indoor facility or fryer to make fries.

Very friendly workers and kept very clean. Wait times are minimal and the food is always good. Could really use some more seating options in the area.

The shakes are good, but terribly overpriced. Still glad I stopped there.

This Dairy Queen doesn't have any fries or onion rings. I mainly get the ice cream, but the hot dog and pretzel sticks were delicious!!

Tried to get help from young man at counter to figure out how to maneuver in app. He acted like he knew nothing about how it worked. In fact, he was rude in that he said, they are not going to give you a free small milk shake over and over. When I finally figured it out, I had issue w trying to apply a gift card. Ended up deleting an item from online order so I could use gift card. Had to order that item at window. They were not busy at the time.

Had 3 cars ahead of us. Ordered 2 medium blizzards and by the time we got to the window they were like a milkshake. Not good for 14.00. I will go to Dream hut from now on. Very overpriced for what u get!!

Just opened for new season, waited at window for at least 5 minutes before anyone came out front. Then the girl didn't know how to change chocolate to hot fudge for banana split. Then she said they don't have whipped cream anymore and the 3 toppings didn't add up to be even covering the ice cream. For $5.08 it wasn't worth the price.i will have to wait for Dream Hut to open, they know how to make a banana split.

I love Dairy Queen ice cream. I had a turtle blizzard and was disappointed. Not enough of any of the turtle ingredients.

Disappointing. I could’ve bought an entire gallon of ice cream for what a medium cone cost. Sadly, this squished together cone didn’t make it till the end of the road before i was wearing it! The Krunch Kote dip was definitely scraped from the bottom of the barrel; there weren’t any nice pieces on it like I’m used to it was crumbly crumbs, the ice cream was not set so it was droopy and the cone was very stale. I have never given a poor review and I’ve been doing Google reviews for a few years now. I usually am pretty excited about the places that I have visited. Next time I hope to remember that the Dream Hut that gets rave reviews is just down the road.

It was ok. But the text came already smudged and the cake's spraypaint was smeared and messy. We chose purple and pink trim but instead purple and pink was spraypainted on there. Also came with these pearl candies which weren't advertised on there, which didn't taste good as it was PB cup flavored. You might want to be more specific in the notes if you're gonna order here to make sure it doesn't come with this extra stuff.

My wife was ignored for several minutes by staff before she had to flag someone down that we had a mobile order. The lady who responded was rude to her. This location was busy with only two staff members who were visible. It's okay to be busy but not rude to the people you serve. When I received my new royal, it was out together sloppy and didn't taste like it normally does. Please do better next time. This was Sunday, November 24, 2024, around 7ish

No more business from our family we ordered a small blizzard and a large which was only a 16oz it was $18!! Not worth the price or the blizzard which did not have much in it for toppings

Ordered chili cheese dogs, didn't get any cheese. The pup cup I ordered came out the size of a sampler spoon of Baskin Robbins flavor of the month....so, Yes, even my dog was disappointed.

My husband and I drive 15 mins to get blizzards and the last 3 times they were melted. So if anyone loves icecream the way my family and I do we go to tons of icecream places. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE. I would never have came back here but my sister got me a gift card for my birthday. If anyone in or around bartonville wants icecream I'd say go to Dream Hut that place is amazing with nice people unlike Dairy Queen .

I ordered 2 blizzards and a box of dilly bars. They did not hold my blizzards upside down, but instead already had lids on them and they were super runny and melted. I later heard that if they don't hold them upside down you're supposed to get them free. I did not get mine free.

Been there three times to get a box of buster bars. They never have any in stock. No wonder they can't get enough staff. I wouldn't work for them if they don't keep stock of everything on the menu. I automatically go to east Peoria or peoria now.

Don't waste your money on the meals. chicken bites were dry from being microwaved to long. The ice cream is good.

My Blizzard was melted when given too me I complained but they only apologized bc they were so busy the icecream wasnt freezing fast enough 🙄

They literally dropped my chili dog all over the ground and then looked around to see if anybody saw and threw it in a bag and said have a good day needless to say the chili dog was destroyed in the food was super crunchy but I'm not about to waste my money on some food when things are so high price
